You MUST HIRE these guys! If I could give them 10 stars I would. There is no other company I would ever deal with again. They are the absolute most professional and thorough firm I have ever dealt with. They constantly called to follow up with me and answer any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner. We experienced damage to our garage from Hurricane Irma, nearly 2 1/2 years ago. As a result of the damage, the entire roof had to be replaced, and in the process, the roofers hit a waterline running through the attic in our garage. The resulting water damage caused by the roofing contractor (who turned out to be FRAUDULENT) became a real problem. This is the worst adjusting company you can hire to assist you with claims. My claim was very simple and they have taken almost 2 years to get this resolved and I have not obtained a final resolution to the case. The follow up, customer service and management is absolutely undesirable. I am very sorry to have hire such an irresponsible and unresponsive company to guide me through this process. I strongly an wholeheartedly suggest you to do a very thorough research before hiring an adjusting company an definitely not hiring Contender Claims Adjusters. If you are in the same situation like me, I am currently researching options on how to legally address the issue and take it to further consequences. Agreeing to have Contender Claims and Strems Law Firm represent me in an insurance claim due to Hurricane Irma was one of the best decisions I have ever made. That is not hyperbole. My insurance company initially offered 4k. Not enough to even cover the deductible. Contender & Strems got me a 50k+ settlement. 50k+!Id also like to commend Guillermo Saavedra and his team at Contender for their patience and exquisite customer service skills. To say that I was anxious to get this money is putting it very lightly. But they handled me like pros and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services.

This company is so hard to get a hold of someone every time you call they put you on hold I was told there would be an adjuster coming to inspect the house which it did not happen I try calling and speak with who ever is in charge of my case to be told all the time she is with a client it is VERY FUSTRATING trying to speak with someone on checking status in claim for so long and never get a Damn answer hopefully hopefully they would have the decency to at least give me a call which has never happen 😡Ohh and the representative today that answer the phone very RUDE

Very bad experience with this company for more than 2 years on standby they told us an amount and then they told us that it was not possible and what they told us we were going to obtain was not even 10% of what they said today they say that the funds have been frozen for more than 5 months until when?

My overall experience with the company was excellent. I feel like everyone works as a team. Guillermo helped me throughout the claim process and was always available to answer some of my questions. I recommend them 100%.

I do not recommend this very poor company and they do not do their job and the lawyers they work with do not say no that we will speak and apart from that no one answers you.
