Wedding photos and videos is the one thing you look forward to as a bride. Unfortunately, when you decide to use Fairytale Productions you won’t get the “fairytale” vibe you were hoping for. I was a bridesmaid for a wedding a 3 weeks ago, the photographer she chose cancelled 13 hours before her wedding so they sent another guy who was not anything she wanted. During the day for pictures he was always missing you had to find him to take pictures and constantly tell him what to be doing. They haven’t sent any sneak peaks as well. Their excuse is that their busy season is in October so they don’t promise sneak peaks. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know, highly unprofessional and no customer service! I just pray when she finally gets her pictures and video back they are what she dreamed of.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They will rob you. We were no longer able to have our wedding and they kept our deposit while the owner was not even willing to accommodate or help us come to a resolution for using what we already paid. Tip save your money and contact their photographers directly. It is cheaper and you wont have to ever deal with this terrible company.Update to the owners comment: We did not cancel our contract outright, Fairytale Productions canceled it for us without even telling us. We never stated we were canceling our contract. We were not given the option to reschedule either. We tried to call the owner but he refused to talk to us, only through email. Is that how you handle a customer when they’ve paid you thousands?To this date they have not reached out to us regarding our contract and how to move forward.In regards to their statement that they need to stay afloat during these times it is by robbing people of their money who are also trying to stay afloat.

Highly recommend! Our wedding video turned out beautiful, and we barely even noticed the videographer on the day of. The process from booking to final product was very easy!

Our experience with Fairytale Productions was fantastic! We loved DJ Dom. He kept the crowd going and had the perfect MC voice for announcements. Our guests are still talking about how great the music and dj was. The photo booth was a hit. The only thing that I didnt like is that the personnel running the booth removed the red carpet I bought to go in front of my designed Step and Repeat banner. We wanted the fancy red carpet style and had double sided tape for it to stay in place. It was an expense of ours that just got rolled up without anyone notifying us. I understand and appreciate the safety measures, but would have liked a heads up on this. Just a little speck in otherwise perfect celebration Overall everyone still loved the photo booth and photo strips. This captured some good memories. All of our song requests and provided time stamps for first dance, entrance songs etc. went without a hitch! Id highly recommend DJ Dom to others. We danced all night and itll be a day we will always remember.

We received SO many compliments on our DJ, Jason. He has such a great personality and was super easy to work with! He accepted all song requests that were given and took all the curve balls we gave him with ease. The photographer, Carol, was super sweet and very creative, also very easy to work with. She was wonderful! The photobooth provided fun props and a fantastic photo album that was signed by all our family and friends. We HIGHLY recommend Fairytale Productions!!!

From the initial phone call to the wedding day 18 months later, Fairytale Productions was a breeze to work with. I had no concerns about competence or being afraid something wasnt going to be taken care of on our big day. Everyone was extremely nice, our wedding planner (Chris Murphy) was attentive, available when needed and very easy to talk to. Having all three services within one contract/company and having one point of contact for them all made it extremely easy to organize and keep track of. I have multiple friends getting married in the next two years and I have already recommended Fairytale Productions for their services.

We also had the photobooth at our wedding, which everyone loved! It was so nice that they gave us a book of the photos for memory, along with access to the photos online. I hired Fairytale Productions for my wedding and they provided resources for videography and DJ services and they were great. Working with Shon for the planning was super easy and he was extremely responsive. I really liked the planning tools that the company used to figure out the logistics for the event. I had Paul as the videographer and he was professional and very on top of everything day of. He was great to work with and I would encourage anyone to hire him for your big day. We had Jason as our DJ, he was good to work with, we needed to advise him on starting dance music a couple times during the night however he was very open to our direction and overall did a good job. Would recommend Fairytale Productions to any future bride.

