Mr. Fix It is an EXCELLENT shop!!! I have been coming to this shop for 15 years. This is the only place I go to when theres something wrong with my car. They are professional, fair, and take pride in there work. If you have an issue with your car...... there name is Mr. Fix It for a reason!!!

As a self taught mechanic who doesn’t have time to work on his own vehicles, I’m quite experienced when it comes to labor costs, repair times etc. of most repairs. After my mechanic of years was too busy to fit me in I decided to give this place a try due to the good reviews. Let’s just say I won’t be going back to my old mechanic. These guys are as honest, straight forward and professional mechanics as it gets. They get to your vehicle relatively quickly and the word they do is top notch. Couldn’t recommend a better place to take your car to.

I went to this shop for a exhaust leak, and they quoted me $792 to replace my whole exhaust manifold!!Took it to another mechanic and the issue was just a manifold gasket. It was only $250 with parts and labor.These dudes tried to scam me out of my hard earned money, and that is truly not appreciated.

Good mechanics prices are fair. Brought them a few vehicles as I live in the neighborhood. Every time I catch them with an open bay the car goes right in and is diagnosed within minutes accurately....Then given a fair price....Then I walk home and within a couple hours they call me and car is repaired. So for me, I have had nothing but good experiences. Definitely honest and up front. If they arent swamped with work youll have your diagnosis and cost of repair within 10 minutes of pulling into the shop which by itself is a service that you will not find anywhere else.

Did a great job

In and out in an hour, fixed all of my problems and then some. Showed me all the work that was being done as well as how to fix some other things like my headlight problems. Great prices and its running better than ever, definitly going back for any future problems.

I have a 2005 Hyundai xg350 and needed a harmonic balancer pulley and serpentine belt done and when i picked it up my car was over heating when i pulled off i noticed it and went back to the shop to confront them they filled my anti freeze up which i dont see how it was gone and just got oil changed and antifreeze . Now my check engine light is on and its riding rough like its dragging.. These scums ate dirty dont trust them

The best place to get your car fixed spent over $5,000 at Pep Boys I called the guy told him I needed rotors and brake pads on my front car he said Ill give you a deal $450 I went and bought the parts for 120 and mr. Fix-It put it on for 70 bucks friendly and good I will ask anybody who needs car work done to take it to him

I was on my way to DJ a wedding in Clinton Township, and halfway to my destination I smell burning and see smoke coming out the front of my 15 passenger van. With just enough time to get to my gig and set up, I start panicking. By the grace of God, I spot Mr. Fix-It Auto Care, and immediately pull in. Upon explaining my dire situation and impossible time frame, The owner Abe says Grab what you need and, put it in my truck. They fixed the break pads in an hour, while Abe drove me 45 minutes to my destination. He even helped me unload! I was so blessed by this man, and could not possibly say enough about Abes good will, and genuine nature. I know that the impression he left me with will never leave me. I am really not sure how people gave good rating. I was new to Detroit area and lady there charged me $475 for just brake-pad and rotor change. The same service I could get in $225 when I realized that she overcharged me and I asked one more auto shop. They are big liar or first do your analysis and then hit them, just dont go there blindly.

I went here to get a 2nd opinion about my leaking power steering and I was quoted a little over $200 to replace the high pressure line, I thought not bad after the 1st place I went wanted to charge $600 to replace my rack & pinion something I didnt need. My concern is that my PS fluid leaked out again after the repair overnight so I went back the next day and was told that another low pressure return line was leaking and it would cost an additional $400+ more to repair the remaining 2 lines to be safe. This is where I became suspicious, did the 2nd line begin to leak due to the repair or was it honestly missed? 3 line costing $600 when I could get a new rack&pinion for that much money even though I didnt need it. I not going to give them a bad review, the owner seemed to be a very nice guy, even took me back to work in his Avalanche truck! Im just not sure, but I dont think Im going back, be nice to see more reviews!!!

Ive known the folks at Mr fix it for years, theu are always going above and beyond including house calls when I was unable to bring on car to them. it is hard in this day and age to find a mechanic you can trust but all the staff and Mr fix it are so caring and go above and beyond itmakes me feel the way America should be.

Abe is my dads macanic and if he trust him then I know hes good, Abe and crew fix my car fast and affordable he is now my macanic

Reading these reviews all I can say is either these people were paid to write the reviews or they are extremely uninformed or gullible. He charges as much as 50% more than what the parts cost at a parts store. I submit they get the job done but you are paying in some cases as much as the dealer charges.
