Amazing staff! During my pack out and pack back, each person was professional, clean, and communicated so well. Lindsey, Evan, Niva…all of them! Kind and personal, never left any mess behind, answered each question I had, and helped with everything asked. Christina and Anthony on the office end were equally excellent! The thorough and honest communication is notable. Would recommend DryMedic to anyone!

First I wrote a review for how amazing Jerry and his “dry out” crew were when our kitchen and basement first flooded. This review is for Michael and his help in rebuilding the kitchen. Michael made a stressful situation of not having a kitchen much less stressful. He had great contacts for contractors for cabinets, flooring, granite, painters, carpenters, etc. Michael was so helpful in arranging everything and ensuring that the rebuild went smoothly. I could not be happier with the final results!

We had the pleasure of working with DryMedic after a pipe caused severe water damage in our home. From the very beginning, everyone was so empathetic and informative to our situation and process. We went with them for mitigation, packing and restoration; and our process was seamless. All of our questions and concerns were promptly addressed, and any issues were quickly handled. DryMedic made a horribly uncomfortable situation as easy as possible. Not to mention, our house looks great. You won’t find better customer service. I’d use them again, and I’d recommend them.

This was the best experience from a terrible situation. My beautiful basement (billiard room, movie theater, etc) was flooded in January due to a busted pipe in the ceiling. UGH! I looked up who the best restoration company was in the area and Drymedics was at the top of the list. Called them and they were here the same day to analyze the situation, make recommendations and give an estimate to start. Once approved by my insurance company all things were a go. The Project Manager, Michael Hesano, was more than a leader; he was compassionate, caring and now I earnestly call him a friend. He and his crew worked tirelessly to get the basement bact to BETTER than if was before! Great job! I would highly recommend them for any restoration project you have....thats if you want it done right! Kudos to Michael and DryMedics!

I would like to share my experience with working with DryMedic staff. We had both a mold removal and a reconstruction in our basement. I was VERY PLEASED with their services and quality of work. They are very responsible and follow through on things. The quality of their work is EXCELLENT!! They also have painters who I think are OUTSTANDING. They are very good at explaining the steps during the entire process and telling you what to expect. We especially appreciated their expertise and timely response to phone calls and questions. Coming back from vacation, my kids ran up to me telling me there’s water in the basement. I contacted DryMedic and was told Jerry would take care of everything for me. He was very professional, was there during the cleaning process, and for the follow-ups. I’m would not think twice of contacting Jerry or DryMedic for future needs.

DryMedic helped us out when we had sudden flooding in our basement, even with many other homes in southeastern Michigan experiencing the same from recent heavy rainfall. They were able to get out the same night, help get things cleaned up and in place. There was some frustration with communication on the cost of services after the fact, but Carlos was very easy to talk with and was eager to come to an amicable solution to both parties. Drymedic has proven to be happy to work with their customers to provide the best possible outcomes, to the best of their abilities, and to suit their client’s needs.

Last year, right after Christmas, we had a sewer collapse which resulted in a major (and disgusting) backup into our basement. The plumber recommended DryMedic, and he was so right. They came out, cleaned, stored our belongings, dealt directly with the insurance company - really, for such a traumatic event, they made it as easy on me as they could. Nice, polite, accommodating people, and they did excellent work. Highly recommended.

DryMedic is absolutely amazing! My husband and I had a pipe burst in thr middle of the night and woke up to 5 inches of water downstairs. We called and Shawn was at our house almost immediately! Got the water out, removed all the damaged flooring and walls that were effected. He set up some big dryers which actually saved my house from growing mold. I couldn’t be more thankful for quick his response was and the quality of his work. I highly recommend DryMedic to ANYONE! Very personal, kind and thorough.

I can not say enough about Ben at Dry Medic and his whole crew! We recently purchased a fixer upper only to find out the whole basement was filled with mold and water damage! We were so worried about where to begin to get this problem solved and within our first conversation with Ben we felt there was a light at the end of the tunnel and everything would be taken care of Professionally. Dry-medic restoration Novi, just completed a very large project after significant water damage to my fully finished basement. Led by Mike Hesano, the team did a truly excellent job not only of restoring everything that was damaged but also working closely with the claims adjustor to generate full coverage of all those multiple elements of damage - whether directly or indirectly impacted by the initial water damage. At my request they also worked tirelessly on an expedited timetable so we could host over 25 members of our family and extended family for Thanksgiving this year.
