This company provides IT support to our condominiums, for probably over a decade by now. They have been very reasonably priced and the internet has functioned well for many years. The overall value has been excellent. Recently there was an extended outage, but it was not the fault of Dakotech. In fact, Dakotech arranged a fix at no profit to their own company, and did what they could to help, including deal with irate residents. As a resident, I suffered through the outage and understand the frustration of no service, but I also understand that the company did what they could and appreciate their work.

This company provides IT support to our condominiums. The internet service has been terrible and every time I have called their service line I get unprofessional responses like I dont have a magic wand and elusive responses to solve my issues. Think twice before entrusting any critical service to them. I am an experienced IT professional and understand this business.
