I have kept my car serviced here since 2016. Thats when I brought my car from here. Customer service people are very polite and friendly. The waiting area is the top of the line. They also keep you informed of your car status and let you know if you need other services done to your car by text while you are waiting. The service done on my car is excellent. The only thing missing is my car wash.

One of the most efficient vehicle services I’ve had. Dropped it off at my appointment time and was driving out a half our later. No attempts at upselling additional services or products. As with many the vehicles came with two years of included maintenance. They completed that and had me on my way in record time. Even did a quick wash and vacuum of the interior. Extremely satisfied.

My husband and I took our car in for an 11:15 appt. We were able to drive right in and they began the service. We were greeted by several associates in the waiting area and shown where to get complementary coffee. The waiting area is very nice, clean, spacious, and accommodating. It took exactly one hour for them to complete the service. We always enjoy taking our cars in for service at Pinehurst Toyota.

Josh in service was incredible. Truly an amazing experience. Tow truck dropped my 16 Tundra and caused massive damage. Josh ensured it was fixed quickly and helped settle issues with the insurance and guilty party. Cant say enough good things.

I arrived early for my appointment, asked how long it would take. “About an hour” was the response. I left and came back in an hour and a quarter. Asked about my car and after a bit of shuffling about, some one said, “It needs a recall, it’ll take a few more minutes “. I said that if that meant another hour, I couldn’t wait. My car was brought out and now I have to schedule another appointment.They knew it needed a recall. They had told me a few weeks ago. Not very good customer service.

Feeling frustrated from a few failed attempts at finding good cars in the past few days I arrived at Pinehurst Toyota feeling uneasy. I came in interested in a 2010 Toyota Corolla S and was attended by Mr. Brandon Shields. After we went over everything we found out we couldnt take the vehicle beacuse of some complications, but he was adamant about getting us a good car for the time we had spent there already. His upbeat attitude, honesty and willingness to help, put me at ease and made the whole process alot better. After searching the web I chose Pinehurst Toyota and Hyundai because they had the truck we liked on their lot.Our sales person was Ryan Meadows and Emily Holland was the spokesperson during internet searches.Ryan explained the features on the truck and was able to answer all our questions financially and options. He was very patient and pleasant the whole time we were there. Chris of the finance department was equally knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.We bought the truck we wanted and had seen on line. All and all the whole process was done very professionally.

We purchased a car from Robbie and it was a great experience. He didnt mess around with us or try to do an upsell us. We told him our budget and what we were looking for and he gave us the dealer invoice and gave everything to us straight, unlike another dealership we visited prior to where we ended up walking out because they were being dishonest and took us for not having done any research. We were told the car would arrive on Sunday, and it was a day late. The car is a push button start, and were only provided with one key. This was not information that was disclosed to me prior to my purchase, and will cost me several hundred dollars (minimum) to obtain a second key. As I purchased this vehicle offline, and I had it delivered, I feel this should have been disclosed. Additionally, when there was a delay in the delivery, which I understand things happen, the communication was not clear. This lack of clarity left me sitting at my home waiting for hours on two separate days, expecting that the car would be there within a matter of hours, and in the end I was the one that was always left to reach out to the dealership to check on the status of the vehicle. They have assured me that one piece that was not on the car will be shipped. I’m cautiously optimistic that it will arrive without me having to check on it, time will tell.

Seemed more concerned about how much money he was going to lose than he was the customer. Had an oil change, service was quick. Attendant was very courteous. My only problem was the vacuum of my car. It was a little dirty than normal however, I was not pleased on the outcome. I did not go back in and report it. Car wash and vacuum is a complementary service, however I was still expecting better.

