We had a big print project come up and used all our black toner. Auto-deliver has it coming on Friday but I need it Thursday. My Toshiba supply person, Alex made sure the local warehouse had some and called me back to confirm that. The next morning when I drove up to the warehouse, the area was a huge mess after large thunderstorms rolled through overnight. All the power was out, but the Toshiba warehouse employee went around in the dark to make sure I had the toner I needed. I got the job done because Toshiba got the job done. 5 stars.
Toshiba supplied the printers for our business and has done a fantastic job. Support has always been friendly and knowledgeable, very few issues, and a pleasant sales experience. I recommend TBS to anyone looking for new printers for their office, church, small business, or wherever else you might need enterprise-grade printing.
My workplace has been with Toshiba for the last 5 years. Brett has been an amazing service tech for us! He is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and always gets the job done. He even came out on Dec 23 for hours to make sure my printer was working properly so I could finish printing Christmas bulletins. He is amazing!
This company is the worst!!!!! They keep hitting you with extra charges, and raise the monthly cost within the first year. Their sales pitch is all BS, and all they want to do is sell you stuff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!

I have been a Toshiba customer for about 9 months now. For years and years I would receive emails from Ariana, periodically letting me know that she was available to discuss any needs I might have. So this January I had a need. And because she had so doggedly (but politely) pursued our business, she was the first person I thought asking for assistance. A great decision for me and I guess it was something that was long overdue! Ariana offered a solution that cut my costs dramatically. And she also paid off the remaining 9 months of my existing copier lease agreement. I think Ariana is a true sales and service professional. We have been with Toshiba for years, our sales Rep, Wayne Ensworth, is quick to respond to any issue, and is a man with integrity. Our repair tech, Ben, goes above and beyond to repair any issues we have had, even on the weekend. Ben was actually the tipping point when we decided to renew our lease with Toshiba. You just dont get service like that from just anyone.
