I went today for the first time its great really fast . I went to do my blood test. Alex was extremely helpful and very polite. Thank you for your service I highly recommend this location.

Excellent place to get done lab/blood work. Not crowded. Far cry from the herd atmosphere at Quest Labs. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

Best experience you could ask for to get blood work done. Was super quick, super sweet people, and very proficient.

The facility was extremely clean and not crowded . The Phlebotomist was extremely friendly and resourceful . I have a fear of getting blood drawn, but she made my experience a lot more calming.

Recently this place has been getting better. Went today and there was nobody else waiting. In and out in under 15 minutes and Maria is a good phlebotomist. They will valet your parking ticket.

Great experience today at the lab. Courteous and fast service...except the parking. Make sure you STAMP you parking ticket otherwise you will pay $30. Parking is the issue at this building.

Quick, Clean, and Professional. I checked in for my appointment in my car. I received a text less than 10 minutes later stating my technician was ready for my appointment. My technician was very skilled. I barely felt anything when she was collecting my blood.

Great lab, clean, friendly and courteous staff, well organized, fast service, chairs well apart for social distancing, lots of hand cleaners. Remember to take your parking ticket with you, to the lab, to get it stamped and avoid the parking fee. A+

Best LabCorp there is..Alex McGavie is so Professional and process Great Customer Dervice Skills..hope, she will always stay there. SHES a Great Asset to this Location, and Maria is the best at pinching.Never have had such a great experience than this one on 5 /3/21.Dont visit any other location..just 7000 Sw 62 Ave #570, 33143.The best LabCorp there is..t visit any other location.

I just call to ask about the results of a test a did with them like 15 days ago that I think they did not do anything and they just hang out the phone. Please dont go with them Even worse if is an important test.

So bad attention, I was waiting on the car for confirmation to get in and take the test but 30 min later never call and I went to the office and there were not paciente so they let me in, very bad attention, they are not polite. Not recomeded, go to Quest.

If I have to describe in one word - Inconvenient. Firstly my primary had to fax the request form several times before I could go and give my blood sample. Had to make several trips. And it’s been more than a week and they still haven’t faxed the test results back. I just wish I never have to deal with them again.

Was there at 2:30 and on one answers. Terrible waste of time. Time stamp pic for evidence. Someone should be fired.

Much better than their other locations. It is in a modern professional building. The staff is very friendly. Free parking (2 hours) with validation.

I gave this place 3 stars because the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful, but the place is a dump. The floors are missing pieces of carpet, it smells super musty and old, and the walls are not even painted correctly...the roof had holes in it...

I arrived around 7:10 am, by 7:25 i was out those 2 ladies were so nice and pro!!!! 🙌🏻i really recommand this place if u need blood test to do.

Waiting 2hrs for walk in although got here at opening. There are not enough seats for the crowd here so 10 people are standing or sitting on the ground for at least 1hr+.Only one nurse and one desk person. Pathetic. This place is a disorganized mess. Everything one could dislike about miami resides here in this wreck of a place.Go somewhere else

Office hours posted until 3 pm - arrived at 230 pm to a locked office.

I got an appointment online more than 10 days ago. I arrived 10 minutes earlier. The front desk person very rude and anpolite put me to wait 20 minutes ignoring my appointment time.

Arrived at 2:45 pm (they are supposed to close at 3) but door was locked. Knocked but no answer

It took less than 30min from the moment I walked in to the minute I got in the elevator. Very friendly staff and the facility is clean and new. Free parking with validation.

Not very friendly at all the lady at the front window very rude and dont speak English that well u have to try and figure out what she is saying

Be Careful with the people who work here because they dont tell you what they will charge you. Ask everything and read everything before you sign.

I gave them $100.00 and they put clean piss in my cup. Got the job.

FATAL! Eso parecía la vecindad del Chavo del 8... una sola gritería en español. Eran 3 personas atendiendo y la mas joven que solo hablaba inglés hacía su trabajo lo mas tranquila y muy bien. Me sentí como una sala de psiquiatría, llena de locos.
