I’ve been going to this location for some time now and the detail to service is like no other mechanic shop. Ben, the gentleman that I always speak to, makes everything clear and concise. He makes sure that I understand what is being done to my car. The prices for service is great too. Ben makes sure to give me a run down on what needs to be done to my car and things that can wait or just need a general maintenance so that I keep my car running for a long time.I will only come to this shop because I trust them with my car.

I have been to a few locations, but this one by sunset drive & us1 is by far my favorite. The Manager Ben was knowledgeable and very helpful, in explaining the noise my car was making. Glad I was able to fix plus get new tires all at the same time.I was very impressed also satisfied with the professionalism throughout this place. I rarely leave reviews but I appreciated the quick help I received as I was pressed for time. I recommend this place to get your car serviced. Thank you guys.😊

For mechanical issues: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Chino, the big burly man in the front tried to sell me a starter, alternator, and battery for $1200 and this is with a so-called discount. I was later told by the mechanic that all I needed was an alternator. Conflicting information from people at this location. On top of that, Chino made me waste my time by telling me that I could come get my vehicle all they would have to do is jumpstart it. Upon arriving, I was told that my vehicle wouldnt start. They wasted enough of my time. Dont waste your time.

I went to Tire Kingdom for a simple oil change. After being told my total would come out to $33 after tax I left my vehicle there and waited for an hour. I received a phone call informing me that they needed to put the “premium oil in because it’s a fiat” and proceeded to tell me I would need to spend $70 otherwise they would not give me an oil change. I’ve had my vehicle for over 6 years and never paid more than $25 for an oil change. My time has been wasted and I would NOT recommend this shop. Total rip off.

Went back after years and nothing has changed. Service takes longer than other Tire Kingdom locations. Staff with one exception was unnecessarily aggressive & rude upon first interaction. Called another location and had an easy exchange and rescheduled my appointment with a faster estimated turn around time.

Honest shop. I came with a nail in my tire, and it turns out that it had not pierced the tread, so they simply removed it and did not charge me for a repair. Hard to find places like that in Miami.

Terrible experience. Made me come back twice and they basically told me they didn’t have any experience with my vehicle and could t do it. When I returned and complained that they should have told me in advance without wasting my time, the employee tells me it’s my car not their lack of knowledge with an attitude m. Lost an entire day waiting for my car to get 2 new tires at this location. Dropped my Car at around 9:30 AM and they promised my car by 4:00 pm. I got there at 4:30 and they told me that the tires “just got there 20 minutes ago and I have to wait”. That’s unreasonable ! I could have gone somewhere else and didn’t waste working hours, they didn’t even called to notify me to let me know about a delay. Unacceptable not to care about people’s jobs and time.

This particular Tire Kingdom (South Miami) is great. The staff really took care of me a few years ago when I needed tires and money was tight, they worked it out for me. Now I go for my oil changes and other random car maintenance ... the staff has been fair, efficient and consistent.

Service is good but slow. A simple oil change will take over one hour, in my case took close to two hours and the shop wasn’t busy. The manager is extremely rude. Costumer service is the key for a success of a company and he doesn’t even know what costumer service is. Not going back there.

If you go less than ONE mile north on US1 to the Shell Station by shake shack you will get amazing service from people who arent trying to RIP you off!The guy actually laughed when I said I went to this tire kingdom because they are known for screwing over good people. I have been going to this location for many years now and I can only say that the customer service continues to go down every time I go. This was the first time I planned my tire and oil change by making an appointment. I made it for a Thursday. I called on Monday to find out if they had specific tires, they said no but they would get back to me. I called again(same day) and the gentleman said that his system was stil not giving him all his inventory but that he had some in stock that might work but that he’d call me back. Never did, again. No surprise I show up on Thursday and they say, sorry no tires available for you. Then he proceeded to argue with me that he did call me and that it was basically my fault. Giving three stars only because they quote accurate time.Unfortunately though, they did lose a customer because I will not be returning to this location...

This afternoon, I went to this Tire Kingdom because the light turned on in my car saying to check the tire pressure. I thought I had a nail in one of my tires. When I got there I was greeted by Greg and Ben, who were both very helpful and very nice and, above all, honest. Turns out, my tires just needed air and there was no nail in it at all. They didnt even charge me anything for checking it. Whenever I need tires for my car, I will surely go to this Tire Kingdom to purchase them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else whos in need of tires.

Service was nit that long, not real fast but not dreadfully long either.Came in with a flat that couldnt be patched, they offered me a new tire, they dont sell used, ok i understand they are in the sales game and are there to sell new tires, nut they are in coral gables/s. Miami/cutler bay where there are $core$ of more affluent clientele than me, instead of trying to sell me a tire when i mentioned how much of a pinch i was in 2 days before pay day the dude could have mentioned their service of putting on my spare, instead he took advantage of the situation i and obviously.most others come into the service center in and didnt mention they could, put my spare on for 20$ instead of selling me a 155$.tire.. no they didnt HAVE* to but everyone human isnt moral are.they, nope.How about they use some common sense and gauge who can afford what, its not hard to tell and do their job accordingly, unless they just dont give a fx which this guy clearly didnt, and its a reveiw i dont have to be politically correct, black Americans from up north can sense when somone is racost.to some.degree.or another, and lets just say my spider sense was tingly, ontop of this guy not having the best disposition compared to other dude i saw in the office/sales room. Expecting to buy a new tire and was pleasantly surprised when I was told the tire could be repaired. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Even got a quick training on how to remove the tire pressure light from the dash!

