Do NOT purchase for your practice. Their software is hands down the worst I have ever used in my career in podiatry. There is never ANYONE in the office besides “techs” with a script that truly have no clue what they are doing. They will run you through the SAME hoops ! They will constantly blame any issue on the computers in your practice and tell you you’re the only place with issues don’t believe them - we did our research and have not met ONE practice that is happy with any part of traknet/Nemo health. You will waste hundreds of thousands of dollars on Nemo health, having to then pay an IT person to fix traknet issues, your patients will wait while traknet decides to work or not work and you’ll have to pay your managers and assistants extra time to account for the wasted time they will spend with traknet ! When anyone I have came across tries to switch EMR traknet withholds charts ! This should be illegal and I will be reporting to the BBB.

Ive been on hold for over 40 minutes now and the program will not allow the doctor to write his note. The Error message states: Note text was unable to save! Please copy this note and paste it into another new note I did this three times and I am still getting the same message. Being on hold for this long considering how much we pay for services is uncalled for. They did fix the problem but they should have a chat option or leave your number and they can call us back
