This review should be 100 stars. I was handling emergency situation while attending to both my elderly parents being in separate rehab facilities and my iPhone died. I felt lost and this store in South Miami was recommended to me by a nearby ATT store.I drove over and was met by Abraham who immediately attended to me. Not only did he fully resolve my issues promptly and graciously, he recognized my emergency and put me fully at ease. He handled my issue and went the extra mile.I can not say enough regarding this exceptional client service experience. While I was there I observed how well other customers were treated by Abraham and his colleague whose name, I apologize, I did not ask for.Abraham was professional, empathetic, alert and with a tremendous desire to please and exemplify the company’s high standards. These young people are our future leaders. Bravo Abraham!

I have a few problems with this store. I came by yesterday with a set appointment at 4. When I got there, the guy said he wasnt able to work on my phone because it takes at least 2 hours to finish, and they close at 5. If that is the case, why even make 4pm an option?I come back the next day when they open, and a new guy again tells me its going to take 2 hours. I leave him my email, so that he can get in touch with me when my phone was done. I waited 4 hours for someone to reach out to me, and nothing, so I decided to stop by, and I asked if my phone was ready, ad he said yes like it has been ready for a while. So I am confused as to why I didnt get an email. Next, I showed them a discount code when it was time to pay, and they say that it is only used for iphones. When I offered that they should say that on the code description, he says that its in the fine print. So I said okay, and just let it go. I went back to look, and sure enough there is nothing anywhere that says anything about an iphone. I dont think I will be going back here for phone service again.

I went in to have the number 4 replaced on my computer, and I was greeted by a friendly face, and my computer was taken and fixed on the spot in about 10 minutes. As I waited, about 5 people came in and seemed to know the person working there, they were very friendly with him, so it seemed like a neighborhood place. It is very easy to get to, convenient, a nice, clean store, and they cover a lot of areas in terms of tech repairs. I would definitely come back here!

Always had excellent service, but today was exceptional - very quick, very professional, explained the risks and issues that could result from the service, and then when the solution was found to be something very simple (a loose connection due to a screw that had shaken loose), no charge! Julio H. Thank you!!!! Im so grateful I went to this location. My Note 20 Ultra 5G had a black screen for weeks no calls in or out even after several resets. I phoned Samsung and they referred me to UbreakiFix to check out the device. I took a chance and visited the South Miami location and Im soo glad I did! JULIO H. was very professional, reassuring and efficient. He diagnosed the phone right away. It needed a screen replacement. Told me to come back in an hour and the phone was fixed!!! Best part is all of my family pics, videos and data was in tact! Samsung took long (3+ hrs) to approve the repair. Julio kept updating me while I waited as Samsung has a repair policy of same day only but eventually they approved and covered the whole cost. Def worth the wait for me. Phone works perfectly now!The first store I went to was UbreakiFix Miami Lakes location and the lady and guy tech looked at the phone and said, seemed like motherboard issue... Let Samsung know we cant fix it, they will email a mail label to send to them and will check out the phone and return in 7 days or so. I had a lot of family pics and videos that I didnt want to lose. So I decided to get a 2nd opinion at 2 other locations and luckily South Miami was my blessing as this was the next one I tried. My computer wasnt working. I took it in, told them it was an emergency, they took the time to do a hard rest, it worked, they called me within 30 minutes and didnt charge me.I dont see how it could be any better.Next time I have a need I will go to them and be happy to pay.

Update: a month later my screen went black but i was still getting calls and it was vibrating. Took it back because it was still within the warranty window. The tech claimed there was water damage but didnt mention anything about water damage my first visit. So that voided the warranty. 160 seems expensive for a screen replacement. Probably wont go back

I visited the coral gables location first and the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. They took 4 days just to tell me it was the screen and it would take 2 weeks to repair.Then I visited the south Miami location in sunset place and they were great. They helped me the same day with my phone. I would gladly return to the south Miami location in the future, if need be.I would never return to the coral gables location

