These guys are the best in the business and there isn’t anyone that comes close to it. I’ve used multiple people over the past years on AC repairs and NOBODY comes close to the level of customer service and quality these guys have.The owner himself answers the phone and he came out the same day to do an estimate on my new system. This is after calling at least 10 others with most not even picking up the phone or giving a call back after leaving a message.The unit was installed quickly and professionally within 3 days of the estimate visit. It was raining ALL DAY and when I came home I couldn’t find a speck of dirt on the floor anywhere. The unit runs great and with a quality you can’t find anywhere. They even came back the next day and got my pilot light on my water heater back on and with no charge.I just referred these guys to my mom and they are fixing her up with a new duel system for thousands less than what the competitors would want. They even came out and got her old system running again even though it’s on it’s last leg. I am truly grateful for Airman.If you like no hassle, straight to the point, and great work then Airman is the company for you. They truly live up to their name!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Vince came out the same day I called. He had to order a part to fix our air conditioner. The part came in on Friday afternoon and Vince was at our house Saturday morning. I should also mention that it is Labor Day Weekend. Highly professional work from start to finish. I called Airman for a blower that was kicking on and off in rapid succession, but ended up replacing both full units inside and out. Vince has developed his craft over decades of work and it shows in his knowledge and ability to explain what he knows. On Friday (6/11) afternoon our A/C stopped producing cool air and was pumping warm air thru our vents. My wife called Vince (owner) later on in that day around 5:00 p.m. to see if he could come out and take a look at our unit. Vince was able to get out to our house the next morning around 10:00 a.m. He was able to diagnose the system within 45 minutes and mentioned to us that the compressor was needed to get the system back up and running. He mentioned before leaving that he needed to get it ordered and hell have it installed by this coming Tuesday. I called Vince on Monday (6/14) to see if he was still on track to install it tomorrow. He indicated that he had just received it and would be over to the house shortly. Vince and one of his employees made it to the house around 8:00 p.m. and had the part installed and pumping out cool air by 11:00 p.m. Everyone in the house is extremely happy with the service he has provided and was amazed at how fast he was able to fix the problem. The reason we utilized the Air Man Air Conditioning company was years ago our A/C unit went out in the middle of the summer, which took place on the weekend. They were the only company that would come out on a Sunday and was very easy to deal with. Because of their commitment and being readily available on such short notice, we chose to go with them to purchase and install our new A/C unit, and have been grateful ever since. Air Man installed the unit approximately 4 years ago, so the repair was covered under warranty. Great communication and was here at the date and time he told me. Freon had to be removed from system and was extremely impressed that he recharged the system with all new freon. Highly recommend Air Man and I will use no one else.

We contacted AirMan after discovering on a Friday night that our AC was not cooling as efficiently as it normally does. I called and was answered immediately and spoke with Dawson. He and Chase were at our home the next morning and went right to work. Our unit hadnt quite given out yet, but it was on its last leg. They offered a deal on a new unit that we could NOT pass up, AND got our air fixed that day so that we would have air until the new unit could be installed. They scheduled us to have our new unit installed that Monday. Within a weekend, we had a repaired AC system and a new one installed. Dawson, Chase and Oscar were more than courteous, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. I willingly admit that I know absolutely nothing about HVAC, but I feel completely secure in having this company take care of my home where my family is. Ok so this place installed my ac units[several thousand dollars] and said he would cover parts and labor on a third unit since it was new for a yearly fee 267.5 you are supposed to be covered for parts and labor for 10 years well my pest control came out and noticed the drain pipe was broken and I suspect it may have happened when they [airman] replaced my furnace. Now that Im having trouble I call and the owner answers and says Im sorry I am so backed up you are going to have to call someone else. I cant get anyone to come to work thanks to Joe Biden. So another company comes out says I will have to replace the coil which should be under warranty, but labor is going to be around 1800. Now my ceiling is leaking because this other company cant do anything til Monday to check to see if the part is registered and how to proceed. I am without air on 1/2 my ​house and now I have celing damage.Update: owner claims it was a misunderstanding and he didnt realize it was a call for his waranty work. Keep in mind we have been his customers for years and never asked if it was his unit before telling us to call elsewhere. when I told him I filed a BBB complaint that they would reach out and I would gladly remove it since he was willing to make it right he yelled at me saying youre done and he is done with us and will never come to our house or my parents again.( he did their units too and they are supposed to have same warranty with him) I have never filed a BBB before turns out I didnt even file an actual complaint just a negative review and if it was a true communication mistake I would have gladly reached out so the review wasnt posted but there is no mistake in this call and the way he treated me.

