My husband and I booked a month in advance a couple massage for our 1 year anniversary. We were very excited and counting down the days to receive this service as we both work and go to school full time and needed a relaxing day. We received several confirmation texts and confirmed the appointment, but when we arrived they said they only booked one massage and we would have to reschedule. They did offer a discount, but unfortunately our schedules were not able to accommodate another appointment pushed out a few weeks. Very disappointed, but understand that there is mix ups once in a while. Recommend calling months in advance and also plan on calling them to confirm your appointment even though they send texts to confirm.

Julia was absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and her energy through the entire service was very calming. I haven’t had such a relaxing massage in a long time. Very impressed. The atmosphere of the spa was the nicest soothing aura I’ve ever encountered. Wish I had heard about Mindful Women sooner.

She knows exactly what she’s doing. This visit was a brow wax, but many other visits she’s done facials and other waxing for me and I’ve always felt welcome and at ease. Even during a pandemic, I experienced the kind, welcoming, and pampering treatment I’ve come to know Mindful Women for over the last many years. They truly create an amazing experience for everyone, regardless of your needs at a competitive price. If you haven’t already, you should try them out. This place is the BEST and I always feel like I have died and gone to heaven! I had an hour massage and an hour facial. My massage was amazing!! My facial was good as well. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that my facial felt very rushed. The girl who did it was a bit aggressive in her touch. Maybe it was because it was the end of the day on a Saturday...I dont know. Overall, I would highly recommend all of their services!

This spa is very nice and has incredible customer service! It was my first time going here and before I booked an appointment the receptionist answered all my questions confidently which made me comfortable and easy to make an appointment. I am 36 weeks pregnant and the receptionist booked me with Ashlee, who did an incredible job and will go to her again:) Thank You to the staff here, it was a great experience for my first time.

I have been to mindful women several times for several different services. Massage, pedicures, eyelash extensions, facials, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is very professional and the services are always done at the highest caliber. The spa is beautiful and clean. I can always relax. They definitely take care of you and do the very best job. I have been to several different spas and this is by far my favorite. You can make an appointment with any of their workers and you won’t go wrong. However, I am partial to Jenny. If you like deep tissue massage, she’s one of a kind. I’ve had massage from several of there therapists and loved them all.

Love this spa! Ive been going to Mindful Women Spa for many years. Usually when you arrive, you change into a rope and shoes, relax in a common area that has a fireplace and a water feature. You are asked if you want tea or water, and given frozen grapes, orange slices, or pretzels while relaxing and waiting to be called back for your treatment. With the pandemic, they have had to skip all of these luxuries and you head straight to your room and prepare for your treatment. You do need to wear a mask upon entering and for certain procedures. You are also required to have your temperature taken on entering the spa. They are very professional. I feel completely safe. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing spa! I have always had good service and every treatment I have had has always been a great experience. Their steam room is the best, it is coed but I have very rarely been in there with anyone other than myself or my spouse.

Awesome experience and customer service! This was my first time getting a facial. The staff was very kind and explained all options and treatments. I was able to book an appt same day and the cost was great compared to other spas in the area I had been looking at. I would highly recommend this location and I plan to go back myself.

I was given a prenatal massage from my husband for our anniversary. When I came in the woman checking me in was so nice and new the occasion. The massage itself was so relaxing, the atmosphere, music, and smells came together so nicely. Ive hated massages at other places for feeling awkward but I didnt feel that way here. I hope to be able to go again soon.

My wife and I had a couples massage for her birthday. Weve had massages before, but this was THE BEST experience weve ever had!We were promptly taken to where we could change in to robes, then served some snacks and water while we waited for our therapists. We enjoyed a nice, quiet, relaxing room with a fireplace and water-fountain, dim lighting and soft music.Once we were taken to our massage room, the therapists tended to our every need. My bed was too hot, but she quickly turned off the heated blanket and helped me cool down. My wife enjoyed the heated blanket though!That was seriously that fastest 90 minutes Ive ever experienced!!! We then enjoyed the steam room for 10 or 15 minutes before we had to be on our way.We will DEFINITELY be returning soon!

Such a calming environment and great service. I had a pedicure and it was very relaxing. I wish they had a little bit more of a selection on polishes, at the same time I loved NOT being overwhelmed with the menagerie of half used bottles of color and feeling rushed to pick a color and rushed to get in line to wait... I will DEFINITELY be back, it was WELL WORTH THE XTRA $ (very small price difference) to actually relax and enjoy a pedicure. Randi was amazing❤

I got my first ever facial done here and I was SO positively surprised. It was the greatest spa experience Ive ever had. This spa is truly a special place. The air smelled of essential oils and aromatherapy. There were fountains and paintings and statues to add to the relaxation. They treat you to a complimentary drink of tea and frozen grapes which are delicious! Then the facial itself was stunning. Unfortunately, I was on vacation so I am unable to go back but if I could, I would go back to this truly incredible spa every single day.