I was blown away with the detail, quality, and beauty in her video. After getting engaged, I knew Fairytale Productions had to be a part of my special day!From the very beginning, Fairytale Productions cared about my wedding say. They ask the right questions to understand the vision I had and plan purposefully. They listened to what I valued and made suggestions based on experience.Prior to the wedding day, Fairytale Productions would send reminders, confirmations, and continued to ask questions to stay informed. The day of, the videographers were professional, particular, and truly cared about capturing our wedding.My video was returned to me before the expected date, which was a nice surprise! The video captured the biggest day of our life in such a beautiful, meaningful way. It is truly incredible how Fairytale Productions was able to capture our style, values, and love for each other in a nine minute video. We also are able to look back on our ceremony, speeches/toasts, and first dances. The photographer and videographer were very easy to work with. The DJ was fantastic. Customer service was decent. Im frustrated with it taking so long to see a sneak peak of my pictures. I know they are very busy but just a few pictures within a week or so would have been nice. However, I just got my pictures back and it was worth the wait!

My husband and I were disappointed with Fairytale. We got a package that included a DJ and Videographer. Both were nice and great to work with. What disappointed us was our final video. The first time around, they spelled my name wrong.... we got the documentary which is advertised as 40-90 minutes, however ours was only 30 minutes. Surely they could have added more footage, our videographer was there for 8 hours. The camera they used to film our ceremony was of poor quality. There are plenty of parts in our video where the resolution is great but then for whatever reason, our ceremony is kind of fuzzy and looks unprofessional. They provided limited footage of our reception. Some of the speeches are too quiet and hard to hear. We asked for them to rework the video (and spell my name right) which they did, but it still did not meet our expectations. I am glad that we were able to purchase our raw footage (for $260...). I haven’t looked at it yet but am hopeful we can find some good stuff from our reception and have a friend make a new video for us.I had high hopes with all of the positive reviews but overall, I would not recommend them for their videography services.

I could have not imagined a more talented and professional videographer for my wedding day. Fairytale Productions was absolutely amazing to work with and I am so thankful they were there to capture my big day. We hired this company for our wedding. I didn’t get what I expected. Poor quality video, even after editing for a second time. I paid top dollar for their services which turned out to be a disappointment. I do not recommend them for your events as you’ll be very disappointed. Very bad experience.

The Fairytale Production team was exactly what I expected from an excellent videography company. They were invisible throughout the event and did an excellent job capturing the event. They were extremely professional throughout the process, and were able to diligently answer any questions we had. The interface they provided for their services accounted for every aspect of the event. We look forward to receiving our final videos.

I hired Fairytale Productions Event Services in 2016 for the basic package they offered, the most affordable still at roughly $2,500 for filming. This would use one videographer and two cameras with footage of the ceremony and reception. I was very impressed by their videos online and felt connected to their work, which was beautiful. I, however, was very disappointed in the quality of the product and the process. I had requested ongoing footage of the reception band to capture the video and sound of the band we had. Instead, I ended up with splices of footage with camera movement as he got multiple angles with continuous recordings, which made me feel sick watching it. He must have thought we would splice and edit to make our own movie, which was never what we communicated was the purpose, therefore, lack of communication between staff. This footage was ruined and they tried blaming me for their error.For the ceremony, the tops of our groomsmens heads were cut off and slightly blurry for some of the footage. The sound cut out in spots. The list goes on and on. They edited and re-edited by another person and tried to make it right with what they had. We ended up with a nice video after countless hours of work on my part to try to find all the mistakes and fix it, especially since they only work over the phone or by email, still not up to par with what I was expecting. **I do not recommend working with someone you cannot meet in person!** I was told in an email that they used this videographer at our wedding as a guinea pig to see how hed do! After our wedding and one other wedding complaint, the videographer was let go. Its my understanding that they outsource some of their videographers. I thought I was getting one of their actual videographers! Fairytale Productions likely only gives you their best effort if you pay several thousands of dollars. Fixing their mistakes became my part-time job, and I was too trusting up front. *My advice: Find a company through someone you know who can attest to their work, meet them in person, and have physical record of all agreements.*

Fairytale Productions went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. The planning process was very easy and helped put me at ease for our big day. We used them for videography only, as a few of my friends recommended them. We did a lot of searching and couldnt find a quality videographer in our price range - until Fairytale. Compared to others we looked at, Fairytale was much more affordable and the quality was even better than those charging more. We live in Ohio, but they were accommodating and had no problem making the drive for our wedding day. Tom was great to work with, I didnt even notice him, but he got every shot we wanted and even stayed a bit longer than normal due to me being sick and postponing a few reception events. Everyone who has seen our video says how beautiful it is and we agree! The quality of the highlight video and full video was even better than we had imagined. We were beyond pleased with our final product and would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you Fairytale!

