My 3 children have been attending since April and love it! Before joining our family didnt know much about karate but now we understand its so much more than self defense. Macons truly cares about building quality leaders and starts it from a young age! We cant say enough great things about. We are in it for life!

We signed our three year old son up about 2 months ago and he is loving it. We love the discipline that they teach and the way they teach it with a firm but loving approach. We expect as he grows with the program it will be enforced more. Mrs. Kniesz is very patient with the young ones and does her best to make sure they are comfortable to enjoy the start of their karate journey. We have noticed an improvement in his behavior at home as well. He enjoys helping more, knowing that he will receive his uniform stars. Overall this is an excellent program and I would recommend it to anyone, young or old.

My 5 year old son has been going here for about 3 weeks now. Master Macon does an excellent job teaching and helps teach the discipline and self respect. I have noticed such a difference at home in such a small amount of time. He is using his manners more and helping out more around the house. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants their children to be able to defend and protect themselves but also for good life skills! Thank you for all you do.

MMA has been wonderful for our children. They are learning to become goal oriented, they are showing more self-discipline, and have more self confidence! The environment is friendly and professional.

My 5 and 10 year old attend classes here. This was the best decision I could have made for them this is such a caring place they want my children and others to succeed in class and life.

Ms. Kniesz is a wonderful instructor, and both my son and daughter have loved learning karate here.I grew up competing and teaching Taekwondo, a similar martial art, and my husband competed in karate. We both recognize quality teachers and programs when we see it! The outside of the dojo is humble, but it’s what children experience and learn on the inside that matters.We love how the martial art class incorporates life skills and values. My kids love going here. It has taught them confidence while teaching them to respect themselves and others. They have become more outspoken, more responsible and gives them something to work for. I would definitely recommend this place. Master Macon is an awesome teacher.
