Wait times are ridiculous since/during the pandemic. Which isn’t too bad because that’s a sign of good quality work sometimes. My first time to this nail shop and my wait time was under 30 minutes. My nail tech took her time and kept asking me was I satisfied. I’ll be returning for sure. I’ll get my brows done next time. A fill in with shellac and nail polish change with shellac was $60.

Wait time was 🐢 🐢 🐢 but when I got in the chair he was pretty fast. I love my nails and will return.

Lena is awesome. I just took a chance and stopped by to get my nails, feet and eyebrows done for a trip I have to take Friday. I am so pleased with everything. I will definitely be back.

I gave it 4 stars, cause its Lena. Sadly, the shop then fell off. The quality of the workers is not what it use to be.

Ive been going here for some time now and recently Ive noticed the prices keep going up. 3 weeks ago I was charged 40 for the same thing that I now am being charged 60 for. I love my nails so I never mind paying any fee, but its very suspicious and irritating as a consumer to be stated a price of an added 20 dollars for the same job and work. It was the owner Lena who added the extra 20 dollars on sight. I was shocked! She took for granted that I couldnt make out her instructions because if the language barrier, but I did. I thought it was wrong because she was being money hungry and greedy and I actually dont want to return and will be seeking another nail tech. Lena, it was unprofessional and greedy. Consumers have kept your business open and you should value our money more instead of trying to just take it. Shame on you!

They seem too need more employees. I dont know if I just came on a bad day, but the nail techs had a big argument. Im not pleased with my nails, but the tension in the atmosphere was bothering me and I just wanted to leave. Hope its gets better for them.

I love Lena. I feel like she does all the women in Detroits eyebrows. Me and my best friend didnt know we both were going to her but we always complimented each other on one anothers eyebrows when we would meet up 🤣 I been going to Lena for years- back when she was at the shop on 9 and Coolidge. And I would travel from Taylor to Southfield just to get my brows done by her. 5 stars!

I went to this nail salon on Saturday June 3, 2017. I got a sugar scrub pedicure. Everything was fine until I felt the heel of my foot feeling very tender. The guy who did my pedicure cut my heel with the foot buffer. He didnt apologize nor take any money off for the injury he caused. Beware people!

Nice Professional staff and excellent service. The place I normally go to was closed and I needed to get my nails done. I received such great service that I havent gone back to my prior nail salon.

There is definitely a communication barrier here as only 1 person there can speak/understand English. Manicure was sloppily done. Prices are cheap, so dont expect anything great. I wont be going back.

Today was my first visit at Eagle Nails and it was amazing the lady who did my nails was May and they look outstanding I used to attend diamond nails down the street but after today i will never go back.

I have seldom given a bad review. But the gentelman that did my pedicure was aweful.He cut my toe nails down to low, and very un even. He didnt attend to to my toes at all. Ive never seen anyone do a pedicure like that, and charge $30.00 for it. I would never let him give me a pedicure again. I would venture to say that he is bad for their business. Especially on Sunday. I would not go back there because it felt like throwing money away. In this day and time there are a lot of nail salons to choose from.
