I found the service wonderful at the Sunset Place location. The lady (Michelle) I think was very accommodating with my time constraints and was very knowledgeable about her product. I had my car waxed, and now, 4 rainy days later, my car is still gleaming. It was returned with clean, fresh and with a smile. I just wish I lived closer so I could use this great service more often!

It’s clear that the “new management” is not interested in doing business. The woman working told us that she didn’t speak English, but it was obvious that we did. She told us that because there were 4 cars ahead of us, it would be “cinco hours” until our car could be washed. I said “five hours? Are you seriously trying to tell me that it takes your team 5 hours to finish 5 cars?” She said, “oh yes. Cinco hours.” She clearly just didn’t want our business. I’ve never had this experience here, but perhaps it is the gift of new management.

Really dissatisfied with the service as they publicize some pricing on the website and then when you get there it is $30 dollars more than what is on there website.

When I went I had an excellent service. The cashier and the guys were very kind. I paid just to have it cleaned outside and they did the interiors too. I am happy with the total service.

For the dadeland location: the employees were very nice, but the car wash is terrible. I paid for an inside and outside wash, the outside looks ok but the inside was left untouched, all they did was vacuum (I could’ve done it better at the gas station for $1.50) AND I left a 9$ tip. When I got home I had to clean the interior myself.

THE WORST CAR WASH EVER! I paid for a premium intereror and exterior wash and wax. The work does not worth $125! They Didnt clean the interior, didnt bother to wipe the steering wheel, the rims and calipers still covered with dust. Scratched out paint on my door. I cant say anything because they claim that they didnt do it which Im pretty sure the scratch was not there! Highly not recommend this place. Waste of money and time!

The car wash was awful and expensive and when we spoke to the manager he said he would be careful for the next time. The valet said they have been getting complaints all day. Do not wash your car here!!!!

The car is still very DIRTY! I purchased a Goupon to get the best package they were offering. However, even after they were supposed to shampoo the seats, wax the car etc. it is still very dirty!

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!I went to the one in Dadeland, not only they charged me $95 for a complete carwash, they also ripped my seat!!!!I talked to the manager and she told me she would contact the owner. The owner never contacted me, I had to call the cops!!!!They told me they had NO INSURANCE AND WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES!!!! I wanted to sue them so badly but the cops told me not to waste my time or money on them...

Clearly the person in charge there is not interested in their customers.Today the guy told me that they doesnt accept credit cards, the machine doesnt work since 15 days, always with attitude.

This car wash is a total rip-off. I bought a Groupon deal for a $50 car hand wash and wax. When I arrived at the car wash, the person in charge said the Groupon voucher was only good for their $40 service that only includes a spray on wax. Clearly the person in charge there is not interested in the Groupon business. Fortunately Groupon is a reputable firm and they fully refunded my money. However, be aware that ProntoWash is located inside the Sunset Place parking garage. This means that in addition to paying to get your car cleaned you have to pay for parking. In my case I was there for less than 10 minutes (to determine that this was a scam offer) and still had to pay $3.00 for parking. I strongly recommend that you stay away from this place.
