This place is top drawer when it comes to car washes. I love that the mat cleaner is included. Guys are always very helpful with towels and with mats. Always kept clean. And very professional.

45 minute wait to just have the car ran through the wash. Doesnt even look like they vacuumed the interior. Major lack of operational management here. They stopped the car wash 3x. I left before they even cleaned my tires which I paid for because I did not have an hour to get my car washed.

Strange people. I dont care how long employees have been anywhere. As a matter of fact, seniority sometimes means they can get too comfortable in their position. I pulled up for a car wash and the guy looked at me from a another car pull up spot for second and final walked up halfway over and leaned sideways towards my window to ask me what I wanted. I told him I wanted a car wash. He didnt appear to speak English too well because he ask me in peculiar way (I forgot how) which one I wanted. I chose the express. He rang it up and handed me a receipt and walked away. I didnt know what to do. I noticed a truck charge that was on the receipt but no tax charged. There is no fee on their sign explaining a truck charge. I finally pulled forwards and another guy told me to stop and I would get out and he would take the car through. So he walked over and removed my antenna and placed it into my Frontera passengers seat and I got out and figured I should pay inside. The lady was polite, as expected but nothing out of the ordinary. I continued out the back glass doors and waited for my van to come out of the car wash. A man finally drove it out, parked it with the engine running and driver door open. He walked right past me looking at me without saying a word and went somewhere out of sight. I asked the other people towel-drying another truck if mine was finished. He said no, itll be done after he and the other people dry it. Upon completion, he told me it was finished. I walked up to my car and noticed the seat was pushed so far back, like the guy was 7 feet tall or something, that it nearly pulled my clear vinal curtain that was hanging from the ceiling, behind my drivers seat, down. I understand taller people need leg space but 1st of all, that was more than necessary and 2ndly, he should have replaced it as closely as possible to its original position. After I arrived to the gast station nearby, I also noticed they id not replace my cars antenna. Im not sure if Ill return. People walked around too much like zombies, not speaking anything. It was weird.

Reasonable prices for a machine wash. Download their app for discounts. Good selection of devotionals for men and women in the lobby area. Hand vacuum and wipe down. Free air freshener.

Broght my son pickup in there this morning. The interior when they were done as they said it was finished. They never wiped down the back leather seats. They also never wiped down the passenger door. Service was really bad and I bought theireop package! Never again. Beware money waster!!

Update - dont let the response below fool you into thinking they care. I called to have this resolved and was told the GM would call me back - one week later and still no call. Im done with this place.What did I spend $50 for? Purchased the platinum package which included extra interior detailing and took maybe an hour. The interior was barely touched. I got my truck back with the drivers floorboard dirtier than when I arrived. There were still bugs on the front, and their undercarriage wash does nothing. I would usually give them a chance to correct these issues, but I was so shocked at the service and irritated that I just left.

I brought my car here for a full detail; carpet shampooing, seat shampooing, etc $169.99 package + $30 tip. When I picked my car up none of the sensors for my passenger seat airbag or seatbelt were working. There was an airbag symbol on my dash that would not unilluminate and when you sat in the passenger seat the seatbelt light did not engage when their seatbelt was unbuckled. At Krystals advisement I took my car to Drivers Edge for them to look at. Drivers Edge hooked it up to a diagnostic machine and advised the airbag system itself was fully functioning so it may be the local sensors near the passenger seat, but I would need to take it to another location and pay $200 for a full diagnostic to confirm. I asked Krystals if I went that route and it was concluded that the sensors were damaged from water damage, the detail service, would they pay the repair and reimburse the diagnostic fee. The staff on site switched attitudes real quick and told me no because this has nothing to do with them and they have no way to verify I didnt bring my vehicle in like this. I showed them where I literally had my vehicle serviced and inspected less than 24 hours prior and they still told me no. Mind you, when I picked up my car the seats were still soaking wet and they had advised me to let the windows down for several more hours. At my request, a manager contacted me by phone shortly after I left. When I again expressed my willingness to utilize the shop they recommended (and assumedly trust) and to pay the diagnostic fee out of my own pocket to get to the bottom of this, but should they be found responsible would they cover the repair, the manager stated no he has his own forensic team that would have to be used to determine if any liquid damage was their own chemicals or something else. This is laughable because I cant imagine a car detailer having a forensic team on call, and this isnt CSI TV. We left the conversation on with allowing the car to fully dry out and he would follow up with me on 8/27. He did follow up with me promptly and professionally at the date and time we had scheduled. He stated he had spoken with his team and reviewed cameras and showed that their shampooing machine was broken and not used that day and instead they used a wipe to clean my interior cloth. Remember, my seats were completely wet and he and his staff even acknowledged this prior by advising me to leave the windows down for several more hours to complete the drying process. He further stated that because they used a wipe, similar to a lysol wipe, there was no chance of liquid damage to any sensors and they would not move forward with any further discussion or responsibility but would provide me with a $50 gift card. I declined the gift card as obviously Im never trusting them with another vehicle of mine. I did ask if I could have a partial refund on the carpet and seat shampooing portion of the detail since by his own admission, this service was not performed as advertised and purchased. He continued to backpedal that they had performed the service, just in a different way that alleviated them from any responsibility of liquid damage to my sensors around my passenger seat (convenient), so they could only offer the gift card but no partial refund. I refused the gift card again and left it at this is a business that will not accept even the possibility that mistakes happen.

