Cedonia gave me a wonderful cut, color and highlights! She is very skilled and knows her stuff. Plus she had a great attitude being the only one in the salon that day working, taking calls and managing walk-ins while tending to me. I would have been flustered handling it all but she is one super cool lady! I hope Supercuts appreciates an employee like Cedonia!

My Experience was 10/10! I got my hair cut with Sherri and she took the time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted! I had 8-12 in cut off and was very scared and emotional about chopping it off and she did such an amazing job! Highly recommend her! Will be coming back! ❤️

Loni Park worked on a face framing and she explained everything and the color process since I had hair dye previously. After bleaching and toning, color came out beautiful. Love it so much would highly recommend her and the location. Everyone was super nice and helpful and made me feel comfortable.

Melinda cut my hair and she did a phenomenal job! Listened to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly how I asked. The hair cut was only 20$ but I would’ve paid way more for it because she did that amazing! I will definitely be coming back to her!

If you’re looking for a colourist, look no further than Melinda Barrett—she corrected my colour (orangeish mishap to gorgeous sandy blond) gave me a 5star blunt cut, and was as kind as could be. I have been using the Southlake Corners Supercuts for years. I have always been happy with the styling, price and convenience they offer. My wife is a massage therapist at a high end salon nearby and talked me into going there for a haircut a few years ago. It was horrible. I had to go to the Supercuts to get it fixed. Stephanie has been my stylist for a while now and she is great. Ask for her.

I just want to thank my stylist Lonie she is a very professional stylist and saved me! I had a terrible color correction that I try to do myself three times and she was able to correct my color and made me feel beautiful again she was very encouraging and definitely knew what she was doing. So if you ladies are going to dye your hair please let Loni do it because she knows what she’s doing I love her she was definitely sent from the hair gods💗

I did that crazy thing and colored my own Covid Color this summer. I went from natural brown to a gorgeous grey. I loved it but the problem was the upkeep! This is where SuperCuts came in. Missy at SuperCuts helped me with a fantastic haircut and then I came back and she bleached my roots, pulled the color through to even it out and gave it a much needed over-haul. It came out great. I am definitely going back for my next root touch up. She was professional and it didnt take all day either. I would definitely recommend her.

My daughters and I decided to try this supercuts location since our normal girl has been out because of covid. I must say I am throughly impressed with Missy (Melinda). I have never had a hairstylist truly listen to what you want and make some suggestions to truly make the haircut yours. I have defintely found my new hair stylist.

Made appointment, Uber’d to location, were not ready for us (2x haircuts), Uber’d away, called back to make another appointment, Uber’d back to location, not enough expertise to cut my hair (military fade), sons haircut could have done at home. Ladies were polite but overpaid, wasted time, and left not happy with “scheduling and haircut” service.

Great place for an affordable hair cut and other hair treatments. They also offer a small amount of hair care products. No appointment necessary, but you can make appointments for any given date and time.

Truthfully I came here once before and didn’t like my experience. I had the Asian lady and she wouldn’t do what I wanted and was really harsh on my head. I was hesitant to go back but Jaycee cut my hair this time and made the whole experience enjoyable. She had me laughing the whole time and gave me a great scalp massage.

I’ve had nothing but great experience’s every time I come in. They get you in n out with great service. The manager on site is real knowledge with products and also has tons experience in the Industry. I recommend this Supercuts to anyone near the Southlake area.

We give the barber a simple job and she ruins it. She cuts it one time and it is bad, I come back 5 days later to fix it and it is better but she still does it bad. She cut it to short but the sides were fine. This experience is horrible.

Extremely Dissatisfied. If I were to give 0 star option. I would have. Not single a knowledgement after waiting. I am local from Southlake. Never coming back to this location. Checked in online. Showed no waiting. When I entered gentleman stated that It will be only 15 mins. Waited for 45 mins. No luck. I left. No wait time still ended up leaving after waiting for 45 minutes. Checked in ahead of time still no help.

Not respectable of your time. Ive really given this place many chances for my business. I always check in online or call in ahead first for a specific time slot. Just about every time Ive gone, Ive had to wait 30 minutes to an hour for my specific stylist. Many times I would be there a minute or two early and the person would have just started a walk in, so Ive had to wait. This last time I tied to get service I called the place to confirm they were there that day. I go there and then was told 2 stylist switched shifts. I was then told I could come in at a specific time the next day to which I agreed and they wrote my name down. I came in 5 minutes early that next day and she was working on someone. I told the lady who came to greet me that I had an appointment for that specific time. After waiting for 30 minutes again she finally finished that person and she called up another person from the waiting area who was waiting for her also. I got up and said that I cant wait any longer. She said that shes just going down the list. I said that I was told to come in at this specific time (to which they had wrote my name down) and I couldnt wait any more. They didnt care so I told them again I cant wait any longer and walked out. The Ive tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and multiple chances, but Im done.