Initially we knew we wanted a videographer to capture our big day, but couldnt stomach the cost in our budget of some of the initial quotes we got, but if we were going to add it in, we knew we wanted top quality cinematography and not a cheesy video. Props on showing us some of your top work Fairytale Productions and on the follow-up from the sales team. I will admit I was still nervous to see what our day of videographer would be like, but I dont know why I ever was. The gentlemen that shot our day was AMAZING! I couldnt have asked for a better camera man to shoot our wedding. Im super glad we opted to have the teaser as well because it will tie us over until the final product arrives, and we can already tell from the teaser, we will LOVE the final product. Our friends and family were blown away by the teaser and I think are just as anxious to see the final product as well. Thanks for your follow-up to make sure we captured the best day of our lives!

Everything about Fairytale was great. They stayed in communication with me up until the wedding and with my day of coordinator on the day of the event. The photographers and videographer did such an amazing job! Cami was super creative but also took photos that I had seen and liked. She was awesome with getting the wedding party to cooperate but have fun when shooting all the group shots. I never saw her or Alex sit down once the entire day. They made Blake and I feel very comfortable with all the photos that were taken all day. Our videographer was also in the action the entire day and never sat down. Overall, the experience with Fairytale was a great one. I would definitely recommend them to another friend!

Initially, we were very happy with them. We worked with Ryan as our videographer and Manal as our photographer. Both were a pleasure to work with. They have experience with many different cultures and that was a huge thing for me as we are not American so our rituals are much different from what they may be used to. It rained a little that day but both were able to use an umbrella and get creative with the shots! The pictures turned out amazing and we are so happy with it. The video footage is great however the end result is not what we expected. We hired them for 10 hours and in the end we got four videos: a few minutes of the first look, about half an hour of the ceremony, a few minutes of our first dance, and a couple minutes of special messages from friends. To me, a wedding video is one long video of the whole day. In the contract they wrote down toasts, ceremony, and formal dances are edits that are included. I did not comprehend that well enough because I assumed that just meant more important things to focus on/things that needed more time for capturing. I was not aware that it actually meant that we were to get videos of those thing only. What is the point of hiring a video company if they are only going to give me less than half of my wedding? We ended up getting the raw footage which is an EXTRA $200 for footage of my own wedding that I already paid them to capture. I regret going with them for video and wish I went with someone else. They took two to three days to respond PER email when we discussed this issue. When I asked if they could make the longer video they said no because they only shot footage of the things in the contract and did not do shots of everything else in the wedding. If you choose to go with them make sure you tell them exactly what you want a video of and do not leave out any details, no matter how little. Miscommunication and high expectations ruined my dream of having a wedding video...something I can never recreate.

We are beyond happy with our experience with Fairytale Productions! They responded quickly and were very helpful! Our videographer, Lance, deserves a raise! He was very sweet and worked well with our photographer (as many people thought they were a team). We were unsure about getting a videographer for our wedding in the first place but now say that was one of our best expenses. We recommend Fairytale Productions 100%.

We used Fairytale Productions for its videography. At first, we were not sure if we wanted to spend the money for a video, but with Fairytales affordable prices, we knew we wanted one! From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive and got my contract together right away. I never went and met with them so they answered all my questions and planned my event with me through email. Every email was detailed and answered every question!On the day of our wedding, our videographer introduced himself right away. He made us feel so comfortable from the beginning. Throughout the entire day, we barely noticed he was always around. He never intruded and acted like part of the wedding party! Once we got our video, we were beyond thrilled because he captured EVERY important moment. The highlight film was perfection and had all the events in it we want to quickly watch over and over! The other edits were done perfectly and we loved reliving our special day! On top of the edited video, we also purchased the Raw Footage.Thank you Fairytale Productions for capturing our day and for allowing us to relive every moment!

Videographers were on time, professional and seemed to have a creative shots. I have yet to see the full video so I cannot comment on that, but my experience with the videographers and the other Fairytale staff that help me plan the services were great. They were very prompt in responding.
