I wish I could leave a zero star review. The front desk women is always rude when I have to talk with her. They cannot get things done in a timely manor I had to call them to figure out what was wrong with my car. They quote you car parts that are double the price. I took my car there for diagnostics and they returned it saying that it was fine. it has been in the shop twice in less than 2 months since then. And to top it all off when they were given over two weeks to fix another one of my cars and told the deadline for my truck they hadnt even looked at it. It sat there for two weeks. Rude people, forgetfulness, and price gouging save yourself the heartache

After getting totally screwed at another local mechanic after it was bought out by a big company, I went to TriCity for a second opinion and have never looked back. One, I did not need a new engine like my old mechanic tried to tell me, and two, the gang at TriCity have been beyond careful, thoughtful, honest, timely, and accommodating. From simple oil changes to emergencies, this group of guys and gals are AMAZING and I would recommend them 100 times over!

Love these people. I am a full time nurse and they are always there for me and my patients. Going next week for a car inspection for one of my patients car. I cant say enough good things about the customer service, speed of service, and reliability. They are my choice for all car needs.

This place is absolutely god awful. Not only did they scratch both sets of my wheels STILL NOT in contact me with me about this .IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH, but they tightened the lug nuts on my wheels TO OVER 350LBS OF TORQUE. HOW DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE JOBS? This couldve caused a deadly outcome.... DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

I brought my vehicle plus an extra set of wheels/tires (8wheels/8tires) here for a simple tire mount/balance. Everything looked to have went well, excellent pricing, great customer service, except until I noticed a very costly mistake. The shop scratched not just the one set of wheels, but my other set of wheels as well. It wouldn’t have been such an issue on a regular set of wheels to fix but these are a set of $7,000 forged multi piece wheels, and another set of $2,000 forged track wheels. I brought this up to their attention what I was told “there was no way our shop equipment did this.” It was in fact their equipment because the same markings were on my unmounted wheels (which meant it wasn’t a curb, or any natural damage from road conditions). I’m now going to have to spend $150 per wheel and an additional $60-$120 mounting/balance fee at another shop to get the wheels powder coated because a simple wheel repair will not work with these wheels, or at least look the way they did before. Aaron took my number and name down on June 8th and said he’d contact me, it is now June 24th and I haven’t heard a word. Please if you care about your property do not let these people fool you. I’m now going to go from a $120 situation to a now over $1,200 repair bill because of their screw up.

The prices here are to high! Then what they repair gives you problems continuously. I mean, personally I paid 700 dollars to fix my truck and now Im still having problems. Then on top of it a linkage on the side of my transmission was broken while it was there, they had the wheels blocked and it wouldnt change gears when I picked it up. The guy got up under my truck and he claimed he fixed it.....temporarily. that linkage comes out constantly and I have to put it back on. There was nothing wrong with it when I took it to tri city but there is now

This place truly takes care of you. After the first time taking our car here, weve moved all of our scheduled (and especially unscheduled) maintenance and others in our office have done the same. They take their time to make sure the job is done right the first time, and as far under budget as possible without sacrificing quality. They learn you by name and take the time to care for the customer.

Jimmy and the crew at Tri City Auto Center know their stuff when it comes to vehicles and they were more than helpful in letting me know everything they were doing in reference to my truck when I dropped it off for various issues to be repaired. Jimmy called with courteous updates - something I have not been accustomed to in regards to previous dealings with other mechanics/repair shops. i will definitely return to Tri City Auto Center with no hesitation with repairs/services on any vehicle I own, as long as I live in the local area. It really means a lot to me when my dad who knows his way pretty well around cars says that this place is honest and does a good job. I cant say enough good things about Jimmy and the guys at Tri-City. When you move to a new place, there are two things you need to find: A primary care physician and a good place to take your car for repairs. And Tri-City (Overton) is great. I have a 2005 PT Cruiser with relatively low miles, and it developed a problem. I took it to Tri-City, and they diagnosed the problem as a radiator fan that needed replacement. So they did the work, for which I paid $450, but the next day, the same problem was back. I took it back, and explained that I was on a very limited budget, and Jimmy said, Dont worry about a thing. Well make it good for you. And true to his word, they did. Took it back today, they discovered the problem, fixed it, made sure it was working properly, and didnt cost me a penny. I also bought the car from Tri-City Auto Sales, which is a buy here, pay here place... but was treated with respect and dealt with honestly. They have a customer for life.

