The staff is friendly and really knowledgeable. Their prices are very competitive. I did wait a year for my hot tub, but that is out of their control. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Always take great care of ya . Very knowledgeable. Owner Sean knows all the answers & treats great & appreciates your business & shows it . Much better then being pumped in & out by the bigger change pools stores trying to sell you stuff you dont need. Water works just wants to solve your problem not sell ya a bunch of unneeded products.

They spent a lot the time with me looking up all the parts I needed on my swim spa pump. It’s a rare pump and most of the parts are being discontinued. They were able to find the parts I needed and reused some of the older ones. Saved me a lot of money too.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Have not been in the store, I was calling to see if they had a filter part after going to a big name pool store, that had a two week delivery for this special order...Shawn was very helpful in ordering a part for my filter that could only be found online..he found the best price on shipping and a much quicker delivery date than Amazon and the big name store! I will definitely be a returning customer for my pool supplies!

I had Sean open my pool for me and he was wonderful. I call today to get a hold of him and the person who answered the phone was a complete A hole. Very rude and he is lucky I don’t go up there to pay him a visit.

Ultimately the part that i needed was not available anywhere but online, but the people here helped me actually better than it would be if i bought the part. The guy i spoke with understood what i was trying to do and crafted me a piece to make it all work. Great Job!

Everyone in this store was very helpful!! They even lost power and was still able to provide service to all the customers in the store. They also had a lot of products in stock that the other pool places were out of.

What a disaster. I was recommended a guy named Mike from this company to install an above ground pool. He took our money and disappeared.In addition, they dug directly on a marked power line and severed the power cable to the house and did not tell us. We walk around the yard with our baby and there was a exposed power line that would have killed us if we stepped on it.$5900 and the pool does not work, it’s October and there is stagnant water in the pool. What a joke.

We decided to purchase a new hot tub and from the moment we spoke with Sean we felt very comfortable and not pressured at all. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was very personable. We just received our hot tub a couple of days ago and were most pleased with the delivery and setup. Sean and his co-worker were very professional and explained everything regarding water chemistry and how the tub works. Thanks guys, we love our new Artesian Spa!

Sean and his team are very knowledgeable and willing to share it with the customers. I have used them for opening and closing for years now with no issues I have purchased a safety winter cover along with installation of the new safety winter cover and was very pleased with cost and installation.My only regret is not having them install the pool originally.

Great People! Had them come close my pool and they offered to help trouble shoot my jacuzzi. Found a bad pump/motor. I pulled while they closed the pool, they took it and fixed it for 1/2 the price of a new pump/motor.

RIP OFF.. i paid $650 for the installation of a new liner. (Not including the liner) the job was not even finished. My liner ripped before the pool was filled. The installer (mike baker) never came back,he would call and make appointment times and be a NO SHOW . The owner promised to fix it. Never did. I do NOT recommend this place of business the new business i now have to pay to replace my liner informed me he had had muliple calls of people saying the same thing happened to them. But hes not complaining, its bringing him alot of work.

We purchased our pool from this store many years ago and this is the only place I get my supplies from. Great customer service and have never had a bad experience.

They had what nobody else did!! Very reasonable for smaller store.

These guys are awesom. I called them and had a question about my hot tub heating element, which turned out to be a faulty spa disconect GFCI breaker, discovered only after spending no less than 30 minutes on the phone with them, and them walking me through all the things they would have done if they came out to the housse and charged me for, they were able to help me diagnose the problem over the phone and save me money. I would highly recomend and have done so to anybody.
