Extremely kind and helpful when suggesting the best packing and pricing to ship my gifts overseas and across the country. Matt was very patient with me when I was a little discombobulated! I was very happy with my service.

This place is awesome, I was doing a bunch of shipping for my company and they helped me solved my printing label problem. Although, I was not giving them any business, they helped me with my problem and went above and beyond their call of duty. I went there the other day to have my plastic reindeer shipped to my mom’s house and let me just say they have the best customer service ever! The girl who checked me out of the register, I think her name was Ray or Riley. She was the best! Good mood and smiling.

I used this as a drop off point to return an item to an online vendor. Afterwards, I lost my tracking number receipt. I called these guys a week later and they went through their records and provided me the tracking number I needed. This is above and beyond what they needed to do, considering I did not purchase anything from them. This type of service should be recognized. I will not hesitate to provide this place with my business if I ever do need to use a third party business for my shipping needs. Thanks for going above and beyond and helping me out!

I had a bad experience with an employee here on one of my visits when I was trying to ship a pre-labeled FedEx package for work, but it was not marked for a Saturday delivery and we needed it to be delivered by then. I ended up having to return to work so my coworker could change the label.At the time, I didnt understand why they couldnt help fix the label at this location, and the employee I was conversing with couldnt answer all my questions. The owner was not present at the time but later respectfully replied to my concerns.Thank you for taking the time to reply. I updated my review as I realized I was unfair in my assessment.
