PMI managed my rental property for several years while I was working overseas and they did an outstanding job! Robert is a pro and he always ensured things ran smoothly. He secured great tenants and quickly dealt with problems and kept me informed. During one of his inspections, he detected a water leak the tenant had not noticed. He immediately secured the services of a contractor and also coordinated with my insurance company and made sure the repairs were done quickly and correctly. I highly recommend PMI to anyone that needs a profesional property manager. Robert and his team go to great length to provide excellent customer service and more important they ensure your property is well taken care of.

Dustin Tabbert with PMI was professional, responsive and just an all around great guy to work with. From signing the lease to getting our final and full deposit back, he was a guy we could count on for quick and friendly service. Any issues we had were immediately resolved within a few hours. As great as it was to work with PMI as a renter, I imagine it would be even better to work with them as a landlord. In our many years of renting, we had never experienced some of the policies they’ve put in place to protect the landlord’s investment. Somehow, these policies were not a turn off for us as renters as they worked to protect us as well providing peace of mind for all parties. Very professional company. Would trust them to rent out any of my future properties!

We leased with PMI and had a fantastic experience! Dustin and his team were always incredibly responsive any time we had a problem (which was rarely) and the property was beautiful. Can’t recommend leasing with them enough. They are fair, treat their tenants well, and are very responsive.