I recently worked with Anthony McAuly for my recently passed mother’s car, and preparing it to be sold. We were able to have the inspection and the oil change done in an awesomely reasonable amount of time. Anthony also referred me to a car detailing company who did an amazing job on my car in a very short amount of time.My parents were Pinehurst Toyota clients for over 20 years, and bought at least 5 cars from them. From the first time, they kept going back because of the great service and care. I am so thankful for Anthony’s help and the dealership’s care for helping me with my Mom’s car. My wife and I went to Pinehurst Toyota to trade her 2019 car for a new 2021 RAV4. We spoke with Patty on the phone which is who we asked for when we arrived. She was very nice and pleasant and passed us off to Ryan. Ryan showed us a couple vehicles, neither of which we were interested in. Ryan was nice and pleasant but whenever we walked inside to sit down and look for a car, Ryan never said a word, he just disappeared out the door with another customer. After sitting a while Hillary came over to ask us what we were looking for. We told him and he disappeared for quite sometime and came back with a couple options which were not what we wanted. We ask about putting down a deposit and ordering what we want. He never really answered the question and disappeared again. In essence we were there one hour and twenty minutes and left not knowing any more than we did when we got there. We were shuffled around between 3 people and got nowhere with any of them. What happened to having one salesman to handle a sale? We’ll be going elsewhere to buy a Toyota. By the way, we were going to buy a new truck also.

I went for my 5000 mile service which included a tire rotation. Upon arrival I told them that my front tires keep showing low tire pressure. The service was fast. When I got my truck back I drove it down to the car wash. Not thinking to look at the dash because I was sure that they did what they were supposed to. I left the car wash and headed home only to realize that my tire pressure light was still on for my front tires. I immediately called the dealership to inform them they told me to come back and they will take care of it and fill my tank for my troubles. They told me that my truck takes time to reset the tire pressure. As my Truck uses the pacific TPMS which is an instant reading system this tells me that they did not rotate my tires. Then told me that the gas card was in Apex with a driver. This dealerships service dept is nothing but liars. I will never use this dealership again.

Ive had miserable experiences in the past with purchasing vehicles and we all know that dealerships and car salesmen (and women) often get a bad reputation which is why I was strongly considering going a different route while searching for my next car. We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Highlander at Pinehurst Toyota! We drove over an hour from Fuquay-Varina because we couldn’t find what we were looking for at any of the Triangle area Toyota dealerships. We called ahead to ensure the car we saw online was still available; Tracy was very helpful confirming she had eyes on the car and set us up to meet with Mr. Robbie in sales when we got there. Robbie greeted us warmly and was very helpful showing us the features of the car during a test drive. His sales assistant Essence was so incredibly nice and efficient going through the paperwork. The manager worked with us personally (rather than going back and forth with a person you never see) to meet our budget and we never once felt the pressure often felt when purchasing a vehicle. It was evident to us they truly care about their customers at Pinehurst Toyota. My husband and I both walked out saying it was the best car-buying experience we had ever had.

I had been looking for a certain color I 2021 RAV4 Hybrid XSE all over & couldn’t find one anywhere that wasn’t a 30 day wait. I had called Pinehurst Toyota the day before & said the one I wanted that was in stock was claimed. Their service rep Kelly was wonderful, she called the next day & said that the person who had reserved wasn’t going to be able to move forward & would give me first shot if I could come ASAP. I said I was coming that afternoon & they made an appointment. Salesman Stephen was super nice, was waiting for me when I got there. Super nice facility. He had the day off but came in to make sure I would have someone looking after me. Took me for a test drive, answered all my questions. I decided to move forward. When it came to financing I felt like they did a pretty good job finding me what I wanted, it was a little higher than what I shopped for but still worked. They threw in a couple incentives & dropped one dealer fee. The total fees were slightly higher than I expected but overall with the demand for this vehicle I felt I did pretty well. I am happy! The one thing that could’ve been better was I felt that at the end before leaving, showing me the setup for all the features was a little rushed because it was near closing & had started pouring rain. I had gotten the custom floor mats & they put the box in the back instead of installing them but not a big deal. I was well taken care of overall!

The 55,000-mile inspection did not warn us that the battery was on its last leg. Do not ever count on Pinehurst Toyota to help you when you have a breakdown. The battery died a week later so we got a towing service to tow us to the dealership but could not ride with the towing service to the dealer. Called Pinehurst Toyota and they advised nobody could come pick us up because shuttle service had stopped at 3:00 PM and no other solutions available. Wow! The service manager did not care. We will no longer patronize this dealership.

Horrible. Specifically made this appointment because I was told a mechanic at this day and time would have a splind socket for my aftermarket wheels. Took them ONE HOUR to realize they didn’t have it. I received no updates, other than asking the ETA 45 minutes in and they replied “soon”. Then, 15 minutes later my wheels hadn’t even been touched. I will drive 3 hours to New Bern from now on to avoid this place.

