It has been such an easy process since I transferred my auto insurance to Allstate from a competing company. I have been impressed with the communication, attentiveness and feeling as though I am a valued customer. Kevin and his team really know what they are doing and I can’t imagine what it would be like if I had stayed with my previous company.

It took three phone calls to finally reach someone in your office during office hours this past week and that seems extraordinary. I also had a withdrawal of funds from my bank account without an explanation for the charge which is a little unusual Id guess. Please try a little harder!

I tried to call and use my app for roadside assistance and couldn’t get anyone to help. The recording said to put in my agent’s number and then when I did it said to call back when my agent is in the office! What? What am I supposed to do now??

Ive been with Allstate for so many years now I cant even remember. Kevin took over an office from my previous agent who is now in his well-deserved retirement. Once he took over our office, he contacted me immediately to complete a review of my policies and make sure I was covered in all the areas I needed & wanted. He also made sure to double check I was receiving as many discounts as possible - including getting my safe driving bonus checks you see from TV - yes, they are real! Obviously you get a discount for multiple policies, but saved me even more with full payment and electronic transfer discounts. They will send you notice in plenty of time just in case your situation changes and a full payment isnt something you are ready for at that time. Really wish my particular phone would hold the electronic insurance cards, but something cool for later on I guess. Whether you need minimum state driving insurance or full coverage for cars, boat, a motorcycle like mine!, your home, your property, life insurance, etc...give Kevin a call and he will be happy to go over all your options and adjust deductibles to help get to a price you are happy with. Hell also make sure you know about all the possible discounts so you can save even more. He sends up regular updates, checks in on any claims to make sure all is well, and will even get you birthday & holiday cards without fail. I guess you could go with any insurance agent, but why become a number when you could have an agent who actually knows your name and wants to work with you??

After several years with another company and being ignored when I asked questions, it was time to make a change.. We have been with Allstate for over 30 years. Never had any issues. We insure or home and vehicles. We also have coverage should we break down on our vehicles or trailer. Always been there when we needed them without hesitations.

My family has been with Allstate, Keven Neumayer, for about 3 years with a perfect payment history. We have our families car, recreational vehicle and home owners policies with Kevin. Unfortunately we went through an extremely difficult financial crisis. We were looking at being dropped from our insurance due to a payment problem in January 2017. Rather than just let it be as it was, Kevens staff worked quickly with us to find a solution to prevent our family from being without car insurance. This was a HUGE stress reliever. Without car insurance, we would have been stuck without transportation. Not an ideal situation for a family with young children. Moving out of state is stressful. However, getting renters insurance was so easy! If I could give a 0 star I would. Most times I spoke with someone in the office about a change I wanted, or needed I was assured that it would be done No Problem. Most of my messages were not responded to.Because of a streak of bad luck (bad driving) I recieved a letter from Allstate telling me that my policy was being cancelled. I didnt hear this from Kevin - but through a letter from Allstate. When I called, Kevin was out of town (as usual) so I spoke to Chrystal his wife. She told me she could just roll me into a high risk policy for a yr or so, and gave me a quote. No problem. She said she would get it taken care of.Did it get taken care of??? NO!!!!!When I found out, my policy had already been cancelled and had to be re-instated. Again, promised no problem. I will take care of it.Switched agents but stayed with Allstate. Just called for a quote for a new car. GUESS WHAT??? I have a 3 day lapse of insurance.Dont trust anything these guys tell you. It wont get done without riding their butt. So, now I guess they sold the Roy office and opened up in So. Ogden!Beware people of Ogden. They mustve had to run.
