They did a great job on our hardwood refinish and also our vinyl install. Very affordable and kind people.

Dilleys did an excellent job refinishing our old wood flooring. Sanding was even and judicious and the resulting grain can now be clearly seen. A section of the house had been previously stained with another shade but that now looks the same as the rest. Hidden flooring was also nicely finished as were all the closets. The staircase was done very well.No dust on floors or walls but only the expected super fine layer on some shelving. They were timely and very professional. Roberto the owner provided good advice and Jane the manager was very helpful before, during, and after.

Excellent and prompt service! Robert was very helpful explaining the different products making our decision so much easier. We had visited and called so many stores around us and were glad to stop by Dilley Wood Floors. Highly recommend a visit to Dilley Wood Floors they have nice show room, talk to one of theirs personnels before you make a decision on floor products. Unfortunately many of the professionals in our area are focused on only selling their product not guidance and Roberto and his team were ready to guide us .

These guys were great always on time and professional wasnt sure what color to go with but they were excellent and help me choose a color that would go well with everything between my living Room kitchen and dining Room it was a pain in the neck to move the furniture out but I tell you what it was so worth it the floors after 20 years was pretty beat up but now the whole house looks brand new wonderful job dilley floors did for us. Where to start, back in 2008 Roberto did refinished our whole house, the job looks fabulous Roberto’s crew arrived in time every day our floors was very old and with a lots of damage people could not believe how good floors came out after the job, in 2017 we moved to another house a little bigger and the bedrooms needed to install new hardwood, unfortunately we lost Roberto’s number so we called another company, job was an nightmare we couldn’t live with it .luckily a family member told us that Roberto has joined Dilley floors and gave us the number. They came in and fixed the mess the other company did, their workers was wonderful with an office number and an nice lady available to answer any questions we had a great experience definitely recommend.

I could write a novel on the experience that I had with Robert and Dilley floors but Ill just include what the consumer needs to know. I had two new floors installed and two rooms sanded. All four rooms were then finished the same stain. I saw the owner the day I got an estimate and the day I handed over the check. In between there were three to four guys who did not speak English. This made it very difficult to ask and answer questions. They worked fast which is nice but they did not seem to care about quality or detail. My house was a MESS when they were finished. They claim to be dustless but Im not sure how or why. There was dust everywhere. Oh they also caused a leak in my heating system while they were installing the floor under the baseboard heat. It was months before it was fixed and initially they wanted me to pay for it. When they were finished staining, the trim all over the house needed to be repainted because it had stain on it. To this day, I am finding little flaws in the job and Im SO disappointed that I didnt go with my first choice. I only chose Robert because he was less expensive and Ill NEVER do that again. Im sorry Robert but you need to be more attentive your jobs and make sure that the quality of your work is higher. I am not a satisfied customer.

I’m a contractor and I work with dilley floors for many years . They are always up to date with the best products to offers my customers. I can send my customers to their showroom I know they will be very well taken care of . Doesn’t matter if is just to pick out a stain color or a prefinished floors .

The final results ate great but you have to put up with not ordering enough supplies for the job and delays in getting the job finished on time.
