Great experience replacing 1200 sq feet of carpeting in our bedroom. Lauren did a nice job going through our options with carpet and what best suited our needs. The install crew was outstanding and moved a lot of heavy furniture and electronics. Pleased with the whole process and the carpeting looks fantastic.

We used Floors N More in Southlake to put hardwood flooring in our house. From working with the owner to the crew our experience was outstanding. My husband had major surgery and was hesitant to start a huge project like this when he was recovering. Therefore, they were even willing to allow us to purchase the wood and keep it in storage until at a time that we were ready to have it installed. The demolition,of the old floor and baseboard,installation and finishing process was very smooth. Customer service experience is outstanding as well. I would highly recommend using them for any project that you may have.

We had somewhat of an idea of what we were looking for and were on budget because we were doing a full house renovation. We went to Floor N More in Southlake and were helped by Ulises. We told him what were looking for and he pulled out samples and we instantly knew it was exactly what we were looking for! Kudos to Ulises for finding us our great looking flooring and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for flooring. We even went back and bought some vinyl flooring for another room. Their customer service is great too! They quickly resolved an issue we had come across with the manufacturer.Do yourself a favor and check this place out. This remodel job in our master bath is just exquisite! Working with Floor N More has exceeded my high expectations. From demo to completion, the crew was attentive to our home like it was their own. They hauled away all the trash, swept even the garage where they cut the tile, and were trustworthy and so polite and hardworking. We had engineered wood flooring installed a few weeks ago. I am one who does a lot of research before making most purchases, but especially costly purchases. I talked to several flooring companies including one who had installed our original flooring that we were attempting to match. Mike provided good guidance and while finding an exact match was impossible, we found a really close option. Rony and his crew did a great job - hard working guys. I had one issue with a transition piece between the older, existing flooring and the new wood. Mike discussed a couple of options with me and we agreed on a solution and Rony came back out and it looks great now. I am so glad we finally got the remaining carpet replaced. What I appreciated about Mike and his pricing is that he doesnt nickle and dime you with everything. When he gives you his price per sf, he has already figured in all his material costs, and he is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Ordered large amount of floor tile which they graciously delivered to our home. Had previously tried purchasing tile from a different store that was not willing to deliver or help us get it once it made it to the distribution center.Ulysses provided great customer service from order to delivery and even called to make sure we were happy with the product. Just placed an order for more tile to replace the kitchen backsplash. It has been such a pleasure to work with this business. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience replacing the flooring in our house! They were extremely patient with all of our questions! The floors (hardwoods and tile) look amazing, and we are very pleased!

I had my floor installed end of last year. Got many issues with the installation. Had to ask the owner to come and fix it. Overall the interaction with the owner is good. The owner had a bad installation crew. Now the owner said he discontinued with that crew. I gave the owner 4-5 stars. I will only gave one star to the installation crew he had late last year. It is why on average my experience is three stars. Hopefully customers will have a better experience in the future.

Do not use this business. They refused to fix the grout when they installed 1500 sq. ft of tile for us. Instead of dark Truffle gout we got white grout in many areas.

My husband and I moved into our home about a month ago and Mike at Floor N More has been extremely helpful for all of our reno projects we’ve had come up. We used Floor N More for carpet, kitchen backsplash and new quartz counter tops in our guest bathroom. Everything has turned out great! They even helped us install a couple floating shelves in our kitchen over the backsplash because we were too afraid of drilling into the tile. The installation estimate was absolutely the best, did not include extra charges like every other place I looked. Installation was scheduled quickly and completed a day earlier than estimated. I used this company as a repeat customer. Years ago they did a quality job on the wood floors in my home in Southlake. The recent wood flooring project on my stairs and upstairs was a terrible experience with a poor quality wood flooring result. They took a few hundred dollars off only and made their sub re poly after much hassle. I still have a poor quality result and I will have to pay another source to fix. There is a stair riser uneven and several pieces of wood missing chunks. A few gaps on the side and a few uneven planks. They are no longer a good source for your wood floor needs. #FloorNOmore

We just had our bathroom tiled and the shower completely torn out and remodeled. The tile selection, sales staff and crew from Floors N More in Southlake were great! Mike (the owner) and Marlene were very helpful and great to work with from beginning to end. The project was started and finished in a timely manner. I now have a beautifully remodeled bathroom!! I will definitely be going to them for future projects!

These guys are the best. We shopped around and found Floor N More had the best prices in the area. They just finished an 800 square foot installation of an engineered hickory flooring in our house that looks fantastic. It only took them a day and a half too. Juan and Michael are very knowledgeable about the materials and installation ideas as well. We will definitely be using them for future tile and flooring projects.

