Came into the store on Southlake Blvd and had an amazing experience. Mandy was very helpful and friendly! The store here is very clean and the property well kept. I would recommend anyone looking for a storage to come see them in Southlake.

Manager was forcing me to give them a 5 five star review when I dropped by to give my cancellation notice. The nerve... This facility will give you a promotional rate initially for a couple of months then they will increase your rate almost every 3 months. After a year, the rate already doubled. I shopped and found another facility that has fair rates and increase practices.

Snow! Snow everywhere! Came by to check on our storage space and put some stuff in and was happy to see Mandy inspecting the climate control spaces. She held the doors open for us so we could enter and exit since the access keypads were not working. It is nice to know there are still people out here that are working to help each other during these trying times.

I have had other storage but never experienced such a great experience.. The process was seanmless and Mandy the representative I worked with was so helpful and informative and answered all my questions. i really got the sense that I mattered which is important to me.

If I could give more stars I would. I have been shopping around storage prices and wasnt sure exactly what size storage that would best suit what I needed it for. Liz went above and beyond explaining everything. Her customer service its something you definitely dont come across everyday. Her listening and understanding skills are what I value the most. She was super friendly and had a great attitude. She helped me find the one that best suited me and for a better price than anyone else that Ive spoken with. I had the opportunity to work with Mariana at the Southlake location. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Mariana answered all my questions and went out of her way to accommodate me by showing me multiple storage units that might suite my needs. Couldn’t ask for a better manager.

Terrible experience!! I was there 2 years in a climate controlled unit and during that time I had 2 water leaks and 3 rate increases. My rate increased $86 in a year and a half. The insurance settlement was a joke. They denied most of the claim stating items not covered. The staff was always defensive any time I had to contacted them, and I was never treated like they valued my business at all. Never again Public Storage.

Usually I am the type to only write bad reviews. BUT Stacey made my bad day better, and was professional the whole time. The whole day for myself was a mess and the computer may have been down at the storage place. I was in the worst mood before I came in and she did her best to cheer me up. She took care of me and got me the best rate possible. I recommend this place highly!!!

Michelle was awesome and did everything she could to meet our expectations on the unit size we were looking for. I got there pretty close to closing and instead of pushing us to the next day like a lot of other people would she made sure we were taken care of and happy! We even were able to move everything in thanks to her speediness!

The property manager made purchasing a new storage unit so easy and quick. She was efficient and knew her material. I was walking in expecting a whole sales game and a lot of back and forth, but the property manager took all the guess work out and even showed me the perfect unit for me right away. I went to public storage at southlake for the first time. Tripp is a really helpful guy. He went through everything with me and make sure I understand everything about the rental process.

Jenifer was very helpful and polite when I stopped in to get some tarps yesterday. I was busy and forgot to get them before heading to my daughters house. I walked in to the office and right away Jenifer smiled and asked how she could help me. Even though I knew what I wanted. It was great to see someone stand and offer to help me. She even let me know that she had more tarps in the back if I needed more. She offered rope and tape and was so nice about it I almost wished I needed it so I could buy it. Great job Jenifer keep up the good work.

I rented a car parking space. It was a great experience. Very professional customer service. I loved the people there and how they treated me. Very satisfied how quickly the process was done. The area is very secured. It is a gated storage where you have to use your own passcode. Cameras every where. I highly recommend this location.

We arrived here late on Saturday (20 minutes prior to closing) and Ray was extremely helpful in getting us set up for our storage needs. I have used this facility on two prior occasions when I needed short term storage and I have always been pleased. They have always been able to provide the space I need and the spaces are clean on delivery. Paperwork process was a simple as could be (while satisfying the legal requirements of a lease). I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage of personal belongings. They also have outdoor storage for boats and motor homes.

This is all thanks to the Manager, Ray, who takes great pride in his business. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with great tips and advice. I inquired at 2 other local storage lots in the Grapevine / Southlake area where associates were either not knowledgeable about the available space in their lot, or trying to push me to purchase a unit that was too small. I thought I made a mistake picking this place because the hours didnt fit our schedule of when we could move because my husband works long late hours but the paperwork was already signed. I have had such a stressful week and was upset because we have to be out of our place in a hurry and thought we wouldnt be able to do it. She was able to work with us and come up with a resolution that fit our needs. I am so grateful she could work with us it really relieved some stress of this week. We rented from Public Storage for proably 15 years (even before PS took it over) and never had a problem. We finally thought we were done with extra storage & let our unit go. Lo & behold, 4 months later we found ourselves in the middle of a multiple stage move of a huge house & needed storage again. Jenifer took care of us immediately with a great climate controlled unit. Then the last month we needed yet another unit (man, we had a ton of stuff!) short term, and again Jenifer came to the rescue. All moved now, and Elizabeth took care of us vacating the 2 units. Everybody was super nice, units were clean & well maintained, and we were completely satisfied with our experience. Kudos to Public Storage in Southlake.

I came in today and met a young man named Larry he showed me around the property and explain everything so nicely to me and my husband he was so sweet and polite i didnt feel like he was trying to rush us out he took his time it was like he really enjoyed his job he most definitely will be getting our business if u do stop by ask for Larry u want be disappointed
