A reservation means NOTHING to this company. I reserved a 16’ truck well over a month ago and called 4 days prior to pickup to confirm everything. They call me THE DAY OF PICKUP to say that they don’t have any trucks for me. I’m helping my mother mom from Michigan to Alabama so I booked flights to get me up there, took time off work and we were going to drive this truck back down. They didn’t even care nor were they apologetic about it. This completely screwed up the entire move. I’ll never use them again.

Made a reservation with them two weeks prior to my pick up date, received a confirmation from them 4 days prior to the pickup date that confirmed we were all set with the reservation. They called me less than 24 hours of my reservation date to inform me that they dont have the truck available, and that there is no other truck within 100 miles. They were not apologetic, nor did they offer anything to offset the major inconvenience (this was an out of state move). I definitely would steer clear of them. They said all of their 26 ft trucks are in the shop for service....

Make sure you call first to make sure they have the truck you need, even with a reservation. They did give me a truck but almost 3x the size I reserved, it was huge. 1 of the men was rude, the other was cool.

Wish I could give zero stars🤬 this place reeks of cigarettes and we reserved a truck 3 days ago and there’s no truck. Called customer service and was no help but tried to find us a truck nearby but she wants us to go to hazel park for one. No just go with U-Haul there much better and always have something available! There’s soo many other reviews about this soo look at reviews. This place should be shut down!

Wanted a 12 truck for moving day. Booked a rental online 5 days in advance. Went to pick up my rental and was told no truck was available and to go somewhere else (apparently a reservation doesnt guarantee a vehicle), no additional help was given. The owner just told me he hates renting trucks. Save yourself the hassle and rent through someone else.

If it was possible to give less then one star for the place I would. I have moved states twice and both interactions with representatives in this specific locations have been HORRIBLE!!!! A represent was unnecessarily rude to my wife while we were just trying to figure out some issues with why we booked a truck online versus having to place an other credit card down at the time of picking up the truck. I said to him that I had previous paperwork from when we moved the first time and just wanted to see what I could have been missing. He then states that he knows how to do his job and that it is impossible to reserve a truck online when we had a confirmation number and the total price. 2 hours after being on the phone with the corporate office and trying to figure out why my wife and myself could not get a truck. We ended up having to pay for the truck out of pocket when it should have been already taking care of. Our rental included a dolly hand truck as then gentleman walked out the door and let it close in my wife face he tells me to grab the dolly. He pulls a truck up from the back that he does not give a pre-walk with my wife, she had to make him mark down the marks that were already there so that we would not get charge. Then he proceeds to give us the truck with no contract, the truck only had 3/4 of a full tank and he gives me $15 and says make sure you return it full. My wife and I make it about have way to to our destination and the truck completely breaks down. Come to find out the truck should have never been rented out in the first places due to an issue with the engine that could have been life threatening if we were driving down the West Virginia turnpike. We were stuck at a gas station from 1am to about 5am until we could be towed to a hotel and have been waiting for another truck to be towed to us from about 5 hours away. if you have to move long distance or locally use U-haul this place is a joke.

Great rental prices & service. This place REEKS of cigarette smoke from staff. Even lingers in the rentals. 😖 Yuck

The truck we rented was filthy. It seems nobody bothered to clean the seats. There was garbage and even vomit between the seats. Make sure you make them clean it before giving you the truck.
