I am totally dissatisfied with the work from this company. We upgraded to a new 2-stage central air conditioning system put in to replace our old 1 stage system. What the owner/installer, Andrew, failed to mention was that he HAD NO IDEA how to work with our current Arzel zoning system, nor did he mention that his knowledge of a 2 stage central air conditioning system was non existent. Now less than one month after installation, our central air conditioning system doesn’t work. After trying to get resolution on why we can’t cool our home, Andrew, tells us that we have to PAY him to troubleshoot the issue - the issue that HE CREATED when he upgraded our system. I would NEVER recommend him or this company for any type of work! We read the previous reviews from customers and spoke with him several times regarding our needs; and felt that we would be in good hands - however that proved to be inaccurate assessment of choosing Andrew’s Heating and Cooling.Follow-up to Andrew - (not only does he not know how heating and cooling - he doesn’t know how to tell time - he was here less than an hour to follow up on our complaint. Our system worked prior to him installing the 2 stage system. You just don’t know your field Andrew- instead of taking on a job that you have no idea about you should have passed. Leave the real air conditioning jobs to the professionals. Thank goodness you didn’t install our furnace - we would be stuck up a tree with no paddle…

My furnace went out last Friday. I called Drew on Monday morning and he fit me in on the same day! He fixed the problem in a timely manner and was very profesional!! He took away my old unit and left everything clean, probably cleaner than when he came. LolI would most definitely recommend this company!

Andrew was excellent. He was very honest about the repair needed on my 1990s AC unit and did not try to sell me a new one (as the old one just needed a recharge). He looked over my system and gave me practical tips for making it last a few more summers. Use this company if you want someone who has integrity, is honest, and knowledgable!

I was able to schedule Andrew to look at our AC unit a week earlier than anyone else would be available. He diagnosed the issue in about a minute, and had us up and running in about 20 minutes. Very polite, professional and thorough. He will be our first call next time we need any HVAC work.

Andrew replaced by my old furnace and AC units and installed a new thermostat as part of the package. He was thorough and efficient and in fact, cleaned up the area where he did the furnace install so that it was better than before he started! I highly recommend Andrew and his work and wont hesitate to call him again if the need ever arises.

Andrew installed a new AC unit after my old units compressor failed. Fair and resonable quote - no hard sell. He was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions.Follow up - one month later: Our AC unit does not work properly. The system is leaking at the joints that Andrew put in and the system does not go into stage 2 as it should (what we paid for)... at the follow-up visit of less than an hour- Andrew now wants additional compensation to correct his poor workmanship and lack of knowledge on an existing system that we have/had at the time of installation (one that worked cooling the house). Ill never recommend him to anyone, for good measure.

Our AC went out on a 90-degree day. Andrew was able to come out within a few hours and diagnosed the problem. After giving us a couple of options, we decided to get a new unit. Andrew was able to get the new AC installed, including running new lines and replacing the slab, by the following day. He came in early so that he could be done before I had to go to work, which made it much more convenient. The whole process was hassle free, thank you!

Andrew installed our AC unit over summer and was very professional, timely, and all around great job!

A few months back my family was in a bind, middle of winter and no furnace. Andrew came by quickly that day and fixed the furnace for a reasonable price. He was super friendly and left a great impression. We liked him and the work he did so much that we had him do an estimate on a few other things we wanted to do to the house. He installed a new hot water tank, humidifier, chimney lining, and fixed a couple of our ducts. The price for all the parts including installation was great. Andrew was very punctual and worked efficiently. He even cleaned up when he was done with the work. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend his company to all my friends and family.

Being a bar owner I have worked with at least 8 HVAC companies in the area and all but 2 of them have done their job correctly. Andrew MHC is one of them. Andrew himself showed up on time, quoted me on a job and fixed it exactly when he said he would for exactly the price. My entire heating system went out in my wedding hall. He has also fixed a beer cooler for us which may seem like a simple job. But I have waited for over 3 weeks for other companies to show up. People need their beer, people need their heat and AC. Call Andrew. He will take care of you properly. My highest recommendation goes to his company. I will be calling him back.

Couldn’t believe how quick I was able to get the work done! Andrew gave me a very fair quote, was able to come out the next day and within an hour and a half I had a new water heater installed and ready to go. He cleaned up the work area, took away the old water heater and gave me tips on how to keep my new unit in good shape. Very professional and I would highly recommend.

Andrew Mechanical has been our repair company for A/C, heating, water heater issues, freezer and cooler problems for the past 4 years. He is prompt, honest, professional. I referred him to many of my friends and they likewise referred Andrew to their friends. Now, if he is not what I told him to be, why would my friends refer him to their friends?Example: our church pastor had furnace issue. He was quoted repair cost of $4-600. I referred Andrew he fixed the problem for $150.00. Now, not all things are the same but what I am saying here is he will not charge you extra just for the sake of making money. He is honest that is why I do not think twice in referring him.

Andrew Mechanical is by far the most honest, dependable, & knowledgeable HVAC service around!Our three year old ductless mini-split stopped working in the middle of June.  We called the company that installed it several times & left multiple messages, as it was still under the manufacturer Bryants parts warranty, and he never returned any calls (taillight warranty).We called Bryant, the manufacturer,  & they told me I had to use a Bryant certified dealer for a warranty issue.  I called a dozen different Bryant HVAC companies and finally found one to come out a week later. They diagnosed it as a faulty compressor and ordered a new part. We waited three weeks, now into the middle of July, and finally received a call that the owner no longer wished to provide us with service.So we were back to square one having gone through the middle of the hottest summer with no A/C. I called around again, each company telling us they either didnt have the time or technicians, basically sorry about your luck.Finally, I called Andrew Mechanical, told him our sob story, and thank goodness he was willing to help us.  He could have easily told us that he was too busy, or made up any excuse to avoid this warranty headache like all the other HVAC companies, but he didnt.  It was clear this was not going to be an easy job.  Andrew took on the challenge, having to make at least five different trips to our house and back to the wholesaler for part exchanges.  He had to replace the compressor, multiple motherboards & I dont even know what other parts.  Turns out our unit took a power surge and basically fried the system, but he was able to get it back online.  We finally have our A/C again and I truly appreciate Andrew for his help. Even though I hope to not need him for a REALLY long time, there is no doubt who to call next time we are in need of HVAC support!

Got our old furnace working when the flame sensor current read good but it just needed an additional ground. Got our a/c working in June. Just replaced our 24 year old furnace with a new 96% efficient Bryant. Andrew Mechanical is the real deal, hardworking and honest. I would highly recommend him.

We couldnt be more pleased with this company. Andrew is such a nice guy; professional and down-to-earth. We had him inspect our ancient furnace (that most other places wouldnt touch) at the end of the last year and he was really thorough. Fantastic HVAC company. Andrew was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Andrew answered any questions I had about the process.
