This place lets the drivers drive while intoxicated. I would feel bad for anyone who lets these guys drive them around.

Never showed up, no phone call, NOTHING!! Dad had surgery for today...noone ever showed!!!! They confirmed day prior, they were told several times the correct time. Called emergency dispatcher, had to leave message?!! LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES, NOT ONE CALL BACK!! HOURS LATER...they opened, talked to a person, gave a poor excuse to why, we have him down for pm... HOURS LATER... asked if we wanted someone out??!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

If I could give you guys no stars I would! Last night they took my mom to a sleep doctor appointment and then when noticed she was at the wrong building they still left her there saying they can’t transport her anywhere else until authorized by the company! So my moms at this place waiting the people called said it was gonna be 1 hour waited these called again and said 3 hours mind you she’s disabled and it’s freezing outside! The place she was dropped off kicks her out so she had to call the cops to be taken to the hospital which they took her further then the one near home! This is horrible! We’ve had a few other problems here and there with this company but none as bad as this! We will be calling the company as well! They never went and got her she was at the hospital till almost 4am and the med can dropped her off at the place at 7:45 last night! Her friend found a ride for her to be taken home!
