My current home is the second one Aaron and his very professional team have tackled. This is a complete interior and exterior system, wiring, TV install, media room setup, commercial grade wireless system, Commerical grade cell phone booster system, exterior televisions and exterior speakers with integration of lighting, locks, shades etc. Extremely happy with the work, communication, equipment and materials. Strongly recommended.

If I could give these guys a 6th star I would. We moved to Southlake earlier this year and decided to completely redo the house we purchased inside and out. I wanted the network, smart home, cameras and the best home media I could get. I started projects with Starpower and it was a disaster. I felt I knew more about what I wanted to do and how to do it with a 20 min google search than they did. I say that with imploring I’m not difficult to work with. I got rid of Starpower and found Aaron at Custom Home Media. He came out and did a consult as to what had already been done and how to get me across the finish line. Most of the work Starpower completed had to be re-done and re-programmed by his team and miraculously it worked. The big project was the media room. Knowing these can get pricey we discussed what I wanted to achieve and what would be the best fit. I never got the feeling he was trying to oversell me. The room is unbelievable. I’ve been in other media rooms and mine is perfect. I just can’t say enough about Aaron and his install team Jay and the rest of the crew. Everyone of them are very impressive in their knowledge of what they are doing. They really turned a disaster into one of the strongest aspects of my house.

Great work. Very professional and clean. Really worked with our needs and not trying to over sale us with a system we really didn’t need. Installation was quick and the guys doing the work were top notch. Will definitely have them back as we expand our system in the future. Highly recommend using Custom Media!!

Aaron/CMI do terrific work--they are reliable, punctual, professional, and most importantly honest and fair. They did a terrific job installing our full A/V home technology package for our large home. After the sale, support has been excellent as well. Lastly, they have been more than willing to help me with a few small projects Ive needed assistance with more recently. Highly recommend!

Great job with Sonos install. Tricky room wouldn’t allow for speaker wire install. Still needed to plug in rear speakers for power. Installed outlets behind the speakers and can barely see them. Great job!!

Replaced a defective Component in Surround System with a new component and now I have everything working as before the Surround Sound/Video Processor went south. Replaced with new Yamaha Receiver. Custom Media diagnosed and replaced the component with top quality and a fair price.