We just had a wonderful experience with Floor N More (Southlake)! They were helpful and knowledgeable in the store, and Mike (the owner) was prompt and friendly when he came to our house to measure. We had our hardwood floors installed yesterday, and the installers were on time, polite, hardworking and professional. They did a great job, and my husband and I are very satisfied with our new floors - we love them! Also, I had another contractor give me a quote before I talked with Floor N More, and she told us that our square footage was 350 sq. ft. more than what we actually had, and was going to charge us a lot more! It was a relief to work with a company that is honest and fair, and one that does a great job! I will work with them again, and would highly recommend them! I didnt know that they also do bathroom remodels - I wish I had know that as I would have liked to have worked with them this summer on our guest bathroom! Next time for sure!

Floor N More has just finished installing hardwood floors and carpet for our entire house. This is our second house we had Floor N More work on in the last 4 years. I had always wanted to remove the garden tub in our master bathroom and replace it with a large shower. A friend of mine referred me to Mike at the Southlake Floor and More location. I was so happy to talk to him and see his selection and price for the job. All the workers from demolition, plumber, tiling and glass were great and all did great jobs. Our floors are beautiful! We had some separation of some boards and it took a little time but they got them fixed up for us. Currently planning the next rooms to get new floors!

Bottom line: Buy tile from here DO NOT use their installers!!!!! Poorly done, unprofessional, incomplete work.Pro: Marlyn was very good to work with in the showroom. She doesnt respond rapidly to phone calls, but going into showroom, she is always helpful and friendly. I would buy tile from her again...BUT...CONS: Do NOT use the tile installer team!!!! While the guys were friendly and nice, they did NOT perform at a professional level.I had 4 X 12 inch planks...unfortunately, no one (and it was later agreed that they KNEW an issue existed with their team trying to install the narrower tile and confessed AFTER THE FACT). The tiles were rushed to be installed, the spacing (grout lines) are NOT even or consistent AND the tiles are NOT LEVEL...which means the tiles lay uneven over 50% of the 470 sqft floor!!!!!When brought to attention (after team has finished) .. Contractor supervisor acknowledged the poor tile placement. We contacted Mike (owner and install lead), he said that as a consumer (myself) I should know about industry standards and basically, what I was getting into.Isnt that what I was paying for when contracting to have it installed??!!!After a very heated discussion (getting abusive and insultive) with my husband, Mike offered 2 options to fix the issue. 1) let team remove 10 or 12 tiles and try to relay them to MAYBE make it look a little better OR 2) allow team to remove the tile and lay new tile in a different size that the contractor COULD install correctly AT COST! Adding another $2000 - $3000!!!Im sorry, but I am on fixed, limited income and it took me years to save up the $4000 for THIS job. So option 2 was out of my range!I let them remove a few tiles and replace (option 1). Unfortunately, the floor looks worse than it did.Mikes options to correct an error made by HIS team were grossly inadequate and demonstrated poor customer support!BOTTOM LINE---- do NOT use their install team. Take the time to find a professional, reputable installation team that will perform a TURN KEY installation. (We spent 5 hours on hands and knees cleaning up smeared grout off floor AFTER team said they had finished job!!)

My family and I just finished a major home update with much of that involving flooring. There are very few surfaces of our home that were not involved in this. We looked carefully at 4 flooring providers and due to a great price, friendly service, strong follow up (yes, I know that is a rare thing!), and knowledgeable/honest people we chose Floor N More. Mike and Juan did a great job starting from the beginning with an open dialog and patient approach. My wife and I are picky and are natural researchers. The more we worked with Floor N More - the more comfortable we felt - and the price was great as well. At the end of the day I was very worried about this process because I had never gone through a hardwood install and hadnt done new carpet in years. The process ended up being great - and the look is absolutely amazing. We are truly customers for life and I could not wait to post this! By the way, I told Mike and Juan we would be a reference- we are that serious about our experience with them! You cant go wrong here.

Three Bathroom Remodels - OutstandingI was worried at first because I was basically being my own contractor for the paint, plumbing and shower door but Juan orchestrated the entire project like a skilled conductor.All of the sub-contractors did great jobs too and the $$ that Floor N More charged was a fantastic value. They tiled both the tub/shower combo and floors of the Guest Bath, along with the re-construction of Master Shower to enlarge, add bench and change out fiberglass shower pan to a concrete one and of course all tiled. They also added a tiled Bath Surround and new tiled floors to the Master Bath.These 2 bathrooms along with the Powder Room had gorgeous granite tops installed.I was treated with respect and my phone calls were always returned promptly.This was all done in three weeks. Pleased, YOU BET!.I would hire them again in a heart beat.

I have returned tile and it has not been credited to my account. Customer service is very bad. No urgency on their part. This is only a show room. You need to pick up at other stores anyway. Best to deal with the store you order from directly. I have not had a good experience with this show room at all. Beware.

