I brought in a lot of random and fragile items to be shipped to California not really knowing how or if it could be done cost effectively. The owner took the time to figure out how to group the items and package them to get them there safely and at a reasonable price. They all arrived in perfect condition and on time. Highly recommend this store!
I always receive amazing service at the Business and Shipping Center of Southbury. The staff is friendly and professional. They go above and beyond to be truly helpful. This is my go to place whenever I need something shipped or have a big print job that the old ink jet printer can’t handle. Highly recommend.

I cant say enough good about these folks! Craig is always helping me ship something or other. They can even make custom boxes for those odd size items (like bikes!). Totally awesome shop! I go there instead of the nearby post office every time I need to mail anything or ship anything. :)

What an amazing business.I needed to return three packages from three different sellers.When I encountered a problem accessing the emails I needed for the returns, the owner lost neither his patience nor his good humor and made sure that all three returns were successfully addressed and packaged for shipping.And he refused to accept any payment for his services and time.This is not the only shipping service in Southbury, but it is the only one I use.

I literally ran in a rush, the people working there were EXTREMELY welcoming, nice, friendly, personable, & SO VERY helpful. They took the package from me, the paperwork (as they could tell I was in a rush) & handled it all for me in a matter of less than 2 minutes I was out the door with my confirmation receipt. Excellent place to ship packages of any size, send faxes or make copies. Always smells like apple pie inside and always have good music playing too. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. I have sent dozens of faxes out of the shipping centre and their prices are much more reasonable than staples! I will continue to do business here for years to come.
Ive been going to Southbury Postage and Shipping for about 17 years. Super friendly, helpful, no wait times, on and on and on it goes. They are the best. I was in there yesterday and thought, I really need to write a review for these guys because they are so good at what they do. I only go to the post office when I absolutely need to go, otherwise, it is Southbury postage and shipping all the time. Go!
Not only does he give me the lowest quote for shipping among his competitors, after he is ready to ship my item, he charges me less than his quote, because he overestimated. The best shipping experience I can remember Ive had in many years.
As I started walking away from the door disappointed I was there half an hour before they opened, the door opened and I was greeted with a warm welcome. Craig helped me get the clubs out of my car and carried them into the store, quickly took care of all of the paperwork and I was still on time for work. It was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend using them for your shipping needs.
Excellent staff and service. Super helpful and friendly. Wanted to ship a small box to Florida within two days. It was almost $50 which I figured. Young man working says, hold on, let me try something, sticks my small box in a bag and the price dropped to $24. Cut my price in half without even asking. Dont go to a UPS or FedEx store when they do it all right here in town through the same providers.

Cant say enough about this place. friendly people, nice atmosphere(smells like apple pie year round), a plugged in water dispenser equipped with cups, pens, clever magnets, pepper spray, random items sold around the shop(anything from crystal glasses to a bud light lime bicycle has been here) one of the many perks of coming here rather than the ups store where you get treated like the unwashed masses by a man on his ivory tower!...like I said, cant say enough about this place, they even notorized a legal document for me and my disabled father at our home!...you cant just buy that kinda service, there has to be heart in it!

Absolutely 1st class service end-to-end. Had to ship some antiquities off to the UK and they took the time to explain ISPM/IPPC packing. Offered to build a custom container and help with the paperwork. The owner was incredibly helpful, stopped late one evening to let me inspect the contains prior to sealing. Absolutely great business. Thoroughly recommend!

I am very satisfied with my experience at the Business and Shipping Center of Southbury. I am very proud to say that I have never shipped anything without bringing it here first. I appreciate the hoaspatatily that the store gives you when you walk in the door it if s very friendly atmosphere. And of course they are always having events here like the bunny where you can come and have your picture taken with the bunny. Or the Alexs Lemonade stand whoch helps raise money for childhood cancer this is run by the owners incredible daughter. I would use the Business and Shipping Center of Southbury for anything.
