I was here several times. Each time service was prompt and thorough. They only do the services you ask for but they check your car over and offer additional services. This is the place you want to go.

The fastest oil changes Ive ever gotten. They have a pit crew mentality and have never tried to sell me anything I didnt need (they did say I needed an air filter once and I bought it later at Auto Zone). In and out in 10 minutes.

Service is fast, the staff are super nice. They did an excellent job on my F-150. Oil change, vacuumed it out checked and topped all fluids, rotated tires and I got a free car wash. I also got an inspection. All in one place while I say Im their comfy waiting area in a recliner and watched TV. They also have a coffee bar inside. It was a nice experience after working all day. Im very pleased and will be going back.

Watch out for these guys. I got a full synthetic oil change and they put the reminder sticker to come back in 3,000 miles when synthetic oil has useable life closer to 10,000 miles. Predatory the prices are just as high as the dealer anyway

Great place to either drop your car off or sit and wait! Service is fast, priced well and I always feel I got my moneys worth when I walk out the door. If you dont take your car to the dealer, PJs is the place you should be taking it!

I called for a walk in appointment for a set of tires for my daughters jeep. It was an emergency not only did she have a flat, all tires were bald. I called around and no one had a set of 4 in stock. Ron at PJs solved the problem. With no appointment, I was in and out in 1 hour 15 mins. Thanks Ron! The shop is immaculate, the oil changer side and tire rack side. I was also impressed with the espresso bar in the customer lounge. They say you get what you pay for. I got fast, courteous, knowledgeable, clean service. Great experience.

I went in for state inspection, oil change, and car wash. Everyone was very polite. Services were quick and professional. I would highly recommend PJs for such basic service and inspection.

I have given PJ’s a lot of business over a decade: 4 cars - oil changes, inspections, purchased tires, car washes and other simple maintenance items. Today I forgot my credit card but had a check. Counter girl said they haven’t taken checks for over 3 years (sign on the counter dated a year and a half ago said no checks). I could run to bank and get cash.Brandon (Manager?) said (and not very nicely) I would have to leave my license and my iPhone11 (as hostage) with him. Let me repeat this irrational statement: Leave my license with Brandon while I drive on the roads to the bank.PJ’s has my license number, my tag number, vin number, phone number, and home address. Brandon was insistent that I was to leave my license with him as if I was not going to pay and steal a $70 oil change. Brandon could not wrap his head around the fact I was going to have to drive on the major roads with out a license. I do believe that is illegal. If I didn’t come back to pay - they have all my info as well as my photo from sitting there for 30 minutes.Brandon said you have a license but you will have to leave it with me. He told me if I didn’t pay not to ever come back. It was $70 and I was trying to pay, didn’t say I wasn’t going to pay. But to expect a customer to leave their license and $900 cell phone when the company has all of the customers info- is this logical? If I had left my phone and Brandon dropped it - then what?Brandon is correct - I will never bring my cars back for any service and I will never recommend anyone does.

Ive had my oil changes done here on and off for years, always been a little pricey, but nothing crazy. Now their prices have gone up again and be very careful if their coupons (read the small print carefully). If I want to pay that much for an oil change I will take my car to a car dealership, I will not be back

I was there previously for an oil change, $ 30 more expensive than any other Valvoline. Today I called to see if they could change my spark plugs, they said yes, so I went. When they arrived they said that they did not have a simple tool and therefore could not. They made me go there with my vehicle in poor condition. It was really disappointing. -0

I had to give a 5 star due to the mechanics that work there. Blue is the only guy I let work on my truck because Im picky as hell. Im sure the other techs are good but any time I was there Blue was always doing the right thing. I told most of my military friends to go there but about half already did. Blue thanks for always doing the hard right over the easy wrong. Wish you lived in Tennessee. See ya around brother.

Bunch of thieves, $120 for an alignment that wasnt done correctly at all. They offer no warranty or anything despite being significantly more expensive then every other shop. Dont come here.

