I was kinda on the fence coming here after seeing the last review but said what the heck. This lady thinks a 200$ watch is expensive what does she know. I had a great experience here. Peter was a delight and was able to put new batteries in my watches. He did have trouble with a Versace watch my wife owns removing the case lid but instead of force it he took it with him since he didn’t have the correct tool on hand which was fine. He has a lot of cool things to check out in his shop. I got a nice silver ring that he sized. Also got some nice baked treats. Overall great experience.

DO NOT BRING an expensive watch for change a battery.My watch Tory burch got scratch a lot !!! gold comes off !! And then He couldnt open it at the end.How unprofessional!I told about got scratch I felt so sad.But He had no words of apology or anything!! AThis is pretty bad!Also,change a battery $20 is pricey I think.If you go to the mall You can change only $10 or something.This is my f day!
