Never had a bad experience at the Southaven location. They always seem to have what I need and the staff is very helpful. The iPhone repair is excellent and much cheaper than what Apple charges.

They seem to never have a tech there. I was otp with them. They said the tech was there. 2 mins later I pull up. And apparently the tech left.

Scheduled online and saved money. Employees were nice and only took about 10 minutes to change out battery. Will have to wait to see how good the battery last but my experience so far is well worth worth bringing it to this store.

Excellent!!!My iPhone 6 had a bad battery so I brought it there for replacement.The staff was polite and courteous and very helpful.The price was lower than I expected.They told me my phone would be ready in about two hours but probably sooner since they weren’t too busy.I had barely left the parking lot when they called me to tell me my phone was ready.OUTSTANDING business!!!!I will be going there again and recommend them to all my friends.

Shelby was amazing. Ive not met such a nice person in the Southhaven area since living here a year. Not only was her attitude, knowledge and service excellent... The battery has tremendously helped my phone to function again as well. I would highly recommend this location but without a doubt the reason this location is successful is the hard work of Shelby.

I can honestly say I have never had such a disappointing and horrible experience. I needed the screen repaired on my iPhone, so I set an appointment online to get the $10 off coupon. I received a call saying they wouldn’t be able to get to it that day. I was then told if I brought it prior to 4:00 the next day, I would be the next to have it done. I arrived shortly before 4:00, and was told there was an iPad before me, and the tech “might” be able to work me in before they closed. When I told them what I was promised the day before, they made it clear that it changed nothing. I chose to take my phone to another place which ended up being not only quicker, but considerably cheaper...even with a $10 off coupon.

I was referred to the store regarding my Iphone because it would not charge. The sales rep immediately responded to my situation and within 20 minutes my battery was replaced and I was out the store. Kudos to the customer service provided at this store!

Much faster and cheaper than apple. The color is a LITTLE off. But that’s obviously because it’s not a factory apple screen, but the quality is still great

It didnt go well at all went in to get a charger port replaced I returned at the time they told me to come back and the speaker wouldnt work . I returned the next day when they got the parts to repair it got my phone back the screen was freezing in the store which its never done before they informed me that they didnt do anything to affect my screen but they could repair for a fee !!!