Never said anywhere how much time I would be given and it shut off mid wash. Vaccums are not free with the SELF SERVE WASH. Ill stick to the $5 quick wash with free vaccums next time.

I got the high value service the most expensive one I seen on the list. This is the second time I have used them. The first time was good but the last time was atrocious.

I took my car for a wash today and purchased a Silver package as all other detail packages were closed. They delivered a car that was half washed. When I complained to the manager, he got very upset with me. When questioned, he slammed my car door on me. Luckily, I wasnt hurt.

How much time do you have to get your car washed? Well, at Krystal Kleen that is not nearly enough. After sitting in line for 35 minutes with little progress towards even getting my car vacuumed I am thankful the two cars behind me in line backed up and left. It let me do the same thing.Judging on the backup and the cars they had stacked up the wait was heading for over an hour for sure. Every since it changed hands from Busy Bees it has not been the same.After 13 years of taking my cars here I am done. This is not he first time to see this happen . Have also seen other issues with their car wash system breakdown in the bay. When this happened they stillchose to remain open and not tell their customers about the delay while still taking their money and making them sit and wait. Good luck.

Update - Id be willing to take you up on your offer, but to be clear, two people held their towels over their head and spun them...usually thats the sign theyre done, not an indication they need to call in drying reinforcements.How can I contact you?Original Review - Ive refrained from sharing a review after my last 4 visits but Im done at this point.Im not sure whats happened at Krystal but the interior cleaning process (wipe down inside) and drying are, not another way to say it, terrible.Ive had 5 consecutive washes where I have to finishing drying my black jeep wrangler when I get home and finish wiping down the interior, especially my dash where you can see they just threw a dirty towel across it once.Today I decided that when I went out to my jeep, if it wasnt finished being dried off, Id grab a towel from one of their carts in front of God and everyone and finish it myself. Well that happened.I took the towel and had to wipe water still running down the sides. Finish my bumpers. Finish my step bars. Finish fenders. Then, the tire shine solution (I got a Platinum wash mind you) was dripping down all 5 of my tires. Word of warning...drive with it like that and itll throw that gunk on your paint while the tires spin. Tire shine isnt supposed to be on your paint. So I took a SECOND TOWEL from their cart and wiped down all 5 tires to get them right.The final piece was I went ahead and put my own antenna back on. Kinda feel like they should be doing that for me like they used to, but maybe I was spoiled by old management there?Throughout this whole process the workers stared at me like I was crazy to finish their jobs for them (after I left a tip at their box no less...LOL) but no one came over and asked if they could finish it for me.Theres another car wash, south down Davis, that washes your car every bit as good but dries it far better, only downside is they provide vacuums so you have to do the interior yourself. Of course, its cheaper. If youre OK with doing that yourself...much better outcome for your vehicle.If I went to Krystal again it would be for a wash and no extras. Really disappointing. I cant believe how much theyve fallen off from where they used to be.

I have taken my pickup to this place twice before and been fairly satisfied with the work they do. HOWEVER, after my most recent visit, while I was wiping off stray watermarks and dirt that was missed, I noticed scratches. GROUPS of scratches. The sides of my pickup and fender flares are covered in hundreds of these “spider web” thick scratches. These are not swirl scratches, but long lateral ones. Not sure if they washed it with razor blades or what. Seriously angry.