Super helpful employees and quick service. Blasiel was so helpful and saved me so much money. Best Buy said this issue would cost 500 dollars. The whole experience took like than 10 minutes. The parking cost more than the repair itself. Would definitely recommend them over Best Buy! The employees are very well informed they were able to target the issue correctly and quickly. I took in my iPad Pro to get the Home Screen replaced. The initial repair was great and same day but about a week later, the touchscreen stopped being responsive. Nevertheless, after quick call back to the shop, they established that the iPad had an issue that could not be repaired so they immediately began to exchange the device for a new one. They always kept in touch with me and were super professional. Just know, if you come here, they take care of your device, end to end and won’t leave you hanging. They stand behind their word. It is so refreshing to find someone honest nowadays. Took my iPad today for repair. The screen was cracked. I was unaware that my wife Had put a screen protector on top of it. The gentleman in the front advised me that I had a screen protector and that my screen was not cracked, just the protector. He didn’t charge me a thing. He could’ve lied and charge me 149 to replace it. But he did not. Professional and honest I highly recommend

My iPhone X touchscreen was not working. So my phone was totally out of commission! I popped into the South Miami location without an appointment and they fixed it in less than 10 mins. Lifesavers!!!

I was unable to leave my phone to repair my broken screen because they wanted me to leave the phone unlocked! Who on the right mind would give a phone to a stranger unlocked? I have sensitive information, bank accounts to say the least and they simply ask me to give that to someone who is going to have access to my very personal information for 3 plus hours! Who are they kidding? The other option they gave me is to wipe the phone off and then restore it when I get it back. This is a time consuming pain staking process, that does have bugs, and, you will need to reestablish some accounts. I have had the screen replaced with the phone off and then started and checked upon given back to me. Apparently, this place cares for their convenience, not yours! Not my type of business that I will support. I am an older guy that still believes in good, old fashioned service. I will seek that somewhere else. I hope that the company takes notice that they got where they are because of their reliability and support of their customers...

I went in yesterday morning thinking my iPhone 7 finally kicked the can. The day before I had been on the beach and a little sand got into the charge port and it was unable to receive a charge anymore despite attempting to clean it myself. Thank God the amazing staff here knew what to do and were able to get the charge port cleaned and properly working. Amazing customer service and grateful they were able to help me.My mother came the other day for a cracked screen for her older iPhone as well and they were able to assist her no problem for a great price and quickly too. Recommend for any home tech needs.

If you have a functioning device, I suggest you take it somewhere else. I had a fully functioning iPhone that I thought needed a battery. After leaving it for a battery, I am told it doesn’t need a battery. “Just use until it no longer works.” Confusing as it worked fine before, it seemed to use battery faster than normal. Indicated that battery was now at 0%. It shut off and never booted again. It will no longer accept a charge or boot. Apple cannot restore stating that-something is physically wrong with the device. Something happened to it during the 2 hours it was at this repair shop. Save your money and frustration. Take your device elsewhere.

Drove around block three times looking for this place-it is on the second floor! Walked in without an appointment. One customer was ahead of me-no wait. Explained my problem-I phone mic on speaker phone Not working. He cleaned it out and in 5 minutes it was working!Will always come here! Forget apple and Best Buy! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I got my screen fixed at this location and the two reps who helped me were great, however I left with my phone disabled because they could not restore my device . However, I had an issue with my home button and called the store today. From the beginning of my conversation with Jackie who answered the phone she was combative and unwilling to listen to my issue with my device, I won’t get into the details of the issue I was having but the key point is that she was not understanding of my issue and quite frankly rude.She hung up on me when I asked for a call back from the rep who helped me because I said she was not understanding of my case. I called corporate to resolve the matter and file a complaint, they referred me to another store because I do have warranty on my repair, although Jackie said it wasn’t applicable. My recommendation is that you do not go to this repair store and take your money elsewhere, if you have an issue you may get this representative who won’t resolve your issue and may even hang up on you in the process.

We took my wifes Iphone to UbreakIfix in South miami after we had taken it to a Dr. Phone fix who told us the phone was unrepairable. He had tried everything. UbreakIfix repaired it and prevented us from having to throw it away. Expensive!!! But worth it when theyre able to do a good job and have pros that make the magic happen.

I like to give small businesses good reviews, but here I cannot. I was referred by Samsung to get my phone repaired as they are apparently Samsung authorized.For security reasons, I did a factory reset on my phone. I also removed my SIM card to use in a replacement while my phone was being repaired. The person at the store said that Samsung requires them to have a SIM in the phone for testing after repair. As I did not plan to wait and as I needed my SIM in my replacement phone, I said that I did not have a SIM. He offered no help, other than repeating himself. I left along with my phone.Arriving home, I called Samsung customer service. The Samsung agent told me that, for security reasons, they always instruct people to remove SIM cards before shipping.I wish that I could be more positive, but I cant.
