It’s very hard to make an appointment. They get make mistakes (this happened several times) That is my biggest gripe about this place. Communication is key and they couldn’t get it together. The second gripe is I made an appointment for my daughter last week and the therapist we made that appointment with called a couple days later and cancelled. Not worth the hassle.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Tried to make an appointment today for my young daughter. Provided our tricare health insurance info but didnt have our BCBS info on hand and they REFUSED to even make an appointment for her without both sets of insurance (I did not have the BCBS Card with me) - I explained that I would get the card and call them back in the morning, if they could please just schedule us an appointment and again the woman REFUSED to even schedule an appointment, she said both sets of insurance are needed before even being allowed to make an appointment.

Great place. Awesome counselors. Flexible, upfront, and cares about patient.
