Waited for four hours for a tow truck. Guy kept saying “half hour more” and then continued to go and do other jobs first because they were closer. Owner/dispatcher swore and called me names. Incredibly unprofessional and if you even think about using them, I’d highly reconsider unless you enjoy waiting around until who knows when.

I’ve used this company twice so far and I called for a vehicle lockout and the gentleman was there within 15 minutes. Very professional and efficient. Please give them a call next time you need a tow! Highly recommend!

When the tow driver showed up on the freeway, I asked how much and he said $70 bucks plus $5 per mile. After. Hooking up vehicle price was $100 plus $5 per mile.

The price was fair and the driver arrived during the time frame that was given to me. Every step of the process was executed with perfection! He hung up in my face multiple times and called me out my name because he told me he would take an hour and a half when in reality he took over 3 hours poor service!!!!!!

I had a accident with a vehicle late on a Friday night. I called just us towing the dispatcher was very nice and the driver was quick and came faster than expected. I was able to give them my insurance information and get my car towed and fixed through my insurance company. They towed me to a good collision shop called Autobahn Collision. It was a bad situation that they made less stressfull on me.

Quality service & timing. A tad expensive. But Id use them again if I had to.

I called this morning looking for a tow truck company that’ll help me get my car out of the snow when the snow plows got my car stuck not letting me get out in time for work. In Southfield and ran out of gas, called for roadside assistance and was told someone would be to me within 30 minutes. 30 minutes goes by, I call asking for an update, told they can’t tell me when my help will be here they have to call me back.No call for 10-15 so I call back. “It’ll be 15-20 more minutes. Ok, so now we’re looking at an hour before anyone can get to me to bring me 3 gallons of gas for $50.It’s now been over an hour and 15 minutes. I’ve called this location 7 times and every time the dispatcher has cut me off and hung up quickly. One time when I called it sounded like someone actually answered and hung up. Just now when I called I was sent to an answering service.If it was going to take this long they should have said so.
