Been going there for 8 years now and plan on continuing. The atmosphere is positive and the instruction is great. You will learn a lot and enjoy it.

This is by far the best martial arts school you will find anywhere. You will get individual and group instruction. Sensei Blann teaches almost all of the classes personally. If you are looking for a supportive atmosphere where the instructors and students all encourage and help each other then this is the place. Adults, children, and teens will benefit from the instruction for fitness, sport, and self-defense.

Ive been coming here since 2009 when my Sensei from church invited me to check it out. I have been training and working out here since then. Great instructions from Kyoshi and his staff. Very friendly atmosphere and Im always encouraged to do my best even I feel tired coming from work. I always feel energized after working out. You should give it a try and you will not be disappointed!