Installation of Tankless Water Heater. Chet & Taylor or maybe it was Chase (Im horrible with names) did a great job with the installation & explanation about how the system works. Dawson provided his expertise throughout the process from initial consultation to the finished product. But most of all, they were nice, personable, accommodating people & thats becoming more rare these days. You owe it to yourself to at least give them a call for your hvac needs. They should be in the conversation of choices. Oh...and their warranties cant be beat!

My upstairs AC unit stopped cooling a few days before my son and his family were to visit. The service technician, Alan, came out and assessed the situation, submitted a diagnosis to my Home warranty company and after some dillydallying on the warranty companys part he came right out and fixed the problem. He was very professional, thorough and courteous during to two visits he made to my home. The person on the other end of the phone with Air Man company was also very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

The owner, Vince, was great. Came out and looked at everything, discussed different options to find what best met our needs and finances the best. He did not even charge me for the repair of getting my old AC unit working again before the new unit came in and was installed a couple of days later. The old unit was a disaster. Mr Vince showed me where the previous maintenance, by someone else, completed on the unit had the wrong parts and an old leak that caused issues and repairs every year for the past several years. Mr Vince s son, Dillon, takes GREAT pride in the work that he and his crew does AND made sure that EVERYTHING was done right. There were some unseen issues found along the way BUT Dillon resolved them all, even the ones that he did not have to and/or the ones that should have cost us more money. Dillon is awesome and is proof that the company has a bright future. Vince, Dillon, and the entire crew were very polite, respectful, and thoughtful to me and my entire family. I am truly blessed and thankful for meeting them and having them do the work and install of my AC/Heating unit. I highly recommend and will be using this company and family for any future jobs. Couldnt have asked for better service or care from a great company.Alan was out first thing this morning and took the time to fully investigate the issues our system was having. I had previously been told the full system needed to be replaced with the newer type refrigerant system, and expected he would just be giving me a second quote. Instead he discovered our system was already up to date to handle the new refrigerant and worked to solve the issues it was having.He cleaned the outside unit replaced a part then had it balanced and running smooth before he left. We had our A/C go out on the hottest day of the year in 2017. It was 106F. We made due with a portable unit I used in my garage. Vince came out the next day. He told me--and Im paraphrasing--that they could throw some parts at and limp the unit along for a while if I wanted to but in the end, with the problem I had and its age, I would probably need to replace it. I got several quotes. All were within a couple hundred dollars of each other. What the other companies didnt have was a 10 year parts and labor warranty (as long as you maintain a service contract with them for $200 per year). They installed an all new system with furnaces and all; a 4 ton and a 2 ton (14 SEER) system on a Saturday. Fast forward to present day (April 2019), its still running great, saves me about 30-40% on my electric bill (summer) and gas bill (winter). Vince told me it would but I didnt really believe him! ha...glad he was right. Highly recommend this company. Theyre good Christian men. Cheers guys!

We had them come out for a service check, knowing we needed a new system. The young man who came out was very polite and explained everything very simply and thoroughly.The team that did the installation were professional and thoughtful, making sure they did everything possible so as to not be disruptive or create a mess, even being mindful of my specific instructions about how I wanted things done.So if you need service, you need this company.

