I just had my first full body massage ever today..Thomas was amazing, he was respectful and kind and very gentleman yet firm to get the job done.. I just tore my MCL in my left knee and he was ever so gentle with my knee, I felt no pain... I got a membership at $70 a month..best believe I will be there a few times a month.

I’m worried that after I post this review, he may get too busy for me, but Rendy certainly deserves the praise. He has an eagerness to actually help people and you can tell he loves what he does. It is purely refreshing. His technique, rhythm, pressure, and mix of modalities are the closest to my own skill set as I have ever experienced in my 22 years of practice. He is now my go to! Thomas is the best! He is magician with the sheet. You never feel exposed. The massage is always thorough and he talks and communicates with you so he can personalize it to your needs. If you have a specific problem or if you just need an hour of rest and relaxation…he takes care of it.

Although I am a member and have had many many massages at this location, this was my first appointment with DJ. He was very professional and stressed the importance of our communication of my needs and comfort level. I felt the tension melt away as he worked those knots out of my problem areas. Great place! The front staff is always nice and overall efficient. The place is clean and safe, fees are reasonable and Vinny and Tricia are awesome massage therapists... they both really tailor the massage to specific issues you are having, and are super nice and friendly :) I’ve been going here since they opened up in town a few years ago and have never had a bad experience !

Jakub was respectful throughout and easy going when my phone alarm went off as he was massaging (who knew that on airplane mode alarms still ring?!). Rendy is excellent. My back was extremely tight and knotted and his massage techniques of myofascial release is exceptional. He communicated throughout. I expected to be more sore today & pleasantly surprised just mild soreness. Highly recommended.

Jakob is amazing!!! He knows exactly what is needed to release my tight IT bands. I have had issues for 21 years and the deep tissues massage and stretching is exactly what I need to mobilize and have less discomfort on a daily bases.

Best place to get a massage. I have not been disappointed at all. All the therapists are super friendly, as well as front desk staff. The well plan is an amazing steal. $70 a month for a hour massage. I cant wait for my next appointment. Nancy is amazing!

Therapists always make sure to address my areas of consent and concern before I am even on the table and they do a great job of respecting them and they always check in to make sure that I am comfortable. the front desk is filled with pleasant people that make sure everything is as easy for me as can be.

Great massage and the lowest price I have found from Danbury to Waterbury. Only $65 (intro) - everyone else I priced was at $90

Got a membership in 2019 and found it impossible to get appointments. I decided this Feb to request that they not renew the membership in April. Covid hit and I had 3 sessions left so I booked July 26 and at that appointment I booked August 23 to finish out my credits. They also continued to charge me when they are closed due to the pandemic.Friday I get a call confirming my appointment for today. I drive 25 min to Southbury and when I get there they say I have no appointment scheduled. What??? I am now wasting 50 min total driving to a confirmed appointment that was a GLITCH in the system.

I am monthly member ($65) and love getting a massage here. Sometimes I do an extra service ($45) for a facial. Arthur is my therapist, he teaches at a local massage school.

Friendly staff. Very talented therapists & esthetician’s. I always enjoy my service and leave looking forward to my next one.

Cant helped but feel swindled. I had a massage about a week ago and was very disappointed. I never write reviews (this is my first) and I called Massage Envy first to let them know my thoughts, but I feel like they brushed me off. I arrived early at 2:50 for a 3pm massage to make sure I got my full time. My massage therapist was 10 minutes late and by the time I finally was on the table and she came back, it was 20 minutes after the hour. She asked me what I wanted and tailored the massage in the first 5 minutes. However, after that she really phoned it in and didnt keep up the pressure I asked for. Plus she talked the whole time (perhaps to distract me from the lackluster massage). At precisely 4 she said, wow, our time has flown by. It ended up being a very disappointing 40 minute massage. Sadly, this place is a machine that cranks out massages every hour, so I have heard that therapists are commonly late. It seems they emphasize quantity of massages rather than quality. You may have a nice experience there, but just wanted to forewarn that you will be paying for an hour massage, but getting much less than that. I will say that the front of house people were nice, so I guess that was a plus.

Came to Massage Envy in Southbury to receive a facial. Was absolutely fabulous and relaxing! I signed up for a membership so I can enjoy one every month! The front desk staff and managers were welcoming and friendly and made me feel like a VIP.

Ive had one bad experience there with a facial, Im not sure what management did, if anything at all, but I refuse to use this particular person again. Ashley & Loriann are fabulous & friendly. They both take the time to listen to my concerns about my skin. I find sometimes that it is difficult to make an appointment only because Im trying to schedule myself & my husband at the same time.

Came in to get pampered. It was really easy to book the appointments, the front desk is very friendly and helpful. They have amazing therapists and estheticians that focus on all your needs. Would highly recommend to everyone whos looking for a day of relaxation! Love Massage Envy in Southbury!

I’ve had many massages at various salons, & I would say the massage I received from Greg at Massage Envy is one of the all-time best ever. He listened to my concerns regarding chronic pain from Fibromyalgia & a neck injury, & adjusted the pressure & areas to concentrate on accordingly.
