A few months back, I was in our attic and saw two rolled up 9x12 Oriental/Persian rugs that had been in the same spot since we moved here 11 years ago.My husband and I knew that one came from his family and one from mine. We have moved many times in 30 years and each time, the rugs went right to the attic.I unrolled them and one had many worn spots and the other had fringe that was coming off. I searched and asked around for recommendations from friends about specialty rug companies.I called Ahmad and sent pictures to him. He called me right away and said my rugs were just beautiful! He assured me that the one with worn spots was lovely! Ahmad came to pick up the rugs and called to talk about my ideas and his recommendations for moving forward.I had both rugs cleaned, fringed removed and hand bound around the edges!When Ahmad delivered them back to me, I was shocked at how much they came back to life! He helped me place them without hesitation. Ahmad felt confident letting me know that one of the rugs was most likely 70 years old! I am so glad to have moved forward with this process and would recommend Ahmad without hesitation.

Its not often you see a business with a 5-star average on their rating, but I certainly do agree with it.We have been treading on several Karastan rugs in our home, for almost 20 years. One is 10x14, the other is 2x6. The large one also has (had) some damage on a corner and the binding was coming apart in another spot.Our rugs were picked up, washed, repaired and delivered back to us. We cant tell there was ever any damage, and they look great. 20 years really takes a toll on a carpet, especially one that sits by the front door.The colors a bright once again, and no lump on the corner that door would catch.Thank you very much for such excellent service!

Ahmed was SO very helpful with fixing a couple of large rugs we had purchased in Turkey recently. He is so very knowledgeable and also certified and well worth the time and money. They have not only taken an excellent care of my rugs in the process of washing, but they also have very reasonable prices compare to others! They are highly recommended and totally reliable!

I had a latch hook rug that my now deceased mother had made. We discussed our options for repair. He did not know if he could match the color or design but he also understood my sentiment so we agreed he would do his best.To my surprise, he matched the design perfectly and the color is just slightly different. He also put a backing on it to strengthen the weave.Wow!! Thank you!!!!

When my rug became stained, and I could not get that stain out, I was heart broken. I contacted Beverly Hills Fine Rugs & Design, hoping for the best but, at the same time, I was doubtful they would have any more luck getting that stain out than I did. This weekend my husband and I bought our fourth rug from Beverly Hills, and the experience and the products were just as perfect as the first time we shopped there. We bought our first rug from the Beverly Hills Austin store in 2006. We found the owner to be knowledgeable, honest, kind, and helpful throughout the process. All the rugs we looked at were beautiful and high-quality, and we still love the rug we bought for our living room from Beverly Hills back then. We bought two more rugs in approximately 2010 for two of our bedrooms, and again, the rugs are gorgeous, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and the service was excellent. This year we needed a new rug for our dining room, and rather than taking a chance with a store we didnt know at all in Austin, we waited until we had a weekend to spend in the Fort Worth area just so we could shop at Beverly Hills again. Just like the prior visits, the owner went out of his way to show us all our choices for rugs, he priced the rug we bought fairly, and the rug itself is of course stunning. So much quality for the price! Beverly Hills has also cleaned and repaired rugs for us in the past, and their work has been speedy, fairly-priced, and very high quality. Beverly Hills is my one and only rug store in Texas!

Ahmad cleaned two rugs for us, one huge 12x15 ivory wool and one 8x10 ivory wool and silk. Both were six years old and showing their age but Ahmad did a wonderful job restoring them both to like new. So glad we decided to have him clean them instead of replace. He was easy to communicate with and even sent us videos of our rugs during the washing process. Will definately use again!

Hands down the best deal on carpet cleaning. I have several imported fine rugs (Persian) I bought in Dubai and Turkey. I had been taking the rugs to Benham rugs in Dallas for cleaning. I decided to try Beverly Hills Fine Rugs and the results were BETTER than Dallas. The price is hand down the best price for cleaning. I have kids and pets, so keeping the rugs clean can get pricey. He came a picked up one of the stinkiest and dirty rugs and delivered it back to us. This rug has been through a lot and was not cleaned regularly. After an accidental wetting, it stank to high heaven. It was cleaned, enzymes and cleaned again. When it returned to the house, it was placed where it belonged, no small feat and it was cleaner than it had been in years. It wasn’t cheap to have it done, but the other option was throwing the rug out and buying a new one. It was half the price of that! This ended up being a further drive and dirtier clean up than expected and a great job was done. Thank you for returning our rug to us in a usable condition.

This is the most ethical and professional carpet business in all of DFW metroplex, and probably all of the state and country. Their prices cannot be beat, their service is top-notch and customer service as its best. We bought an old, dirty and faulty carpet that needed a serious revival. For a price that was out of this world, this carpet amazingly got a whole new face! Our several companion animals love the clean feel so much, they caress their faces on it. When we are ready for our next vegan carpet, we will definitely visit this fantastic store.
