I highly recommend Elite Air Care! They recently cleaned all our vents/ducts as well as our dryer vent. We had some mold issues and he handled those too. The rates were fair and reasonable The owner did a phenomenal job! He was thorough, professional, friendly and definitely went the extra mile in customer service. He also discovered that our entire upstairs doesn’t have any returns which he explained is very inefficient for our HVAC system. We will be calling him soon to address that problem as well. It was refreshing to meet such an honest and earnest business owner. From past experience with other air duct cleaning businesses, I can assure you that Elite Air Care is a great choice!

This was my first time calling and using Elite Air Care for Dryer vent cleaning. They impressed my family so much they ended up cleaning all of our air duct cleaning, removing black mold from our downstairs bathroom behind a wall, replaced one of our whole heating Air units, installed a new attic staircase for my house and installed a new hot water heater. This should tell you how professional and good they were to us. They bundled our services and we saved over $5000 by using Elite Air Care Memphis and all our services were done A+, on time and came with all kinds of warranties

For Air Duct Cleaning, Dryer vent cleaning, mold Removal and air conditioning repair call elite air care!! Their prices are literally almost half of what other companies where trying to get out of us. I always get at least 2 estimates before I do anything but this time I called and got 8 different estimates because the pricing and what each company said was totally different. The two that actually cared enough to open our system and properly inspect to see if we even needed air duct cleaning was Elite air care and another company I won’t Even mention. Bottom line To my review is not only did Elite Air Care give the best Service, best job inspecting, and almost positive did the best job cleaning our air ducts, it’s amazing I only paid $680 for a 1400 square foot home in Bartlett TN when the other 7 estimates were all double to quadruple the price when the guys didn’t even count the vents of check our system to see if it was dirty. Also I forgot to mention they even even removed a bad mold issue and fixed our drain line that was clogged up causing water to over flow inside our system. I can tell the owner of elite air care really cares about his customers, doing good business and doing a great job. I wish nothing but the best for this company and hope they continue to be successful in life. I told the tech I would of paid $1200 easily just because the service was so great and because of what everyone that came out was trying to rip us off for. I hope people get to see this review before they get took to the cleaners buy one of the other companies.

The blower motor and evaporator coil are still dirty. He didnt remove the return vents or air vents. My mom still smell the musty smell in her house and her nose is still burning. Didnt check for mold or mildew

Hired Elite Air to fix my furnace. Was told theyd be to my house between 11-1. No call, no show. Eventually owner says he is on the way at almost 6pm. Arrives by 8pm. Of course by then its too late to get any parts and of course it was Friday. Rescheduled for motor to be replaced first thing Monday. Doesnt show until aftrr 4pm. Moreover, asked me to go get a replacement for a fuse that had blown. Thought that was kind of odd. So of course, after motor put in, still another switch that needed fixed. Says he will be back first thing the next day to button it up. Call company. No answers and full voicemail. No response. Ended up hiring another company to finish the job. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend. Never felt like a priority and only ever got excuses. Jeremy is knowledgeable but extremely unreliable and that is not acceptable when my furnace is down.

We feel that Jeremy has now stolen our $1100. We contracted and paid him for work back in July. We have made dozens of attempts to call, email, and text Jeremy, but we have been ignored at nearly every turn. When we finally pinned him down several weeks ago, his excuse was that he underbid the job because he didnt look at it well enough. He has since refused all contact or refund since. I strongly recommend staying away from his. Follow up to owner response: You were going to repair all your other leaks free of charge? When, exactly? You were paid five months ago, no-showed or cancelled seven times. And, by the way, it wouldnt be for free since we paid you $1100 and we have it in writing from you that you would complete the job. You worked four hour on the project, with half that time on cigarette breaks (which were left scattered all over my driveway). Im not going anywhere. I will not stop until either you refund the money, or all of Memphis knows that you are a thief.