Everyone is professional, kind, mellow, pampering, treat you like royalty.I do want to address the reviews on people complaining about their 3 year old. Of course Im positive that your child is a saint. But sometimes businesses have to make tough calls based on bad experiences of others. If they allow your child to come in then they have to with others. I think allowing 8 and older to come is very accommodating for a spa, which is ran very differently from a salon. People are paying a bit more for a serene environment when you add children to the mixture, at times it will lose its relaxing vibe. Sorry that others ruined it for you but rules are in place for the majority of clients so they can enjoy their treatments in peace. They cant break rules for only you and tell everyone else no.

I always feel comfortable speaking with the front desk (Roxanne is knowledgeable) Jenni took her time with me during the consultation for my chemical peel, which made me feel really good about the process. Everything she recommended has been specifically for my skin type, and they are great at providing samples prior to making big purchases. Thanks guys!

I scheduled my appointment 9 days prior. I was informed by a friend who goes there that their machine was broke and we both thought it was weird they scheduled me and never informed me that it may not be back up and may have to reschedule. The day before my appointment they text me to confirm my appointment which i accepted. 1 hr later i got a call that it was canceled and that they were putting me on a waiting list. Not only did they waste my time they were dishonest from the beginning. I will not be going through them for the simple fact they didnt warn me up front and scheduled me knowing they may have to cancel.

When I was pregnant I had THE BEST massage of my life. They have me oranges, pretzels, and tea. My husband booked an other massage for me. I was surprised to get a wrap and stone massage. They over booked and all I got was a 60 minute stone massage. They charged the right amount, but I didnt get my wrap, bath, or wrap. It was too busy.

I dig it. Ive been to spas all over the state (and other locales for that matter). I think these guys are among the best. Always a stellar experience. Beautiful surroundings, serene & luxurious feeling. Ask about their Girls Night Out monthly special - its awesome and a bargain. ;-)

I had the best massage I have ever had last night. I left feeling sooo relaxed. My therapist was Lauren and she was FABULOUS!!I wish I could have stayed to enjoy the steam room longer. It was wonderful as well.

My sisters husbands surprised them with a mommy to be package and I went along for the ride and got a facial (not the best) and massage (pretty good!). But the staff claimed the husbands did not schedule a package and my sisters were left sitting around having no idea what to do.. They werent offered an apology or any reconciliation offer for their trouble. It was not the husbands fault. How could they know what the package includes and then not order it?

Not child friendly! Came for short appointment with quiet child. Had to leave! Intermountain skin care is less expensive and has a little playroom for kids if your sitter bails on you!

My name is Drea, and I went in for my first pedicure today. I was terrified! My friend decided to spoil me and talked me into it. I am very ticklish on my feet so, I thought I would absolutely hate it. I was completely wrong!! I absolutely loved it, the atmosphere, and the amazing people. I was lucky enough to have a young lady named Ranee, (Im not sure if I spelt that correct.) work on me. Look, Im a difficult person to please. Im HUGE on customer service, and I hold people accountable for horrible service. Im hard to please and I know it. Thats why I was so taken back and so absolutely pleased with meeting Ranee. She was amazing with her customer service. She made me feel comfortable and like one of the girls. She made me feel like I was worth a million dollars. I will definitely be back. Not only that but, with my little girl to try out some spa treatments and other things they offer, with all my friends and family as well. I will definitely only recommend this place from here on out, especially Ranee. She was adorable and so fun! She is the type of person that you want to come back and see. Thank you so very much! My mother in law, myself and my 3 year old have been going to a year now to get pedicures here. My daughter is very well behaved and loves getting her toes done! All of a sudden we are told we can no longer bring her because other kids have been too rambunctious and they’d rather have the space for adults paying more money. We will NEVER go there again! TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Not happy after spending 240.00 for Botox and didn’t see the lines go away and the girls made up excuses that i needed to pay again to see results. I called around and they said she probably wasn’t experienced enough because the lines shouldn’t be there.

I have been a customer of Mindful Women well over 15 years, botox,eyelashes, mani and pedi etc. My daughter in law and my 3 yearold granddaughter have had pedis twice ( as a group). We called for another appt. were told children under 8 are not allowed. I gave my name and number to the receptionist, telling her we have had two prior pedis with my granddaughter. I also was very happy to pay full price for my granddaughters experience. The receptionist said she would talk with the owner about my request and call me back. I did receive a call back with the answer no we do not accommodate children under 8 no exceptions. That is fine!! I will never be back to Mindful Women under any circumstances!!

I booked the SAMADHI.. I booked it for a milestone I had reached.. I will say I really really loved Kami, from her scrub to her message.. She was great!!! I wasnt to impressed with the pedi, but do to the fact that the room was under construction I wasnt going to let it bother me.. (even though my toes are the color of my previous nail polish, I will chalk that up to the bad lighting in the temp room) and than I sat and waited for the final part of my package, my facial.. and I waited.. finally after an hour I got up and just changed back into my clothes and went to pay my bill.. They did apologize and did say she was ready and could do my facial now but, I had already been there almost 5hrs and it was already ruined for me.. it wasnt at all how I wanted to see the day end, it just kinda ruined the whole experience for me.. I am really torn if I will return.. I loved Kami, and really want to go back to her, but cant really see myself returning..