One of my AC units went out just before my out of town family was to arrive for the weekend. Called Vince in a panic. Vince moved us up in the schedule as he could tell I was a bit anxious. Alan arrived late that Friday evening and got to work. He quickly got the unit up and running for the weekend just in time as my guests were arriving. Alan was polite and very professional. He said he would have to come back after the weekend to actually find the Freon leak and repair it properly but I was good to go for the weekend. I paid the Service Fee and Freon charge and everything worked great for the weekend. It was a hot one too! I scheduled the follow up repair for the next week. Alan came back out and sure enough found and fixed the leak! I went to pay him but he said NO CHARGE. I asked him why and he said he should have found the leak the first time he came out. (I didnt think so as he was rushed because it was getting late on a Friday evening and my guests were arriving soon) He was able to capture the Freon and re-use it so didnt have to purchase additional gas. I was certainly expecting and willing to pay for the return visit but he wouldnt have it. Wow, great service from a great local company! I will always use Air Man for any service or new AC purchases in the future. Thank you Vince and Alan! Great job!

I am a long time customer of Air Man and love this company. We have had two Trane systems installed and have them come out to do maintenance twice a year. Today they installed a new tankless water heater for us and were very patient with all of my questions on it both before and during the install. It was a wonderful experience. Their customer service is unmatched. Seriously. Everyone that has come out has been unfailingly pleasant, friendly, patient, AND knowledgeable. I honestly do not write many reviews, but I had to come on here and give a shout out to Chase and Chet who did our install today. They were wonderful. And Matt also helped me last week with the twice a year maintenance and my tons of questions on the tanks and install process. He was very patient with me. I highly recommend Air Man. Our first experience was Oct. 2018. We had just gotten home after a 2-hour drive from my mother’s funeral and discovered our AC unit in attic was leaking when we saw water on floor. This was just a few minutes before 5:00pm. We called Air Man, and Alan came out within 30 minutes. Not only did he correct the problem, he was so polite and professional. That experience made a customer out of us! Last week, Alan was out to do a maintenance check on AC units and found that the downstairs unit was on the verge of going out. Rather than wait and let this happen, we decided to go ahead and have the unit replaced. Alan got all the paperwork filled out and scheduled replacement for the next day. We were again so pleased with the crew’s professional and polite manner. Caleb, Dawson, and Trey could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. The installation required several trips up narrow steep stairs – after the installation was done, Caleb and Dawson made sure we were comfortable with the new thermostat and even offered to clean the stairs/floor/porch area where they had to be back and forth with the AC units. These are really hard-working guys! I highly recommend Air Man – they do a great job and you could not find nicer people to work with.

We called Air Man to come look at our upstairs AC unit since it wasnt keeping up with these hot summer temps. Alan came out and inspected both our units and ductwork so thoroughly! Weve had several other companies do work for us in the past, and I can tell you that Air Man is way above the rest! Alan made recommendations and explained everything to us so well. We decided to replace the unit and Air Man was able to come out two days later to do the replacement. Caleb, Dawson and Dustin were our technicians for the replacement and they were professional, courteous and thorough.

Update! Today I had to have one of the guys come out to check a weird noise in my new AC unit that they installed last year. Chase showed up 20 minutes later eager to fix the problem! It was just a lose screw to a door inside the unit. He was so pleasant to deal with, so respectful and friendly. I love the guys who work for this company. They are always so nice and easy to work with, starting with the first phone call. I trust them completely in my home and wouldn’t recommend anyone but these guys! They installed 2 new AC units for me last February and I couldn’t be happier!Its 6:00 on a Sunday evening, real feel 102 outside, and my AC goes out! I called this business because of the great reviews, and I was not disappointed!! Alan was at my house within about 15-20 minutes, fixed the problem (capacitor), gave me a great rate, and was gone by 7:00! I have NEVER had better service in my life! Alan was so professional, clean, and even smelled good! I say that because so many times in the past the jokers my home warranty company used to send out were a bit nasty...like they hadnt seen soap and water in a while. Alan was great in every aspect! I highly recommend using this company for your HVAC needs. I will be calling Alan again soon to look at my other AC unit that is failing.

