This agency has a lack of knowledge in my opinion. I have two homes and was not informed that you could not have two home owners policies. I think this stemmed from them receiving elevated premiums on both properties resulting in a increased monthly mortgage payments. I had been with Farmers for over 20 years and this debacle with the Kevin Hendricks agency was a major disaster. His team was not allowed to speak to me directly because I felt they didnt know what they were talking about or they just pulled an answer from the air. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
