I could not possibly be more satisfied with the service provided by Hear Again America in South Miami. Dave, the audiologist, is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He allows plenty of time to work with his clients to ensure everything is working correctly with the hearing aids and that the customer leaves completely satisfied. Andrea handles the office duties and welcomes the clients. An incredibly friendly, upbeat, and efficient staff member, she goes out of her way to provide excellent assistance (e.g. appointments, help with insurance issues, and such).I would give this office six stars if that were possible. Highly recommended; you will be treated like family. Thank you Dave and Andrea!

Have been going to this South Miami location for over a year since my DORAL office closure. I go every 3 months for maintenance on my hearing aids. Andrea and David are very professional, appointments are on time, and I’m always asked if I have a problem with my hearing aid, which I don’t! I highly recommend this Office and it’s personnel.

In all my years I have never went to a place especially dealing with Miami customer service that was so exquisite such a homey feeling as I walk those doors and saw the receptionist woman and welcomes me and my mother like if we were family. My wife and children were on holidays in Miami when the tube connecting the hearing aid to Earmold broke off my 2 year olds hearing aid. We called and they gave us a same day appointment.