Dangerous. Had the oil changed for my daughter recently. She drove to Memphis this week. On the way the oil light came on; she had to add a quart of oil every 100 miles to keep the engine from disaster. Thank God she made it safely. A local Valvoline shop fixed their incompetence. PJ staff failed to replace the filter gasket. I’m one unhappy father and will be stopping by to discuss soon. Hopefully they will make it right.

This is the only place I trust with my auto care. They are always quick to pinpoint the problem and work efficiently to get me in and out. Excellent service and I highly recommend.

Excellent service! After taking my vehicle to 7 other shops to fix balancing issues with my tires, this shop finally solved my problems. The workers here are skilled and take the time to do it right. They care about doing good work. I will defiantly use this shop again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Honestly 10x the experience I expected. Best auto shop in the area. Kind, courteous, and efficient. Having one employee typing in details while another does the oil change and another doing the state inspection all at the same time.They even helped us out with removing a drain plug another shop chewed up. Their lounge is something out of a country club. They walked us through everything they were doing and i was fairly impressed overall.

I’ve been coming here for about six years for tires, oil changes, inspections, etc. I can’t think of a single complaint during my time with them. My parents go here as well and we always talk about how wonderful the customer service is. Would solidly recommend.

I have used PJs for several years now with a couple different vehicles. They are always very friendly, courteous and professional.They always bring you into the bay where your vehicle is and give you a recap of what they have done and check to see if you have any questions.Great looking and comfortable waiting room. I am actually heading there right now or some routine maintenance work.

Dont trust after 1st experience. Transmission pan left loose and only had an oil change. Thank God I found the problem before any damage took place. Learned from now on to check my vehicles right after getting serviced from any place.

Super fast and efficient. Went there on a busy afternoon for an inspection, they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Cost less than $15. 10 out of 10 would repeat.

As afore mentioned, they are very big on the up sell and not on cutting you a deal. Ive been taking my vehicles there since they opened and TODAY (4-17-2017) they lost a customer. Their loyalty lies with there banker not with their customer. You can get the same quality service almost everywhere else. If you like the thought of ordering coffee while you wait then I suggest stop at Starbucks and save money and go elsewhere.

Good place for oil changes done right. If they tell you you need a bulb, get one yourself at Autozone and do it yourself as the charge $10 for a $2 bulb. But, if you dont want to mess with it, know that youre paying premium for a simple repair.

Depending on the type of person you are, this place might be for you. They are very explicit when explaining EVERYTHING they are doing with your car. But also assume you dont know anything about cars and dont know what youre talking about. I went in for an alignment and had to explain to them what my car was doing before they finally agreed that yes, my car does need an alignment. They are also big on the upsells, but thats their prerogative I guess. Overall, no complaints on the work, just pretty high prices and some methods issues.

Car wash was amazing. But now no hand dry and tire shine is done by the wash. I regret to say I got two of my four tires shined and even then they were half shined. Very unfortunate fortunate change. For the price I will not return.

Even after moving from Aberdeen to Broadway I still return to PJ Auto Care to have my vehicles serviced. I fully trust that the service is correctly completed.

I dropped my car off for a North Carolina state inspection, oil change, an inspection of my brake pads & a car wash. The staff was extremely courteous, called me to give me an update, and my car was ready and washed when I got there. I would highly recommend PJs Auto Care.

They took very good care of me to include programming new key fobs on my GMC Yukon. They went out of their way to let me know that my check engine light was a oil sending unit and advised me on what I need to do next.

Lots a customer...and hopefullyore than one when you read this. I too my vehicle for an oil change. They asked if they could fix my blower since it was loose and it had been rattling. Always trying to upcharge!!! I said sure. When car was returned to me my AC no longer worked. Only blowed. It has had ZERO problems until that minute. I called owner. He said he would have them look at it. I took it back. They held their hand in front of blower and said “your blower works....we will have to charge you to check AC.” I was upset and said I will never pay you to fix anything again. Took to dealer. The sensor board had been snapped by them when they changed blower. $4000 or more to fix. This is a 2012 Toyota Sequoia. This should not of happened. Don’t go there.

