There are much better contractors out there who will treat you better instead of making it seem like they are doing you a favor. The owner is a hot head who doesnt live up to his promises and does not pull the necessary permits. They dont return phone calls and and if you have an appointment with them and a larger job comes up, they will reschedule you in favor of the larger job that they are making more money on. They are not worth the headache, nor the verbal abuse you will receive if you confront the owner to finish the job as promised. See other reviews on Yelp.

I called them and they came out the next day. The job estimate went well. I am very happy with the cost. The work is scheduled to be completed by Thursday. Great service!

When calling them I had someone come on site and take a look at water damage in my home. The sales guy was very nice and said he would be in touch with next steps. A week and a half later I still hadnt heard even after calling in and asking about it. The owner of Abercrombie Construction finally came out and did the same walk around and picture taking. He then advised me that he wasnt working on a free estimate and if it were insurance claim they would get paid for the estimate. Negotiated between them and our insurance. I wanted to know how that worked and if the money from that would sacrifice our deductable. He then claimed all I wanted was my insurance money. He then became condescending and rude. I had him leave my home as I had my children in the home. He then continued with his arguing outside my home. Cant believe a business owner would do that especially in front of children. NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING
