Our company had a horrible experience with Big Water. It seemed like a great fit for our company at first. However, their execution was poor and when problems arose the sales person would not respond. The issue specifically was we were porting an old phone number from our old location to our new one. I was told up front this would take 24-48 hours. After the 48 hours we were told it could take up to 2 weeks. To make a long story short many mistakes were made and it took 3 months. To make matters worse they demanded payment the morning they were doing the install before it was even complete. This likely explains why they were un-helpful in resolving the phone porting issue after install.
Their sales and support team are in a class by themselves. I highly recommend BWT for all of your telecom needs!
Only because I cant give them Zero Stars. Our firm hired them to install a new server and software for our industry, a year later they have still not figured out how to properly install the software onto the server they installed. They are so lost they now refuse to even answer calls and try to help. They took the $ did 1/2 the job and are gone.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