It was 12 a.m. fathers day morning when our air went out and our mom that is almost 101 years old lives with us and after searching for someone that would come out we found Air Man and Mr. Vince had someone out in no time. We decided that it was gonna be best in our situation to upgrade Freon and have a new reliable unit put in. Alan was able to get us some window units put in until they could have a crew out and he helped us find the best unit that went with our house and they sent out a professional and polite and impeckable crew the next morning at 8 a.m. Caleb Dawson and Dustin had our system installed and fixed up to code by 1 oclock. I never write reviews but I had to after the experience I had with Alan from Air Man. I called today (a Sunday) expecting to get the message that we will call you back to set up a time for them to come and service my furnace but what I received was, I will have one of my service crew contact you in about 15 minutes and that is exactly what happened. Alan was so detailed and everything I had read online from the reviews were true. He made sure that things were cleaned after going into my attic as well as took the time to explain all that he had done and made recommendations for things that he saw that I may need in the future. I signed up for them to come and service my unit in the spring because of the thoroughness of Alan. Great job Air Man and you now have a customer for life!!

I was simply amazed at the professionalism of the staff that came to install our new unit. They were there first thing in the morning and when they left it was clean no smudges no scrape marks they had a team outside testing the unit had a team upstairs in my attic fixing up vents cleaning absolutely remarkable respectful of everything that we had they did a exemplary job!When youre done with the rest… try the best Air Man

Fast service. Alan was very knowledgeable. Checked out the system and repaired the problem. Bought our Trane system from Air Man almost 5 years ago. Parts and labor under warranty for 10 years, therefore, no charge for the service. Excellent company.

Dillon and Chase were wonderful! They were super nice and did a wonderful job. We were actually out of town when our air went out, and they sent someone over to fix it and cool our house until we could get home and get our new unit.

Air Man is the best. We have lived in this house for over 10 years and have never had heat/air to reach our master bedroom, master bathroom or office. After our first replacement almost 10 years ago the heat never made it to the above rooms, so electric heaters continued to be used during the cold months and suffering during the summer. Air Man did a job for us a few months back, so of course that is who we called with this next issue. Needless to say it would be cheaper to replace everything instead of piecing out problems as they arise. Vince says what he is going to do! The crew was professional, polite, worked non-stop and spot on. We couldnt be more pleased with the results and professionalism from the entire team. We now after 10 years of living here have heat in our master bedroom/bath and office - and can finally put up all the electric heaters. Thank you again to Air Man and everyone involved. This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with Air Man Air Conditioning. On Wednesday 9/12 I came home from work after 6pm and the temperature in the house was 78 degrees. I immediately called Air Man thinking I would leave a message and they would respond the next day scheduling an appointment later during the week. “Trey “ answered the phone and said he would be here within the next hour. True to his word, Trey arrived and fixed the problem, my home is now a comfortable 68 degrees. As long as I own my home, Air Man is the only one that will service my air conditioner. One Happy Satisfied customer 😄

Our upstairs AC went out and then our downstairs went out Billy came and looked to see about getting us new units and the next day they were installed by Caleb and Chase, they got us back up and running in alot less time than I thought it would be, awesome AC company will never call anyone else. What an awesome company. Great customer service and very friendly. Air went out on a Saturday, they came out that day offered window units until they could get new unit in and had us a new unit in on Tuesday. They made sure to clean up and they did extra stuff with no charge. Glad we went with Air Man. Thanks guys!!!!

When our air conditioning went out, we called Air Man and they were able to come out immediately. TheyDiagnosed the problem and were able to install a new system within 24 hours. They were very considerate of us when they were coming in and out to install the new system. They were all very polite and wanted to be sure that we got our air back as soon as possible. Even tho this was in the middle of summer we were only without air conditioning less than 48 hours.

