This team was great to do business with. They were on time, courteous and went above and beyond to do a high quality cleaning job!

I am a repeat customer and the experience with this company has been consistently good. The quoting process has been transparent and competitive with other providers, the technicians arrive on time and ready with protective pads to capture any particles going astray, and they make sure to cleanup before they leave.

Ductz of DFW North did indeed arrive at Mr. Tabs residence early as I told him we would be there between 12:30 and 1:30 due to another job we were doing that morning. Our technician went to the door while the other technician stayed in the truck while the first technician had a discussion with Ms. Tab as Mr. Tab was not home at the time. She requested that I email her an invoice instead of accepting the hand written invoice that he offered. The technician called me and I was in a meeting at the time and asked him to explain to Ms. Tab that I was not able to email an invoice to her. She would not accept the handwritten invoice that would have detailed all of the work we planned on doing. It should be noted that Mr. Tab and I exchanged several emails detailing the work to be performed and the price as well as my having left a hand written quote with him.I would also like everyone to know that Mr. Tab called today and asked that we come do the work at his house. We were unable to work him into an already tight schedule over the next several days.

Ductz of DFW North was an not honest guy and we felt pricing was very bad fair.Never Again

Very Unprofessional !Kent, the owner, Scheduled to send his workers between13:00 - 13:30 for our HVAC system cleaning. One guy showed upat 12:15 without any invoice for the job ! ...The worker couldnt contact the owner, and he excused that he is in a meeting. So he left and asked us to call later to re-schedule. Kent, the owner, did not return our call and text messages and then next day when we called again he was very ignorant and denial to take responsibility. He was not up the job and refused to offer Service. Total waste of our time and trust. We couldnt let anyone like this just walk to our property and start working on our system without proper service agreement and documented invoice for the job. Please stay away from this so called business !
