Upon arrival to Southlake Storage facility on Continental Blvd location in Southlake, TX 76092, Kenesha greeted my husband and I with a smile, Texas Style. She was very personable and knowledgeable. Kenesha articulated how requirements and policy for having insurance on items being stored. Her tone an demeanor were welcoming. As a native Texan, a saying the elders imparted to me at an early age, Your Word Is Your Bond. Kenesha demonstrated and made good on that every time we visit and shes working. Her security brief on entering and exiting facility was on point.

Came in to get a small 5x5 unit. Both Mariah and Kenesha were super nice and helpful. They both clearly know what they are doing and were able to make suggestions on the merchandise in the office that they had for sale as well. The property is kept clean and well lit, I feel safe when here even alone, which I dont usualy feel safe at storage places so this is super inportant to me! Will recommend this location to my friends.

I spoke with Sherry Parrish over the phone in my search for a storage unit. She was so personable and helpful that I felt compelled to come in and see the facility. When I came in, her professionalism and knowledge made the decision to choose this facility over any others in the area an easy decision. The facility is state of the art, and amazing. Most importantly, Sherry is the best!!The beautiful rows of purple flowering bushes and well manicured landscape also make renting here so nice.

I couldn’t resist I had to give this place the 5 stars it’s deserves. This place has great security... cameras in each hallway, freight elevators, clean restrooms, and free WiFi. Plus great prices! When we first went to check out this place we had walked in right before closing - we try not to do this to people so we were trying to ask questions quickly so we would not impose on Kenesha getting to go home! But she was so friendly and took us to go see a couple units and answered our questions. Her customer service has been polite, personable and friendly. This place is new and clean, and working with Kinesha has been a plus. We definitely recommend it!

Yesterday I came to visit Southlake storage, and I just want to start off by saying this place is so nice inside and out, very clean. The manager kenesha knew exactly what I was looking for when I described that I didn’t want something too big or too small due to the fact I’m moving from a apartment to a house and want some stuff stored.