Since eliminating hand towel drying, the car wash is no longer adequate. For an additional $3 I can visit Champion and experience a thorough inside-and-out car wash. No brainer. Absent the towel drying, my vehicles are not only undry, they are not 100% clean.

Had an oil change and car inspection here, and was in and out in 20 minutes .... painless!! They also check and top off your fluids and make future maintenance suggestions; AND you get a free car wash. Love it!

Went in for an inspection. I looked out to see the progress after a while of waiting. I noticed the inspector called someone in to look at dashboard. Shortly afterwards, they informed me my car was ready to go. When I got into the car, about every light was on my dashboard was on.

We sat and waited almost an hour and our car wasn’t pulled in yet. I went to the desk and ask if there was a problem. I told the lady at the desk that we had seen customers come into the waiting area at leat 30 minutes after us if not more. We’ve used PJ’s from the day they opened. Very disappointed and the owner really didn’t aknowledge the over site. He didn’t understand that I would rather of spent time with my husband ( who I never see because of work) instead of waiting longer because we were next. We ended up leaving. Guess I’ll use the dealership for awhile.

Fast, friendly service!!! First time there yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by how efficient everyone was. The coffee bar was an added bonus!!! Awesome!!!

Beware the up sell. I didnt know places still operated like this in 2017. Took my wifes car there for an oil change. After about 10 minutes one of the mechanics comes out calling my name. Showed me some black grit under the oil cap and states: This is bad, you need a full engine flush. This would have been $79 plus the oil change. Since the car was still under warranty, I told him to put the cap back on, forget about the oil change, and Id take the car to the dealer for everything. He then told me that they had already drained the old oil so they had to continue with the original change. I went back inside, thought about it for a moment, and realized that they were awfully quick to pull the car in (sitting 3 deep in line), remove the plastic from the bottom, and drain the oil. When I walked out to the bay to see what was up, they were just getting started dropping the plastic tray from underneath. When I said that they were just now draining the oil, the tech that had told me about the problem asked me if I wanted to get down in the pit and help. At that point I left them to it. Cant recommend this place. After I left I took the car to the dealership, no problems found.

This place is the place to go for service on your car. I took my truck in for tires. I wasnt pleased with the ride that I had been having, and they found an alternative that gives me the nicest ride. It was like a brand new vehicle.

PJs has saved my neck many times. My cars are older and need lots of maintenance and they seem willing to do it! Have worked on my Porsches Mercedes and many other cars some with unique problems. Not overly warm but they gt it done. Go in am to beat the crowds.

Shady as hell.... First off I showed up and my car was parked a little far from the door the lady came out and got my info, gave me a quote of $64.99 for full synthetic. She tells me leave the car there and come inside, when I go to do that, I was told to move my jeep because it was in the middle of the road. Then I get my bill for $87.99. Thats a far cry from $64.99. When i ask what the del was she shows me that its $10 to replace the oil filter. since when is that not part of the oil change. The dealership is cheaper by $10 and they were rude so. my reccomendayion DONT GO THERE, IF YOU DO ASK THEM A TOTAL BEFORE YOU STAY BECAUSE IT WILL CHANGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Auto wash or guy attending to it on the far left scratched my truck in multiple places causing quite a bit of damage and all the manager could say was say “it did not happen here”. Not even an “I’m sorry”...Very dissatisfied and will not be back!

I had a nail in my tire so I went here. They told me I needed a new tire because the nail was too close to the sidewall. I had to walk out and and show them that they had, in fact, found a rock next to the sidewall. I had to show them the nail that was clearly in the middle of the tire.

Called for oil change and tire rotation. I bought the tires there. Told them we were going in a trip. Ask them for oil change and tire rotation. They decided the tires did not need rotation, even though that is what I asked for. Sorry service.

Tunnel wash over priced and misses a lot of spots on car. Afraid that the towel dry drags off the mud at the expense of your finish.

Fast, clean and courteous! The coffee shop is a major bonus for people who want more options (albeit paying options) to the standard free coffee.
