They were highly recommended to me but wow, what a joke . We went to the store June 30. We talked to the employee, he took our info, gave us a book to pick out our liner ……. Never heard from then again . I called 6 times and even went back to the store . I wax the same thing every time …someone will call you this afternoon. It’s August and no call yet . I would never recommend them to anyone !

He has recognized me visit after visit, and is always very friendly and welcoming.We live the free onsite water testing service, and the step by step instructions they provide.10/10 would recommend to friends or acquaintances looking for a pool professional!

Was excited to work with them at first but after they started my $145k pool build the lack of communication and professionalism really came out. I regret hiring them for such a huge project as I couldnt get status on anything and not even a hey we wont be there this week. Towards the end of my build on Oct 28, 2020 they sent me a final invoice for almost $25k over the end amount owed I emailed them that day questioning the amount. I didnt hear anything back from them about it until Feb 5, 2021 with a corrected amount due. 5 days later on Feb 10, 2021 they stared the process to put a lien on my home. Not even giving me the 14 days I apparently had per their paperwork to pay the bill. I cant pay a bill that I dont know the correct amount for as Im not giving someone $45k just because. I didnt hear from them for months to give me my final class on the pool and I had to hire someone else to teach me which Im glad that I did as my pool would have flooded multiple times with all this weather, it would have caused me thousands in damage to my brick around the pool. I also already have a leak in my tanning ledge and come to find out my heater was hooked up in the wrong part and I will have to have that redone as well.I guess in the long run because they dropped the ball in giving me a correct final bill for months means that the 120 day time frame to put liens on homes is my fault. I wrote a review on their Facebook page and they disabled their reviews on it.