Great Service. Very Knowledgeable and explained everything while showing us pictures of our HVAC System. What everyone getting air duct cleaning done needs to know is the 1st company we called out tried to charge us over $1000 dollars more than elite air care price. What’s sad is we almost fell victim to the 1st company because the guy kept offering discounts starting at 10% all the up to 40% off to Persuade us to get the Ducts cleaned the same day. Thank God we called Elite because even with the 40% off the 1st Guy was trying to give us off our Invoice we still would have wasted an extra $700 without ever knowing and I bet the Ducts wouldn’t have even been Cleaned properly. Our dryer vent was completely blocked off with a massive bird nest and about 4 gallons of trapped water. I called Elite air care this morning and they came to my home 3 hours later and dealt with my horrible clogged dryer issue like true all star professionals and had it completely cleaned out, showed me everything they removed, and were pulling out our drive way within 45 mins. The company i called out yesterday literally took 45 mins just to figure out if the dryer vent was clogged. Ive never left any home service company a review before but this company impressed me so much i had to give them the recognition they deserve. BEST of all their cost was only $165 after tax when the other company that came out left me a cost estimate of $450 plus tax and told me they couldnt complete the job yesterday because they didnt have the time. They said it would take them 3-4 hours to complete the task.

The person they called out to fix my air was very rude. I was telling him my name and before I gave him my address he cut me off and told me to hurry up and talk. Then when I asked him what his ETA was, he hung up in my face. My appointment time was 5-8. He didnt call me until 8:15 and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I wouldnt recommend or use them to cool a glass of water.

They gave me a good price so I went ahead and completed all the work. its been a couple of months and I can tell a big difference. The Company just called today to check on how my experience was with their company which really impressed me. so I thought i would give them a great review. very professional, polite, on time and gave me a great deal. Im defiantly going to use them again. They are a really small company but gave me the best service Ive ever had in the 25 years Ive been a home owner.

They said they were going to still try and make it out but never didWhen I called several times after that they never answered. I should have read reviews before I called them. This company and its owner, Jeremy are top notch. Home repair contractors are notorious for not doing what they say theyre going to do, or when they say theyre going to do it. Elite air care is a diamond in the rough in this regard. Companies like this deserve to be spotlighted and praised so they get more business (hence this review).I had some mold issues in my house, mainly due to my AC needing an overhaul, and lack of proper insulation in my house. Elite air care was a one stop shop for all three jobs (fogging house with mold killer, replacing AC condenser, insulating attic). All jobs were done both efficiently and effectively, while the labor and cost prices were extremely reasonable to boot.In summary, Jeremy is an honest and good guy ... and Id highly recommend his company for any jobs in their scope of practice.

I had a Great experience dealing with Elite Air Care Today. They came out for our annual Dryer Vent Cleaning and the tech offered me a free HVAC inspection just to overlook the new system we just put in this summer. The tech spotted right away the system was installed crooked causing the AC not to drain and water to sit inside the system. He opened the top of my system discovering a lot of MOLD growing from the sitting water. He installed my HVAC system the correct way avoiding the need to contact the company who installed the system just a few months ago, Removed all the Mold and Fogged my entire system to make sure all the Mold spores die. In the 15 years ive owned homes never have i came across professionals that will inspect behind other companies free of charge and especially going the extra mile to actually fix another companies mistake. Im so grateful I choose Elite Air Care and hopefully other people will do the same. Please dont let the couple of bad reviews scare you these guys really care about their customers and do A+ work I promise you.

This business seems to be very hit or miss based on the reviews. For me it was a miss. I had them scheduled to come out to Keatswood last Thursday immediately after the floors where completed and before the move in. I had the floors lined to all the vents in preparation. It was a NO SHOW. I called twice in the morning and the the voicemail box was full. Tried again in the afternoon and was able to leave a message. No call back. This may be a 1 to 2 man show (or some part time guy or no guy at all). Extremely disappointed. Buyer beware!

Called for service and was given a 4/21 appt between 2-4pm. At 3:15 I called for a status update and was told they’d be there in 15-20 mins. At 7:30pm the tech called and said he’d be there in 30mins. I told him it was too late and was told he’d call tomorrow to reschedule. I called on 4/23 to reschedule and was given a 4/24 appt from 2-4 and paid a house sitter to be there for them. Close to 6pm I got a call saying they’d be there within 30 mins. It was the same tech, Jeremy, as the first time. No apology just blew off both times. Completely unprofessional. After talking with the receptionist, who was very kind, told id have a call from the owner and haven’t heard anything. Poor (or nonexistent) service.UPDATE: evidently any negative review is a “fake review and from a competitor” thanks for responding 2 years later. I can see you clearly care about online reputation.

I contacted the Elite Air Care team to request a quote and ended up using their services. They were able to clean my air ducts and complete mold remediation for half of a previously quoted amount from a larger company.