My Hyundai was promptly received at the Pinehurst Automall and I was directed to a comfortable seat in attractive waiting quarters where I read a book I brought for the purpose.In 15-20 minutes, a Ms Francisco notified me my oil change, lube and tire rotation were completed. She promptly handled my payment, provided a status report on the vehicle inspection and accompanied me to the parked vehicle......altogether, a pleasant, professional experience.

The service people are kind and nice, and the actual service doesn’t take too long. But the job doesn’t get done as asked and the information is skewed. I have been here 4 times since I purchased my 4Runner TRD Pro and every time, I ask for a specific PSI on my tires and it never gets filled and/or checked. I have to always drive back in a few days later to get it fixed, or do it myself. Not to mention the misinformation with the required oil change vs the 5k interval tire rotation and inspection. I brought my 4Runner in for the 15k service and early oil change since I am about 300 miles out from what they recommended on their tag. The service rep informed I would have to pay for it since it won’t get covered because it was 300 miles too early. I said okay no problem I’ll come back in a week and get it done. Then I get in my vehicle and it turns out the service tag was exchanged, the oil service reminder in the dashboard re-set and no information given to me on what was done or when to come back or anything. So now I have to take the dealerships word that the oil change WAS indeed actually done or that it’s okay and I don’t actually need it until the service reminder tag says I need it at 20k.

I feel robbed by this dealership. I will never do business with them again nor recommend them to anyone. Beware or anything they offer or promise unless is in writing. I purchased an used minivan and was offered to have the timing belt replaced whenever needed. This was contingent part of the deal. Now that the car is having issues and I am asking of them do do as promised. I’ve been given the run-around, and told that they will replace it but not for free. I was very naive to believe that there was an ounce of honesty with car dealers. They told me it was noted in their system and now they don’t want to fulfill what was offered to me.Never again. I recently moved to the area and I got new tags for my vehicle but when I went to put them on, they were so rusted that I couldnt get them off. So frantically trying to figure out how I was going to get them off, I called Pinehurst Toyota where Mark from service said to bring it in the next day and they would take care of it for me. I brought my car in the next day and was helped by Anthony who took my car back right away and 5 minutes later, he had my old tags off and new ones on! It might not sound like much but for someone new to the area who had no idea where to go, they took care of it for me which I appreciated!

I chose Pinehurst Toyota because my parents have had a great experience. I live in Washington DC. There are plenty of Toyota dealerships near me. But I chose to lease my new Highlander XSE from Pinehurst Toyota. I even travel to Pinehurst to service my car! I have had the best car buying experience in my life and that includes 40 years of car buying! I will be buying all my cars at Pinehurst Toyota!

Came in to have my car’s brakes, have the maintenance check light reset and to have a leak fixed. Received a call and was told the brakes were good; Front and back, but that the spark plugs would need to be changed ($650+ at 100,000 miles) the car is at 93K and that the front Axel was leaking slightly ($1650+ to fix). I’ve not been satisfied with this dealership in the past because they are not good about following through with what needs to be done, but rather want to pad more charges. I stopped coming to them three years ago and now I will won’t be back, ever.

Fantastic!! Great dealership with a comfortable setting. Most of all I highly recommend Brandon Shields... He stopped at nothing to find the perfect car for us. He was helpful but not pushy and had brilliant knowledge of any and every car we wanted to try out. I am quite picky but he was patient and always thorough, giving honest advice. First, let me say that everyone at Pinehurst Toyota is very nice. I took my car in for service and to replace a recalled part. The waiting area is very comfortable with vending machines and a coffee bar. I settled in to wait as I could see that they were very busy. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost 4 hours. After leaving I noticed that nothing in the maintenance book had been filled out and I was not given any paperwork attesting to the service preformed. I called back to Pinehurst Toyota and asked that something be emailed to me. My husband called the following day and was told if we would stop back, someone would fill out the book. This experience certainly will not prevent me from using them again for my cars service, but I will be much more vigilant when it comes to the paperwork. I very much appreciated the woman who ran my car through the car wash and vacuumed it for me.