I bought 2 new tires and alignment = over $630, then I drove 826 highway and my car stat going left and right I had no control over that I knew then they skipped alignment, hope I dont come back...I could get killed by accident because of taking terrible chance of loosing their clients life! You should never trust everything is ok! Be aware of where youre taking your car and your life!!!

I usually go here for my car maintenance but it seems that the technicians are over worked and frustrated. I was waiting to be helped and was passed over 3 times. Then a customer came in to complain about services he received the day before and the technicians were very short and rude. The man spoke very good English but needed patience to be understood. They instead lost their tempers. I left and will not be coming back for a long time

Unethical MechanicGot new tires for my vehicle shipped here. Bought 5 stems, and their alignment/install package. The mechanic Jose brought 4 old valve stems to the front desk to show that the work is complete, but he forgot to do one. Understandable since maybe hes used to 4, and I had an extra tire on the jeep wrangler, so I address it. Had to wait another hour, a little annoying, but hey mistakes happen, no big deal. Till I inspect the finished work in the parking lot before leaving to find that he never replaced it on the front left tire and put a brand new cap on it instead even after it was brought to his attention...intentionally trying to deceive me, because he didnt want to do the work of taking the tire off again after putting it on. Had to wait another 30 minutes for the fix, while he shook his head muttering under his breath, because he got caught. You should be fired for lying and trying to cover it up.

The staff here is pretty helpful and can explain a lot if you have a lot of questions. Great online appointment system as well. Prices are a bit steep but never had an issue with the service and care provided here.

Tire Kingdom charges $35 to change one tire. right down the street at the shell gas station they only charge $13 and actually work much faster and better job. i take my maserati and BMW M4 both with very expensive wheels to this Shell gas station to handle all of my work for years with no issues.

LADIES and EVERYONE beware of the FANTASTIC offers this tire kingdom offers.Today I went into this specific tire kingdom because I had a nail stuck in my tire and I needed to get it plugged and punctured. I called before arriving at the store and I was advised that the cost of a tire puncture was around $27. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by Gregg. He took my car keys and went to evaluate my tire. When he returned he advised me that I couldnt get it plugged because it was in the shoulder (whatever that means) and I had to get the tire replaced (I knew that was not true and that the tire couldve totally been fix by just getting it plugged). But wait.. it doesnt end there! I didnt only had to replace that one tire I had to replace ALL 4 tires, when there was absolutely nothing wrong with the other three, and oh wait... a magical wrench appeared on my dashboard for an oil change (another lie). He then continued with the estimate and told me they had a FANTASTIC offer of buy two tires and get two tires free for a total cost of $797! Isnt that GREAT?! I obviously said absolutely not!I went to another place later on that day and they didnt even had to do anything to my tire because it had not penetrated and didnt damage it. Guess how much I paid?! $5!!!!I was disgusted by this kind of treatment towards me, a woman. Thinking that I didnt even know anything about tires or cars and wanted to scam me almost $800. I thought I had to share and post this because its sad how someone can just try to rip off people like if it was something so little.Tire kingdom I will never go to you guys again. Total scammers!!

Came in today to change my flat tireFilled up my information and the guy told me it will take 5 min to change it.I have been waiting for an hour now and they still didn’t complete the tire swap, the location is barley crowded and the people that are in here with me all came after me.not coming back here again for sure.Wouldn’t recommend it.

Twice now this store has rip me off, I tried to do an alignment and was told i needed to buy the 1YR package because my Durango required a Special alignment. Second time i tried to do a Rotation and Balance and was charged $15.99 per tire when Ive done it at other location and they charged me $9.99 per tire. They have a chart with all their service pricing but they never ever charge the price they advertise. NEVER AGAIN!

Bunch of uneducated scammers working here. Went to fix a flat on on of my tires and after I told them I needed a patch they looked at me like a peasant and said it’s $30 for a patch. The guy looks out and sees my car and tells me the tires are too Worn and I would need new ones instead of a patch....he saw this from 50 feet away. I thought the guy was joking but he was dead serious. He must’ve thought I was a moron or maybe he has supersonic vision. Anyways, I left with my “Worn out tires” and got the flat fixed a quarter mile away. If you need a flat fixed just go 5 blocks north on US1 to the shell gas station by shake shack and they’ll do a great job for less than half the price, without trying to scam you.

Good service, only problem is the wait time. I had an appointment to get a tire changed and oil change, and I had to wait 2 hours. Sunset place is nearby so I was able to kill some time walking around, but 2 hours when I had an appointment for a basic service is nuts.

