This is the second time now I’ve needed a tow in the past two months, and both times I’ve ended up calling a local tow company instead. They take forever to arrive and only call back once you’ve cancelled the tow. Don’t waste your time with them!!!

These are the WORST. AGENTS. EVER. Very reluctant to help me at all when I had to transfer my policy over to TN. I was charged AFTER I CONFIRMED THAT I HAD CANCELLED MY POLICY, yet they still kept pushing me to other agents to deal with even though it was THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. Ridiculous, irresponsible, and irritable. Avoid at all costs. Go elsewhere. Not to mention their methods are incredibly old fashioned. In fact, if youre reading this, get the heck out of Mississippi. Everything is 10 years behind here. Literally.

Im not sure or not if my new agent boss seen the best interest in me as a customer He told me if I dropped my car insurrance Triple A would drop my house insurance. Is this true you have to have two??? Not that I was but what if I didnt have a car does that mean ill not be qualified to insurance with this company? Then had me sign like a contract with them like if I was considering it ill owe them so much. My old agent Naomi never mad me feel either I do or well do this to stay a customer. Dude looked younger enough to be my son. Happy he looked fresh out of college to get the job but what about great customer service im use to. I felt pinned in a office with 2 men 1 my new agent I just met and a guy. His boss sign your life on the line. Guy or else felt threatened we will drop you.. My home feel didnt feel welcome anymore at the Southaven branch.

Terrible service....paid my renewal...received no new cards...one club blames either the other club or the customer....after years of wonderful service they have joined the ranks of the uncaring...Ill never renew with them again