Full Service to me must mean something very different to Krystal Clean. My truck just needed a rinse, wipe, and vacuum. I have covered parking so it was not very dirty. The was was decent but the wipe and vacuum was deplorable. My floor mats were removed to vacuum the carpet but the floor mats were not vacuumed; they were also installed backwards (where it clips into the floor by the seat was at the front where the pedals are.) They did not vacuum under or between the seats either. They kindly avoided wiping the console & cup holders that were empty (giving them full access and no obstructions) if they had only wanted to wipe a towel through. I can appreciate that I went during a busy time (Saturday afternoon), and maybe they do better at other times. However, with all the competition from $6 exterior-only car washes around Southlake, I expect a full service wash to do a good/decent job on the interior to differentiate themselves. Very disappointed in the poor quality I received. On a good note, they were quick - but maybe that is why they did not do a good job.

Used the car wash at the end of July 2020. Simply put the car was barely noticeably cleaner that before it went through the wash. Paid for Platinum wash. Floor mats has not been snapped back into place, the interior had not been touched except the windows, drivers seat jammed all the way forward. Avoid unless your view of getting your car clean the result of a strong rain storm.

Has always done a good job, until two days ago when I noticed a bunch or scratches. Took the car up there and they blamed muddy rain or cats. My car lives in my garage so fat chance. Were supposed to review some security tapes on Saturday so Ill update this review upon learning if they are going to try to lay the blame on more nonsense.Update:Reviewed the tapes. To me, the scratches on top of the hood appear consistent with the very first machine the car goes through in the tunnel. The security video doesnt reveal anything unusual. The back of the truck is definitely the result of a dirt ridden or non micro fiber cloth being used. The tapes of course reveal nothing unusual, so the car wash takes no responsibility. While there does remain some remote possibility that something else did this, my belief continues to be that these scratches occurred at the car wash.My advice? Wash your own car by hand. Then at least if something happens you will know. I wash my own car by hand 99% of the time, and the one time I get lazy and got to the car wash, this. If something does occur at a car wash, there is zero chance they will take responsibility, and you have virtually zero chance of being able to prove anything.You have been warned.

Terrible terrible service.

I paid $50 for their Titanium wash today and when I picked it up the floor mats hadn’t been touched. They tried to tell me it doesn’t include floor mats. They barely vacuumed it, bugs and water streaks on the hood and grill, the windshield was worse than when I arrived and there is now an oil film on the windows. It took 45 minutes and they weren’t even busy. Maybe 8 other cars. This is a $12 car wash anywhere else... at best. Go somewhere else.

Overall I was satisfied with the job they did on my truck. But somewhere along the line of employees that got into my truck my $120 Bose Wireless Headphones were stolen out of the headphone pouch in my console. I know it happened at this place because I used the headphones this morning before the car wash. And an hour later when grabbed the headphone pouch to take inside my house the pouch was empty. Beware of leaving valuables in your vehicle when going to places like this!

Took my truck and SUV in today. They were fairly busy, 6-10 cars.Platinum on the SUV: Car was not vacuumed to a level of what I would call clean, as I pulled out the mats at home to find more debris. Cupholders and door handles werent even touched. In and out in 20 mins tops.Titanium on the truck, because it needed it. They did spend a lot of time vacuuming because I had a ton of hay in the back seat. In fact,, they took it back there twice.. However, exterior was still filthy, door jams, cupholders and dash too. Vacuuming seems to be the only thing they completed. An hour and a half spent there. I will not return.

These people worked a miracle with my car. Raw meat got left in it for a few days and the smell had stained everything it came into contact with. I waited 3 days before posting this review on the slight chance the smell would return. But no such luck, great job everybody. I should also mention the service was quoted much cheaper than anybody else would.

I received a complete and thorough cleaning of my car for only $50. The guys who worked on my car were friendly and professional. I was only expecting my seats and floor to be cleaned but they cleaned the dash, center console and polished the exterior and tires. I was very impressed and will return the next time I need my car to be cleaned.