For starters I have an extremely low expectation around service on anything in Miami. It’s a shame but how it is. My experience started with a flat tire where the tire manufacturer ended up offering me 50% off a set of 4 due to unexpected excessive wear. They said I could go to Tire Kingdom or Doral Tire. TK was much closer to me. I called in advance to explain the situation, the store manager (Benjamin) answered the phone and told me they didn’t sell Continental Tires (although prominent on their website). I’m sure he didn’t want to deal with the manufacturer’s offer and just pushed me off. I reconfirmed with Continental and they said TK absolutely works with them.Anyhow, the next day I drive to a different TK store and they were happy to help but their machine would not accommodate a 21” Tire. So I drove to the store I originally called, walked in and was helped by Jose. I did a quick explanation of the situation, he said no problem. He called Continental and and worked through all the details and ordered the tires. A few days later they arrived and were installed. Jose gets 5 stars by the way, he did everything he said he was going to do.I picked up the car and drove back to work. On the way my Tire Pressure Monitoring System alerted me to an issue. The front 2 tires were prefect (44psi warm) but the two rear tires were not. One was at 56psi and the other at 35psi. The manufacturer’s recommendation is 42psi cold for all 4. One thing I would expect a tire company to do is the get the pressures correct. With tires it’s alignment and pressure right? So outside of Jose taking care of the manufacturer’s warranty for me, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing.The manager didn’t seam to want my business to begin with and then they didn’t do what I would call the easy part correctly.

Let me first explain Ive been coming to this Tire Kingdom for about 10 years and the service has diminished to terrible management. The first time I came here, I told the manger, I had custom wheels and I didnt want them to get scratched, please be careful. He said to me, dont worry, we do more expensive cars here then yours. At first I took that as some type of attitude like my wheels where petty compared to some exotic cars custom wheels, but I brushed off as a statement that he would not scratch me wheels otherwise.Until lately in the past 2 years Ive had a few issues with this company. I own 2 cars. A 2008 Infiniti G37S Coupe Highly Modified show car. And a 2015 Chevy Spark LT2.Ive always shopped for tires online and bought my tires to them with wheels to mount and balance. The owner/Manager has always had somewhat of an attitude it seems since I dont buy my tires there. I only get them mounted and balanced.The first issue I had was when I took my $450 a piece cast custom wheels there to get 2 tires mounted. They Scratched the finish of the wheels to the bare metal and when I confronted them about it they said it was like that.Because I had taken it to a shop prior to get them balanced since they had a better tire balance, the guy at the shop told me his machine wouldnt work on my wheels. So I took it to Tire Kingdom and assumed when I got my wheel scratched back from there shop and not Tire Kingdom. Tire Kingdom claimed they didnt scratch it, I assumed it was the previous garage I took them too.So I believed them and continued to do business with them.Until, I went back to them for 2 new tire mounts on my other car that has custom wheels also. While I was waiting I went outside to the garage area to check on my car and noticed one of my wheels with its face lying on the ground. I assumed after the last issue and that the guy who mounting my tires had dealt with me in the past, that he wouldnt of put it down on the ground to scratch them. Well after leaving in a rush and getting back to my job, I noticed the spokes on the wheels where scratched up really bad.I went back to Tire Kingdom and spoke with the manager and he said to me quote; Go get them fixed somewhere, bring the receipt and Ill take care of it. But, dont come back here anymore Really? This is how you run a business? To think Ive got to go spend my time finding a rim repair shop then the time of taking it into repair seemed to be a burden on my part and not his.AND most importantly a client for years. Unbelievable!My advice if you have custom wheels whether they are forged or cast . STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! Go to a rim shop and have it done there!I personally feel the manger disliked me because I didnt buy tires there and he didnt like the type of car I owned(foreign). How a company like Tire Kingdom cant change or mount custom wheels without damage is beyond me. Ive been a loyal customer for about 10 years and this is how you treat us? Just about every car now comes with custom optional wheels. And custom wheels today is more popular than ever. This company obviously doesnt care. My advice is if you choose to go with them. Look at your wheels carefully before and after. This company does not deserve to be in business. Im sorry but Im a business owner and this is not acceptable.

Leaving 1 star because I cannot leave any less. LADIES BEWARE!!My friend had a nail stuck in her tire (in a spot where it could obviously be removed and plugged). Went here and was greeted by Gregg who once done investigating the problem told us she not only had to replace the tire, but had to replace ALL 4 tires (even though nothing at all was wrong with the other 3 tires)!! In 5 minutes he was already quoting her on an amazing deal of $797!!! Then he proceeded to inform us she also needed an oil change as the mysterious dashboard light we never saw was on! Most likely figuring that as women who dont understand anything about cars were just going to go for it.Later that day, she went to an ACTUAL upstanding, honest tire store that charged $5 to remove the nail WHICH didnt even need to be plugged as it was so small!Its disgusting how businesses and worse of all employees can get away with ripping off people in broad daylight. Clearly we werent fooled, but I do feel for the people that are scammed in such a disgusting way when theyre simply looking for a good, honest service.

I had to get 3 tires mounted and an alignment performed at 6:30pm on a weekday and was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. They even matched some midas pricing for certain services. Overall it took around 1 hour and a half and everything turned out fine. While I waited I found it pleasant to have so many places to visit.