Had a great experience here with Mike.Came in with no pressure sales and knowledgable sales.Mike let us take the samples home to view them in our home. After returning the samples, Mike never pressured us or tried to schedule anything.Once we made our decision we called him for a schedule and measurement, he was early did his measurement and gave an estimate the same day.The only issue I had is 4 days before installation, Mike called me to inform me that the supplier had basically lied to him and said they would have the wood.I went to the store and still was set on the original decision. Mike offered a more expense alternative at the same price. He called the supplier on speaker with me there and explained to them that they had a commitment. I personally heard them promise him that they would have it the next day. We set up an alternative just in case.The next day was no good the supplier would not answer and wouldnt return the calls.When going to the store to make the final payment Mike was apologetic and showed me that they had thrown out that suppliers samples.Install was great and preformed well. The installers were late (due to tornado warnings). Mike was calling me and the installer time to time just to check on progress.The installers left with the floors looking great. It did require a second crew to come and tuck the carpet. the transition were on back order but were installed once they arrived.4 months in and no issues yet.

The tile on their showroom floor is unevenly installed... What would it look like in your home? Also, the person working there couldnt answer even the most basic of questions (how much, ballpark, would 1200 square feet of this product be?) she had to call her manager, who didnt answer the phone at all.

I dont usually write reviews but feel this business deserves the time and attention it takes to deliver this message to anyone looking for quality flooring for their home. We recently remodeled and after looking at flooring options taking into consideration fair pricing, quality workmanship and good customer service, Floor N More won us over. Juan and Mike were not only very helpful at assisting us with our upfront option choices and pricing but were also great at coordinating the scheduling process and following through the detail of the installation. They were very hands on and always a phone call away if communication was needed. We had carpet replaced with tile flooring which could have been complicated due to a previous foundation problem. The crew worked diligently to perfect the leveling of the floor upon installation. I know this because we also had a trim crew come in afterwards to install new baseboards and commented on how well the floor was level which made their job easier. Carpet was also replaced in three bedrooms and was also done well without damage to the baseboards, which I have experienced with other carpet providers in the past. A stress fracture appeared on a corner tile after the final work was completed which was corrected within days by the original tile crew. The staff at Floor N More work well as a team and their efforts show in the service they provided to our home. We look forward to working with them again on our kitchen and den remodel.

After looking for backsplash tile for weeks all over the metroplex we found by far the greatest selection of tile at Floor N More right in our backyard. They had every style I could ever dream of in their showroom. We found a tile we loved right away and was able to get it that day. The pricing was very competitive and their customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Floor N More for all your home improvement needs!

Dont use Floor N More Southlake. When replacing carpet with wood, Floor N More chipped adjacent tile and refused to fix it. Also, despite agreeing that moldings would not be removed, they were removed and broken. They also put a hole in wall while removing the moldings. Floor N More Southlake refused to replace or repair any of the damage they did.

I have used Floor N More in Southlake many times over the last few years. They have installed tile, hand scraped wood floors and carpet in my Colleyville home. Total area exceeds 5,000 square feet of flooring. They also re-tiled three bath/showers in my home. All that is left is my childrens rooms and I will have Floor N More do the floors there as well. I have not experienced the issues others describe and as a matter of fact have found them very responsive when I am in a time crunch. They have arrived on time and installed the product as expected. I will use again.

We just got thru doing our granite counter tops and carpet in kids bedrooms, about a year ago Floor N More southlake did our solid wood floors and we cant be more happier with our wood floors and now our new kitchen and carpet. The guys at floor n more always delivered what is promised to us and I will continue using them over and over. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

The customer service is HORRIBLE. Juan never calls us back and I have left probably 6 messages for him. Every time I want to talk to him I have to go to the store. When I go there he is to busy to deal with a paying customer in the store room,always on the phone. I have asked him multiple times to give me an estimate on my office and he says sure and never gets back to me. They must have enough paying customers that they dont need another one. Do not use them really bad customer service.

FNM just finished installing hand scraped solid hardwoods throughout our entire home (3,000+ sqft), and it looks beautiful and the process was just as described. I received three bids, and FNM was very competitive, and Mikes knowledge of the process was the best. And we did it the hard way: we are fully living in our home. This meant moving all of our belongings out of the home and staying in a hotel for 10 days. Mikes crew moved everything out, removed carpet, tile and existing wood, installed the product, scraped, stained and sealed everything. Once done, they moved everything back into our house and cleaned up. Mike had told us how long each step would take, and the crew did everything exactly as we originally agreed. As I had questions along the way, Mike was always responsive with answers. We love our new floors!

Do not use this company!! Their Tile workers are absolutely filthy and do not clean up after themselves. They would leave a mess for another crew to have to clean up before they could perform their work. We also had Floor N More in Southlake handle our carpet and this was s HUGE mistake. The carpet started to snag and run in the first 6 weeks !! We contacted Mike and he said he would take care of it by sending a photo to the carpet manufacturer - Its now September and he refuses to respond to us. The carpet has several runs and this is the worst customer service that I have ever received!!! Do yourself a favor- go to Home Depot or Lowes where they actually stand behind what they sell!#FloreNMoreincompetent

Poor service. We had problems with the installation and Floor N More blamed the installer. The sub-contacted installer blamed the store owner. We were caught in the middle. I would not recommend them.

Still 3 things after 3 weeks that need to be corrected. No contact for follow-up during or after the installation. Spent over $12k, was hoping for a completed job. Were not there, yet.