Air Man installed three units for us to replace old ones that never worked properly. We have been more than happy with the new systems, their work quality and their very high level of service. It’s very unusual to find a business that cares about their customers the way Air Man does. Recently we had an annual service on our units. Dillon and Alan were outstanding (arrived when they said, were efficient and very friendly). We would highly recommend Air Man!

Trey recommended a new system. Trey and his guys Dawson, Caleb came out this morning a little before 8:am and these guys worked until the job was done they finished a little after 12 noon. My new system has my house feeling like its a ice box COLD. THANKS AIRMAN its cold in my house now.

We purchased a new 4 ton Trane last Spring. Alan was our technician and was excellent in the installation. Weve had a couple of visits concerning the running of the system, but no problems. Alan is very reliable. I would recommend Air Man Air Conditioning to anyone who needs a new system.

We came home from Florida, on a Sunday evening, to our AC being out!! It was over 90 degrees in our house and we have a 3 month old baby. I was beside myself! We made a few calls to a few other repair companies and were told they may be able to come out or it could possibly be Monday. Monday!! I called Air Man. Although very busy, he was at our house within an hour. He was able to repair our unit in no time. He was highly professional and just a great person all together. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Both run extremely efficiently saving me on average $30 a month on my electric bill.Whenever I call for a 6-month servicing they respond promptly. My whole air system went out while at the fire station. My wife and three young girls at home in a 90+ degree house. Before even being awarded the job officially, Air Man temporarily got the system working so my family would be comfortable. Once they got the job, which included EVERYTHING from the air handling system to the thermostat, they went above and beyond. They fixed duct work and added insulation at no cost so it would look good and perform well. They stayed extra late so that, again, my family and I would be comfortable when another company could have easily just came back the next day. Now the quality and look of the work is beyond what I thought it would be. I am floored by the exceptional work and attention to detail. Being in the fire service for 20 years I am sensitive to safety issues. Air Man not only kept a clean work area, they made sure before, during, and after install, everything was safe and secure. My husband is currently deployed and I came home to my house being 83 degrees. I called at 7:21 PM and they were here and had my air fixed by 7:45 PM! Very pleased with their work and so appreciative of their willingness to take care of me! Highly recommend this business!

Ill start by saying WOW, got the quote on Monday and the next day they got my new system installed. The installation crew was great, they came in and got straight to work. I was very impressed with the quality of work they did. They were quick to answer any questions I had and keep me informed of everything they were doing. This is the only company I will use and refer to others from now on for all HVAC work. Air Man AC made this entire process very easy and painless. It was a night and day difference when they were done, the air was blowing colder and harder!

I was skeptical of the 5 star rating when searching for a company to check our air conditioning system, but Air Man proved they have earned it. We ended up replacing our system. From the initial service tech to the techs that did the installation, everything was done professionally. They had the system replaced and serviced within 6 hours. I would recommend this company.

Airman installed our unit and we have been more than satisfied with it. The installation was done precisely and professionally. We just had an issue with the fan on the unit, Vince and his crew responded immediately and stuck with it until the issue was resolved. My husband and I received several phone calls from Vince to check on the progress of the repair and again this morning to check on us. Trane is an excellent product and Airman is an excellent representative of this product. I will recommend the Airman company to everyone I know.

Dillon and Alan arrived promptly today to service my Trane air conditioner this noon. They were very friendly and courteous. After some research, and because of their excellent reviews, I had them put in a new Trane furnace and air conditioner in the fall of 2016. I am very pleased with both of the units. The air conditioner is so much quieter than my old unit. Im quite fortunate to have chosen them.

Alan paid me a visit this morning. He was a most courteous and knowledgeable young man. He installed a new capacitor for my air conditioner and it is working great. I am so glad because company is coming this weekend and the 89 degree temps were looking pretty hot.