I brought in my son’s older truck that was very dirty, worn and needed a full detail prior to him returning to college. I dropped his truck off and less than 2 hours they called me to come pick it up. I was amazed at how good the interior looked! They did an outstanding job so much more than I had expected. I would definitely recommend their detailing service. They went above and beyond in their service despite the 100 plus degree August heat! Thank you

This place is hands down the best car wash place, Ive been to quite a few. You wont be disappointed, you arr quickly greeted, if you are unaware of their packages the staff politely informs you. Prices are reasonable, they wash carpets which was great because they got the smell from spilled milk out. Once you try this place you wont want to go anywhere else

I have been coming here for years and this last visit was a big disappointment. Just returned from a long road trip and went to get my car washed. Bugs on the front of the car were still there, my driver side and passenger side running boards were still filthy and dusty on the inside, the out side of the car was full of lint from their drying towels I assume (especially all the windows). And to top it all off I had about $3.00+ in quarters in a little compartment in the console on top of which I placed my key fob. When I got home and returned my key fob to my purse I noticed all but 4 quarters were missing so they had to lift my keys up to take them. Ive always had loose change in the car and never had anything taken. Very disappointed in this last visit.

This isnt a drive yourself thru then use their vacs car wash. They drive it thru for you and they do the vacuuming but expect to pay 3x as much as other car washes. Avg 15.00

What a joke of a car wash, I pay $12 and they dont even vacuum the car, I can go down the street for a $5 wash and theyll vacuum it out for free, left smears all inside my windows, never coming back here again and I recommend others avoid this car wash.

Cant recommend this place. There are many better car washes in this area. They are extremely slow and guess I picked the wrong line, but the checked 5 people that entered the que after me before they got to me only because of the line I entered. Its okay if you like poor service.

The place was crowded and understaffed on a friday, which was the first pretty day this week. There was no rhyme or reason to the order cars were put into the wash or dried after. My car sat so long, it dried itself. They had to run it through a second time, which is the only reason they got 2 stars. Will not return.

The absolute best!! The only car wash I use when I come back home from LA. I get the hot wax and ride around my city.

1st time there this past Sunday, 12/1/18. They were a little busy but not as busy as other car washes nearby, so I decided to go with them. Bad decision... Bought the Silver wash with wheel cleaning and tire shine. They did not dry the car, did not put tire shine or wipe the dash. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED for paying $20.99. Horrible.

I just love that they have an app with a loyalty program. Also get the Silver and add the Luminaura if you have a black vehicle. Makes my car shine like new!

This is Speedy Bee car wash, just rebranded/renamed. Same staff, management and ownership. Still same sub-par washes with higher prices. Still same condescending manager insulting customers when their car gets damaged or staff makes a mistake. If you like dirty windows, scratched interior and being talked down to, then this is the place to go.

The staff is so nice! My car always looks great when I leave! I wont go to any other car wash. I trust Krystal Clean Car Wash to take car if my car!

I have washed all my vehicles with this carwash for over five years since we moved to Southlake. Last December, I got a detail package of $169.99 for my son’s car. His car was super dirty and smelt horrible, but their staffs spent three hours and made his car just like new. I highly recommend Krystal Clean Car Wash since their staffs are good and friendly. They really know how to take care the customers. Great job!

I paid $50 for the titanium wash only to have my vehicle barely vacuumed and no one cleaned the inside door arm rests like I was told I was paying for. The inside of windshield still had residue from the towel. This is the second time they have done a completely sloppy job. I wont ever be back.

Got the birthday coupon stopped in and wow my car has never been so clean and the girl at the front desk was sooo sweet.

They did not clean front of car area very well, lots of bugs and dirt still on after wash.

I paid for a wash that is supposed to include an interior cleaning....still looking at a dusty dashboard and general mess from a 1400 mile road trip that I decided to pay to get cleaned up. Also, the rags they were using smelled so bad I drove around for 10 minutes afterwards just to air it out. I would not recommend this place. Please improve your service. Ive lived in more expensive areas of the country and received better service from similar places for less money.

We had a very unpleasant experience in this place. We are in Texas for vacations and we wanted to wash our car but the only thing we got was a bad time. The people in this place said that they know how to drive our car but it was not true. We approached them to offer our advice and they ignored us and gave us bad treatment. The proceeded to drive through the car wash with the windshield wipers on. They hoped the metal track as well. The trunk was also opened. When I confronted the driver about the issues he proceeded to lie to me. Told me it was the third time I left the wipers on. I am from Ohio. I have never been to Texas before. He insisted nothing was his fualt and that I did not deserve a refund because the car was washed. I have no idea there possible damage that might have taken place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