I brought in a pictures of the cut I wanted, it showed it from all angles. I have had this cut before, so I know it works well with my hair type.The girl cutting my hair had no idea what she was doing. It should have been an asymmetrical cut, but there is barely a 1/4 inch difference in the sides. I asked to do a lot of thinning because my hair tends to flip. She did not know how to use the thinning shears. She did not even know how to use the round brush! So one had to come over and show her.I will NEVER go back again. This horrible cut cost me $40!

I may have received the worst haircut in my life. I knew I was making a huge mistake when I pulled up and the staff looked out towards my car with contempt. Despite this I sauntered inside under the false premise that my ridiculously simple haircut instructions could not be molested. The lackadaisical manner in which my hair was cut from the start made me regret my decision immediately. Not only was this the worst haircut I have received, it was also the slowest. Time seemed to stop as I watched in horror as my hair was clumsily cut away from my head. At one point, when I thought we were halfway through, she asks, Is this good? Looking at my hair in the mirror I can clearly see that one side is at least a half inch longer than the other. I ask her to cut it further and she does after 30 seconds of putting her hand in my hair and tilting her head sideways. She then snips around my ears with trembling hands that make Michael J Fox look like Ben Carson. Finally, when Id had enough and felt that I had done all I could do to make her give myself a decent haircut I said it looked fine. Closer inspection at my home reveals that it is still slightly uneven, not even properly trimmed around the ears, and there are blatant missed spots where she was supposed to trim my sideburns. I have had good experiences at other Supercuts but this was not one of them. Exercise extreme caution, unless youre getting a buzzcut, which I would then exercise medium caution.I left one more star than minimum because my hair was at least shorter than when I walked in.

Skipped in line b/c stylist didnt want to cut my childrens hair. Came in at ~11:30am on Sunday 6/10/18 and put our name on the list and told it would be a 30-45 min. wait. Came back at noon after running errands and were welcomed back by the stylists. My 3 children (6, 4 & 1 years old) waited until 12:50pm as we watched other customers come in and get their haircuts prior to us. When I asked about it, one stylist said that the other was taking them out of order. As any parent of 3 little ones can attest keeping them entertained in a Supercuts lobby is no easy task and getting skipped over multiple times was NOT appreciated. Id recommend that if you have little ones taking them elsewhere.

This is such a busy store, I am amazed at how well the team works together and gets everyone in and out in a timely manner. The salon is always clean and they have a great attitude.

First off, the customer service is terrible. At times, the stylist cut my hair without even asking me what she should do. She spoke in an extremely rude tone and acted as if her time was more valuable than the haircut I was paying for. The hair was cut very carelessly, causing her to mess up my hairline. I would give 0/5 stars if possible.

I went in for a trim and was given more than I asked for. In fact, they adjusted my color during the shampoo, which I didnt know about. However, it was serendipitous because my hair was getting too brassy red, anyway. I usually do just roots but was going to do a whole head color readjustment for more ash blonde. What they did, using a product - what I dont know - was healthier and better. The trim was fine, they didnt take much off, honoring what I asked for, which was to keep it long. I saw a bunch of men come in and get cuts while mine was getting done. They all looked great! I think there is some great talent in this shop. Any issues I might have had would be due to language - they are all native Spanish speaker - the woman who shampooed me and gave me the price of $25 spoke fluent English. But she left after shampooing me. The one who did the cut did not speak English well, and yet I think the task was left to her to tell me about the color adjustment. I had no clue what she was saying until later that afternoon when I realized what they had done, the great favor they had actually done me!! However, there are issues that I think it would be good for others to know about, including that they did not ask me whether I wanted the color adjusted (thank goodness I did) and then I was charged a total of $31 for shampoo though I had no idea why. lol. I think they probably were just as confused as I was as to why I found the extra $6 strange - I know now that they used another product to tone my locks down. Anyway, all is well and I wouldnt hesitate to go back here, cuz from what I can tell, they have a very good eye for what looks good, though Id probably bring my English Spanish Dictionary with me. On the window it says Se Habla Espanol, maybe it really should say, We Speak English.

Worst service I’ve ever had in a hair saloon, awful haircut and awful blow dry, and they still charge me $46 after the awful service.
