Started out with Heather (awesome lady) then was switched to Hope, who went above and beyond to get me placed on a new assignment when my other one was stopped abruptly. I truly appreciate the outcome of working for this agency

Hope is my recruiter. She is awesome! She got me an friends jobs. I filled out the app an she called me the next morning. Very reliable and professional! I even forgot my social security card and took the time for me to run home an get it. I would definitely recommend her if you need a job!

In the past 5 years, I have worked for Impact Staffing twice. Both times have been great! The first time I was at 3 different job sites, one of which I ended up getting hired in at. After working with so many other staffing agency, the others didnt quite compare, so it was only right that in my new job search Id come to Impact. I have no complaints about this company. The staff at Impact Management Services are very exceptional with matching qualified candidates and employers. They monitor the candidates progress to insure that they are satisfied with the company and position that they are assigned. In the event that something happens the staff at Impact Management is there to assist you with any concerns about payroll, benefits, and the position that you are assigned. These guys are great and do a fantastic job with matching an individual with the right skill set with the right job.

Worst of the worst, if I could give less then one star I would !!!!! I should of known not to use them by the 3 star rating and 3 stars is way to high.

I was slowly looking for a new job and got contacted my a rep and they got me to work fast. Never had a problem with them. Got hired into the factory where I was placed too. They were always very nice if I had a question or issue.

My fiance was looking for work and heard about Impact through a friend. This has to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL job placement company I have seen. Whenever my fiance tries to call about work they almost never answer the phone and take forever to call back when you leave a detailed message. We even emailed in regards to my fiance returning to work and they seem to never been in the office, he already had the approval from the site they just needed to speak with his recruiter and as usual they just dont seem to be available to do their job. How any of these recruiters still have jobs is beyond me. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Aerotek, Crossfire, and VP Total Solutions are much better options and at least you wont have to wait weeks at a time to hear back from someone.

The owner is a pompous narcissist. Avoid him!!! He talks down to people and makes his employees feel worthless.

Do not waste your time with this company. If for any reason you can not make to work, you wont be able to call off. You have to wait two weeks for that. If even then. The employees are very rude and they throw you into your jobs without proper items too. Dont even think about asking them to help you fix a mistake on your paper work either. Youre 100% better off going to a different company.

I love then within one day I was being placed from a forklift operator to a over head crane operator because they took the time to value my skills and just wanted to advance them. Thank you Impact for giving me a great job and a great opportunity

Zac, kevin and Allie are by far the most phenomenal individuals I’ve actually worked with when it comes to a temp agency. They actually help you 1 on 1 and hands on, which is the main reason why I like working for this company. I’ve work at a few different temp agencies and it was hell. I’d say if I were to ever have to work for a temp agency again it would most definitely be impact management as long as kevin zac and Allie are still there

These bastards never answer the phone and when they do they tell you to call another location for work, like what are they doing at the Southfield location idk but they are unprofessional and dont tell you upfront that they pay every two weeks, most temps pay weekly. They are a hot mess

They NEVER pick up calls for employees, pretty much ignore you until they feel like dealing with you and when they do, they are rude... hung up in my face twice on purpose when i asked is there any work available for me. They LIE, set you up for an assignment and its NOT what the job description stated when you get there.. Oh and They mess up checks. Please shut this company down!! If I could give negative stars I would. This is the most atrocious company that my family has ever encountered. My husband was employed by the company only to be told after a month and a half just kidding!! Hes actually not hired. In the beginning of December my husband was brought in for an interview. The following day, the brought him in for orientation but failed to tell him that although he was hired that he will not be working until January. My husband waited on this job for over a month....He never received a phone call although he left numerous voicemails. At one point a woman named Jessica answered the phone. She said she would have the are supervisor for the Brighton Michigan location contact him when available. She never did. My husband was finally able to call her and discuss what was going on. Allie (area supervisor) stated that the company doesnt process paperwork until the after the holiday so it would take a few days to hear when my husbands start date would be. My husband had repeatedly asked if he was an employee. Allie said he definitely was. We assumed he was because he paid for his uniform upfront on the day of orientation at the beginning of December! On Thursday my husband called again after hearing no updates and having no communication with anyone. Allie said he had to go to Brighton again to do testing on Friday at 12. She then proceeded to say that someone should be there at 12 or 12:30. My husband asked when he should be there and she said 12. He showed up at 12 to wait for a half an hour. When the man that was doing the Hi-Lo testing came in, he said he had told Allie to tell my husband to come in at 12:30. So she wasted his time to wait for someone. It is now Wednesday the following week, mind you, my husband has called and left many voicemails to Allie that have Gona unanswered and I replied. She answers her phone finally only to tell my husband that they actually dont have a spot for him and that someone had call him and it was his fault he did not receive the phone call. So apparently someone called and left no voicemail to tell my husband he has no job. Abosultely ridiculous. We have a young son and were depending on this job for over a month. He has had plenty of interviews but none had worked out which we werent terribly concerned because to our knowledge, he was employed by this company. We have not only been put through financial strain but emotional distress due to the lack of professionalism by the people working here. I am appalled by the way this was handled and if anything someone needs to take care of this situation. Someone needs to be held responsible.

Please shut down this company. John Newman is a liar, two-faced and is very unprofessional.He is so mean, yells at parents and you can hear him yelling through the walls while he was interviewing another family. My child heard it and got scared and didnt want to go there anymore.My child thought that the man was mean and was scared to be in the room while that man sat in the corner.