I have a 2007 truck that needed some overdue maintenance. Ive been to a couple other shops in the area and just didnt click with them. I have a lot of miles but I really like this truck and Ive taken good care of it. So I gave these guys a call and ended up dropping it off with the promise of it being done the same day. Bobby wrote me up and assured me hed take care of everything I asked for and let me know if anything else was needed. I get a call a little later in the day and he let me know everything was just about ready, no surprises and then proceeded to tell me of a couple concerns. This is just how I like to be treated. Ill recommend anyone I know to give these guys a try. I feel like I can trust them, they wont hose me everytime I come in, and Ill get what I came for. Ask for Bobby, he knows what hes doing. Have always taken very good care of our vehicles.

I just moved out here and my car needed repair so my neighbor told me to take it Tri- city. Well I did . The first time they fix one major problem. Then my car started have little problems after another . So I had to take it back to them more than three times to fix the problem still wasn’t fix . They kept giving excuse maybe they put a bad part on it and they reorder a new part . That didn’t work . So I gave up and went to a another auto shop . They fix the problem . And my car is doing good . . Just be careful people some mechanicsshops are all about the dollar. Not all auto shops are like that . There are some really good ones out there .

I won a giftcard here which is how I found out about it, I am so glad I did. It has been such a wonderful experience from the kind front desk to the skilled mechanics. I come in with car issues and always leave surprised with how low my bill is. If youre looking for a great local mechanic this is it.

I prefer to post praise rather than negativity but my experience with them was nothing but expensive and frustrating.My vehicle had an electronic issue. Their fix was costly and solved nothing as the same issue resurfaced a short time later.I brought it back and they accepted the vehicle. They then sat on it for 2 weeks, no calls, updates, email or anything. Finally I called to find out the status and Aaron blows it off and tells me it needs to go to the dealer...which would have been useful information bout ten days prior. No apology or explanation for letting it sit so long.Also, they had lost all previous files on the vehicle so they werent even sure what theyd previously done to it.Bottom line up front:*Expensive, shotty work*poor customer service*poor organization

I took my car into them for an exhaust replacement due to it rusting and leaking. My CEL was also throwing an error code for a bad O2 sensor and wanted them to replace that as well. They called me and told me they will reset the CEL and fix the exhaust before changing the sensor to see if that takes care of the O2 sensor issue. Anywhere else would have just replaced the sensor and charged me for it but not these guys. Good, honest work! I highly recommend!

These guys were anything but helpful, their address pulls up several businesses that open at 7:30, but their business doesnt open till 8:00. I asked for the wifi password to find another shop available at 7:30, they didnt know the password not were able to direct me to another shop in the area with correctly recorded hours and business applications, they said they dont know how to do an oil change and their tech wouldnt be here till 8 when they open... didnt appologize, didnt greet me. good luck with theses ones! Even I know how to do an oil change, but Stay very busy.

TriCity was an excellent experience as they fixed my cars issues. They were honest to me and also had me out at the time i needed. I was requesting if they would get me on the road asap since i had to travel back to Houston the following morning...They were very convenient where i was staying. They suggested Rockwell towing to tow the car and they were fast and helpful.Thanks Christine (TriCity Autos) their knowledgeable representative and also Rockwells tow driver (Turk) for their customer service. They work as a team and i was very comfortable with both businesses. I highly recommend tgese 2 businesses and would go back to themCarlos

Come here to get your vehicle fixed. ... they are more than fair with price and its a good energy there. I had an extra problem with my car after I brought it in... but told me I could wait another 5000 miles before I needed it fixed. Other shops would have told me I needed it right then. We were amazed by the service by Clay who manages the Tri City Auto Glass. My wifes driver side window fell into the door. She brought the car in, with a sick kid, and they made sure that the figured out what was wrong, called the dealer to see if it was under warranty, and in the end figured out a way to fix it right there.
