Its a scam, they dont actually give you the upload and download speed you pay for. It seems great for a moment then the internet goes out and comes back on but then its way slower. I think they swap it to lower package and try to be sneaky with it. They also never answer the phone so really bad customer service. if you can avoid getting firenet1 I promise anything alternative would be better. At least other places are real and would answer the phone and have good customer service.

At first this service was great. Weve been customers for over 3 years. However, in the past 3 months, the service has been very poor. There have been multiple issues with service going out for extended periods of time. Its especially frustrating because this happens when theres not a cloud in the sky. Im very disappointed in this service. And I wouldnt be surprised if we went with a different company soon.
